Oliver Sykes is a 17 year old boy who has never seemed to fit in anywhere. He has very few friends, and is viewed by many as a weird outcast. Due to this, Oli has endured quite a bit of bullying. After his latest suicide attempt, Oli moves to San Diego to live with his mom and younger brother. Josh Franceschi is an 18 year old boy who is seen as perfect in everyone's eyes but his own. His father has dreams of him becoming a soccer star, while Josh dreams of becoming a singer for his band, You Me At Six. Due to all the stress from soccer and school in his life, Josh is on the verge of a mental breakdown. When both boys meet, their lives change forever.

Working for You me at six as a stage hand is a job thousands of girls and guys would kill for but when Jess gets off to such a rocky start with the bands lead singer, she's not so sure what the big deal is. Will she find out why Josh is so off with her? Or will it drive a wedge between her and the other band members?

Josh finds himself head over heels in love with his mysterious fuck buddy. It's been a year and Josh doesn't even know they guy's last name. All just knows is Oli is full of mystery. - you dont have to read 'I wanna turn you around' or 'Obey' but it's in the same universe as those stories.
