It's been a month since the DWMA defeated Asura. Everyone is happy, as Lord Death is holding a party in celebration to their victory. All seems well until we follow Maka as she strays from the party to visit a friend. She reunites with them in the Intensive Care Unit, the sounds of the heart monitor echoing in the room. The friend Maka has come to visit is Crona. They've been in a coma for the past month. They don't know how they got there and they don't know where the others have gone. All they want is to go back home and see their friends, but they don't know who to trust. Headlights were the last thing to flash past their eyes, bright as the sun. Then there was nothing. No sound, no feeling in disjointed limbs, no screech of tires. Nothing. The first sound to slip past their ears was the sound of something quietly breathing. They make the simple mistake of looking up at the evening sky. Nothing is as it seems with Crona. What seems to most as a shy quiet pink haired girl is a boy struggling with his identity. And maybe a newfound sexuality?
