While trying to right a terrible wrong, a race of superior beings will find themselves trapped on a planet that is not their own, with their only way back home in the hands of a traitor. Thousands of years later and they are still on Earth, still trying to undo what was done so long ago, but a lot has changed. Passing for Humans, the race of Shon-Ji make their way through everyday life away from society, training behind thick wooden doors only to come out when darkness falls and battle calls, to fight and kill being their only reason to live. Rika will find herself thrust into this world of darkness, blood and mayhem... and feel at home for the first time in seventeen years. After losing all she had she will gain everything she never knew she could, but good things don't come without a fight, literally. This story takes place in Japan; it involves Monsters and Demons and is very much a romance type story, but is also full of action! This is NO werewolf/vampire love story, no offense to those stories that are. The point of view flip flops between the two main characters but you will also get to see things from the other characters points of view and get a chance hear their stories as well, but don't worry, it won't be a crazy jumbled mess and you should have no problem following along! :) I enjoy reading and ran out of good books, so to entertain myself I started writing this story, so my high standards will ensure a good read for you! i am welcome to any and all advice you may be willing to offer, thank you and enjoy :)
