Fukuzawa Tsukasa had been a member of the Armed Detective Agency for as long as she could remember and the adopted daughter of Fukuzawa Yukichi. She is a powerful ability user who could generate and manipulate electricity at will. Though, it was completely different from her ability's true form. New courage and determination had been withdrawn from him, due to a very dear friend of his dying to his boss, Mori Ougai. His last wishes was for Dazai to become a better man, and somehow, someway, Dazai wanted to fulfill those wishes. He first had to find a way to get clear. His criminal record had mysteriously disappeared, and so will he. How will Chuuya react to his partner leaving? HIS suicidal maniac leaving. What could they ever do without eachother? It was like a different reality without their partners.
