Lucy Carlyle and Anthony Lockwood... they might be my favourite ship ever. I read the first book almost a decade ago, and I'm pretty sure they were the first ship I read on wattpad. I've recently been seeing edits of the show on tiktok, and it's kinda fuelled my fangirl heart for Locklyle / Lucewood. I'm also really bored and need to start writing again... I have no idea what's going to happen in this book because I'm writing it as I go, but just know there'll definitely be lots of Locklyle 😈. I think I've read just about every ff on wattpad about them (still need to search ao3). Anyways, this will probably be set around book 3...? This fanfic elaborates more on Lockwood's interaction with La Belle Dame. In the books, Lucy asks Lockwood about what he was thinking when La Belle Dame came to him and he said that he forgot. Well, this story answers that question! Note that I don't own Lockwood & Co. or any of its characters. The Lockwood & Co. series belongs to my favorite author, Jonathan Stroud :)

Lockwood & Co. is off on another case when things take an unexpected turn and one of the agents is put in grave danger. The remaining two must use what little clues they can find to save their friend from what may be certain death. Fear, anxiety, and pain will plague one of these agents while the others are tied to guilt and shame.
