I'm completely scraping the original book three. It's wasn't good at all and was almost cringeworthy. This version will be much better, probably because for some reason I think more rationally and am more relaxed on this account. A brand new story is unfolding..... Two years after the last battle. (Y/N)'s friend Leah finds out about a legend lost in time, one that intrigues the entire kingdom, as well as striking fear into their hearts. It didn't take long for an unwanted trio of villains to catch wind of the legend and spot a chance to bring the world to its knees. On Mario and company's biggest adventure yet, some faces from the past reappear to even the odds. "Hey, read this." "Eh? What about it?" "Have you ever heard of it? I've never heard this legend." "I think I heard it mentioned once."

In this universe of Super Paper Mario, everything is surrounded by darkness. There is no balance, only small glimmers of light protecting those from the impending night. Ancient folklore of Flipside tells of a young woman named Timpani who disappeared from the village only to vanish for good, and the message of doom trailing fast behind her. Four monster hunters are hired to inspect one of the abandoned churches at Flopside, only to reawaken a blood-thirsty count. Why was the count sealed away in his coffin for so many years? What happens when an odd member of the count's team takes a fascination with one of the hunters? And what is with Tippi's interest in these monsters? (An SPM AU! Jaydes eventually recognised who Dimentio was before he became Dimentio, but refused to tell him in fear of him becaming evil again. She decided to take care of him untill he finds what to do with him. Jaydes and Grambi started to take care pf Dimentio as their own child. Unfortunatly, Bonechill is aware of what's going on. And he is determined to bring the evil Dimentio back.
