Hakuji never thought he could be loved, or could love again. But then Koyuki a sickly girl came along, and Hakuji helped her, and cured her of her illness. They both started to have feelings for each other, and they finally told the other. They were now fiances, and would get married soon. But fate had other plans...

College is challenging for everyone, especially Kyojuro. The village boy had difficulty fitting into the city atmosphere but excelled with the help of his friends. Getting into a group project with a cute guy in his class at the beginning of the school year wasn't exactly how he planned on starting, but in hindsight, he wouldn't trade it for the world. Meeting Kyojuro was life changing to Akaza, the anxious boy breaking out of his shell and wanting to get closer to Kyojuro, wanting to explore and admire closely and he did- But dreams, visions of the two of him both of them on their toes, a previous life they never knew of manifesting in their thoughts. Felt uneasy, Kyojuro and Akaza kept each other close, and their visions closer.

Through a series of unfortunate events, Hakuji didn't ask for this. He didn't ask to be sent into a never-ending world where he didn't seem to have control over his actions? Going into story after stories of classic fairy tales and stuff, some things might just be twisted a little too much for his liking. Who was he without Koyuki? Who was he without his... Maybe there's an eventual end to this. Perhaps, they could build their own story within this one?

Modern AU along with Demon?? Sometimes the smallest things, like an action or your words can make the biggest impact. Koyuki fell with a fever right before the day of the firework festival. Hakuji wants to cheer her up again.
