Sequel to Remus Lupin: Lone Marauder although it can be read as a stand-alone story. After the death of his friend Sirius Black, Remus throws himself into his work with the Order. Quiet and aloof from most of the other Order members he secretly rejoices when he is paired with the young Nymphadora Tonks. Tonks continually tries to convince Remus that he is deserving of more than a solitary existence. Stubborn and set in his belief that he is undeserving of affection Remus resists her advances. This story is placed after the Battle of Hogwarts, Stella Potter is retaking her 7th year but the ministry has got something else in mind. Andromeda is a member of the Black family, which in the wizarding world is the closest thing there is to royalty. She was raised to have certain prejudiced beliefs, that have been engraved in her mind since birth. Her family has taught her to believe that muggles and muggleborns are filth, and that she has no place associating with them. She has also learned that halfbloods are inferior to purebloods, and she should therefore treat them as such. As a pureblood, Andromeda is expected to follow certain standards in society, or else face the consequences and become a blood traitor - something in her eyes as bad, or even worse, as a being a mudblood. But what happens when a muggleborn boy by the name of Ted Tonks joins her life, causing her to question the morals that she has learned to follow, and whether they're as true as she thinks.

For many years I have had this idea of my ideal ending for the Harry Potter books. Don't get me wrong, I love them and they are my comfort books. Eventhough I do not agree with any of the horrible and hate filled opinions and view JKR has on trans people and other members of the LGBTQIA+ community and POC. It truly is disgusting. The last chapter of the HP books is the subject of this here script. I never liked it. I usually stop my readings and listenings of the Deathly Hallows at the end of the second to last chapter when Harry destroys the Elder Wand (I know its not a nice and rounded ending that way but i refuse to read "nineteen years later"). I do this just to avoid the cringe and over all bad writing that fills the last chapter. From the shoehorned in characters that we apparently just have to see and hear from again that serve no purpose at all to the absolutely bat shit insane names that Harry gave to his children (and i intentionally leave out Ginny because it seems like she had no say in this matter). What urks me the most however is the portrayal and mentioning of Teddy Lupin. Remus was definitely my favourite character in the whole series and Tonks was just amazing. Yet JKR just pushes him in there and does nothing with him. He is just there so she can say that she hasn't forgotten him i guess. And it really feels wrong. In my mind Harry who is an orphan would have done anything to take care of Teddy who is his godson. Especially because he felt guilty for Remus' and Tonks' deaths and because he would have given everything to do the thing that Sirius wanted to do from the moment that he knew that James andLily had died. So I rewrote the last chapter and instead of Harry and his kids its about Teddys first time on the platform. I only made some minor adjustments but it feels way more fulfilling (at least it does to me). I hope someone reads and enjoys this. I am not really a writer but i had to put it down on paper so my soul can finally rest.
