During the events of Doctor Strange the Multiverse of Madness When Wanda Maximoff was so lost and heartbroken of her kids until a man named Eobard Thawne AKA Reverse Flash who sensed the negative energy in the MCU Universe and travels there and he made a deal with Wanda Maximoff in exchange for Vision and then she and Eobard Thawne created a child together a son combined with Chaos Magicand the speed force and they named the boy Jacob Maximoff Thawne and The rest is history
