Ever since I was born dogs have had a strange affinity towards me. Wherever I might be they seemed to always chase after me while happily wagging their tails, stupidly unaware of the terror they were causing in 5 year old me. I was often covered in slobber whether it be in my pram or when I was walking to school, they just wouldn't leave me alone. Some might say that this experience left me a bit unhinged and headed towards a dark, dark path of masochism but no, no, no señorita it just lead me down a heavenly path at the end of which lies a kingdom of cats. Those eyes that seemed to look down on you, the way they ignore you when you call for them, and oh my god the way they bite and scratch you. It was love at first sight, they were the total opposite of their canine counterparts. There wittle baby squishy paw, and the way their tail swishes so elegantly as they prowl around acting like they own the place, the way they step all over you without regards for your life. I love cats, d'amour d'amour chats, amor amor amor gatos(in a completely legal way of course). Even though this dog attracting ability(curse) was bad I didn' think it could get any worse. I also didn't think it extended to supernatural beings, like the new kid in school.
