Even if she does live long enough to be rescued from the arena, she doesn't realize what the consequences will be if she makes it out alive. this is a fan-fiction about the origins of district 13 and a continuation of lucy gray's story, based on the hunger games: ballad of the songbirds and snakes after running away from power-driven coriolanus snow, lucy gray starts a life in the yet to be domesticated outskirts of panem, which, in the future will be whats known as district 13, a secret anti-capitol district outside of district 12.

Cold, strict, clean, and cured.
