This is not any specific version of The Punisher, this is a composite version of the Classic 616 Punisher, Thomas Jane Punisher, and with a bit of Garth Ennis Max Punisher and his early 2000s limited 616 run along with a small dash of the animated version in The Spider-Man animated series. Basically this means this version of Punisher won't be a bit of a sociopath or psychopath who just kills criminals for the sake of killing but rather he kills to stop bad guys from inflicting pain and tragedy along with the fact that he really hates them and also trying to avenge his family from evil and injustice. He would also be empathetic, still has a heart and a soul along with a bit of mercy. It's like Frank Castle, a loving family man and an honorable soldier still exists very deep within The Punisher. Despite this, he would still be as violent and homicidal along with being a downright almost sadistic cold brutal killer.
