Little Belle is a pretty girl with a very, very big curiosity. She loves climbing as high as she can on the trees of District 11, and she loves running and racing with her the other kids in town. Sometimes, when she can, she likes to sneak away at night into the woods and teach herself about the wild. She's amazed by how you can learn how to eat pine trees and make a fire if you just try. She has a pretty good life in District 11, I guess... but when she's reaped for the hunger games on her first year, her life shatters... how will she survive, being the youngest? This story is a Hunger games prequel It's my personal interpretation of how one of past Hunger Games' Quarter Quells would have went. In this story you'll read about Synthe an 18 year old district 2 male. I go into detail about his headspace, challenges he faces and my personal favorite : life in District 2. I wrote this story years ago when I was a little younger so now I'm in the process of going back and editing pretty much everything. Reading it again I find myself cringing at a lot, but at the same time it makes me smile seeing what my younger mind added to the great Suzanne Colin's work. Having graduated high-school a couple years ago I'd like to give this story another go rebirthing it. Thank you for reading.
