You apply, but the acceptance is extremely low so there's probably no chance. 2.) There is a place in Aikatsu! Utopia called Rainbow Ruby Academy It's a magical place for magical idols! However, 14-year old Kido Yosei Isn't magical at all! Although the headmistress tells her that the only reason they obtained that magic was because they became an idol with potential.
