Since the separation of Prythian, the courts were managed by powerful Fae: the High Lords. But who protects the High Lords while they protect their courts? The answer is simple, their guardians.

Dalia Dal•yuh Meaning fate or destiny Dalia is the guardian angel of the inner circle, she watches over them and when they are in danger or hurt she will add thoughts and ideas in their minds or heal their bodies to make their lives as easy as possible. Dalia was sent to watch over them straight from the Mother herself as soon as Rhysand's mother brought in Cassian and a year later Azriel and has been watching over Feyre ever since she shot and killed Andras and was sent to the Spring Court. Even though Dalia works in the clouds and rarely ever goes down to Velaris to see her beloved inner circle, one day, by request of the Mother, Dalia goes down to visit baby Nyx and as Dalia goes down to see them a portal opens and Dalia flys into Feyre and Rhysand's world. Dalia and Azriel work together to find out what caused a weakness between the two realms for Dalia to pass through, and while they work together Dalia reveals the similarities between her and the members of the inner circle and how much she has influenced each of their lives for the better.
