This is a story of a 12 year old boy's summer adventure in his new home far from the "big" city where he is from. Life in a small town was going to prove to be the much more exciting than he could have ever imagined after a mysterious object makes it's way across several nearby counties, passing right over his house before disappearing into the distance. The kid's dogged curiosity might just ferret out more than he was bargaining for though. It will prove to be not just an adventure of a summertime but of a lifetime.

1. Never been in the woods from dusk till dawn. 2. Never leave the marked trail. There's a reason it's marked off. 3. If you hear someone calling your name, no you didn't. Whatever you do, do NOT answer them. 4. Never whistle or sing in the woods. 5. Don't look too hard into the trees. You may not like what you see. These are the rules of the Appalachian Mountains that I so badly wish I had followed.

Sixteen year old Adalyn went off to camp with her best friends Zoey, Macy and Taylor. But it just so happens Adalyn's worst enemy from school happens to be at camp too. After they're done fighting, will something spark between the two? Or will they return home hating each other like they have for years on end?
