Santiago knew her as Lisa Herrera. She'd only be known as Carolina Ritter again when she moved to New York at twenty-three, decided to settle in. Alone. She just didn't expect to meet a beautiful stranger in the train station once, and then again on the cafeteria on her block. Several times. His name was John Walker, and he was in the military. He was funny and protective. They quickly became friends, but Carolina started to grow feelings for him.
