Dixies POV at sway
"DIXIEEE" griff yells pulling me into a hug and a kiss
"Hey babe" I smile walking in the house to sit in the living room
"Hey Dixie" all the boys say waving at me
"Hey guys" I smile sitting down beside griff and we cuddle on the couch. All the boys are here right now
"So how was your talk with big booty Latina" Bryce laughs
"So you were all listening" I say raising a brow
"Yeah we were" ant answers
"It was about Nikki right" josh says and I nod
"Well what was it about" griff asks
"No offence guys but I don't think Nikki would want you to know. She doesn't even know you guys. She doesn't like talking about it. Nobody fucking knows about it because she doesn't talk" I sigh getting angry. Why can't she just open up it's so frustrating
"What did you mean by saying that she's changed" Bryce asked
"She changed about a year and a half ago she was way different from like how she is now. That's exactly why me and charli tried to set her up you know. But that backfired she's pissed off at her comment section" I laugh
"So she doesn't like vinnie" quinton says
"Nope and why the fuck would vinnie tell you guys that Nikki and vinnie are talking" I exclaim
"Marking his territory" Blake jokes making us laugh a little
"She's not a easy one to claim" I laugh
"Well what's she looking for" griff asks
"Well she just wants a friend. She can't talk to big booty Latina she left her friends in Connecticut well except big booty Latina was her only friend really besides ally oh and big booty latinas real name is Ryan" I say
"So she wants a friend what about a serious relationship" josh asks
"Why are you asking your in a relationship aren't you" I say Kinda curious now about who's trying to talk to her
"I am but just say it" josh says
"She doesn't like it when people try to get in her pants. She used to like that and stuff but then she stopped. Well I don't know. She said vinnie isn't her type I don't think she has a type" I shrug
"So how was her ex" Bryce asked
"Meh douche bag. He was mean and popular a jock I hated him so much Ryan didn't like him either neither did ally but they supported because he made her happy for a bit" I shrug
"Hmm. So what about ally was that the girl Nicole posted about" Noah asks
"Yeah That's ally. Never ever ask Nikki about ally don't even dare bring her name up around Nikki or else nikkis Gonna cry" I sigh
"What's the story behind ally" griff asks
"No. No no we can't talk about that one mmk ok so let's talk about something else that doesn't involve my sister that's not here right now" I say
"Last question about her. First why was she yacking and why was she pissed off" griff asks
"She's umm mad" I shrug "now I don't want to talk Nikki anymore because it makes me fucking sad ok so let's not talk about her mmhm" I snap and three all go silent
"I don't get it there's so many fucking guys falling for her simping for her and she doesn't like any of them back" kio exclaims
"Why are you after her. Are you in her dms" I smirk
"Nah I got Olivia I'm just wondering because so many guys want to get with your sister and she don't like any of them" kio says
"I don't think that's it. She does umm I uhh she I don't know. She's been on her phone a lot lately I don't know what she's doing but it's texting someone" I say and I scan all their faces trying to figure out why their asking all this but I can't tell
"Now will someone tell me why you guys are asking like whoever's trying to "get with her" just say because I'll help gladly. I've been trying to set her up for so long" I say and they all look at Jaden
"So it's jaden" I assume because their all starring at him
"What no!" Jaden denies "no it's Jaden that's why I called your sister this morning just to ask" griff says and all the boys nod. I study jaden inspecting him he's kinda like her ex in looks wise. Her ex was a bad boy like the druggie
"Hmm maybe" I say shrugging my shoulders
"What do you mean maybe" jaden says
"Are you the one she's texting" I ask
"Maybe" he says which I take as a yes
"Then she probably wants to be your friend if she's texting you. If she's taking time out of her day well she's not busy. So if she's taking time out of her crying schedule to text you then she probably wants to get close to you or get to know you. She doesn't even text me" I say
"Wait really" Jaden says with his eyes lighting up
"Yes really" I laugh
"How was she before" griff asks and all the boys are waiting for me to talk. But I go on my phone and I start to pull up a video from a year and a half ago. It's a video with Ryan and Nikki dancing on the table together laughing and stuff. The boys watch the video and griff looks surprised
"Is that her ex" Noah asks
"What no. That's Ryan. Big booty Latina guy that was she close friend in high school" I say
"Ohhhh that's big booty Latina. Was he like popular because he's a pretty good looking kid" Bryce says
"Meh his sisters the queen of the school she's so annoying and rude but Ryan's like way nicer then her I don't even know how their twins" I roll my eyes putting my phone away
"Wait what happened you said she changed why did she" Blake asks
"I'm not allowed to talk about that.... you gotta get to know her first and then your figure it out. I swear to you not even anyone in hype knows" I laugh
"Why can't you just tell us" Bryce whines
"Because I just can't. That's her trauma not mine" I laugh
"Does this gotta do with something about her knee" griff asks
"Mmhm but like actually don't make fun of her and her knee brace she hates that thing" I laugh and they nod
"We'll do you guys want to watch a movie" ant suggests and we start to watch a movie
Later that night dixies POV
"Dixieeee can you come home pleaseeee charlis being annoying" Nikki whines over the phone
"Nope not coming home. I'll be home tomorrow don't worry. Oh and call Ryan call Ryan he called earlier to apologize" I say whine the phone is on speaker and I'm braiding griffs hair
"Why was he apologizing" she asks
"For what Sara said. And if you think what she said was true your dumb because it's not true don't listen to her she's just mean" I say and the line goes silent Nikki doesn't say a word. It's only me and griff in his room so it's fine
"Nikki say something"
"Mmhm" she says
"Go to sleep and go call Ryan first he misses you so bye bye have a good night" I hang up before she could say anything
Me and griff are now cuddling not saying anything
"Can you tell me what happened to Nikki. I won't tell I promise" griff begs
"Mmmm fine"
"Wait actually" he says
"Yeah do you want the long story or short story. The long story starts from middle school" I say
"Long story"
"Ok so back when Nikki was in middle school Sara Ryan's twin sister was bullying Nikki making fun of her with her friends ok. So one day Sara was making fun of Nikki but then ally (nikkis best friend) stood up for Nikki and then they became friends. Ally helped Nikki through a lot they were like soul sisters she was like apart of the family too. They played volleyball together too. Ally was really nice she stood up for ally and taught Nikki how to stand up for herself. Fast forward to last year and a half ago ally's boyfriend broke up with ally and ally was like really sad she was depressed she got cheated on so Nikki helped her. About a year ago Nikki and ally were in the car driving to the mall or something on the highway when a truck came crashing into their car. Ally was driving and it hit her side. Their car flipped like 3 times and it caused a huge crash there was many people involved though. Ally however didn't make it out. She died on the scene beside Nikki. But Nikki barley made it" I sigh and I feel tears in my eyes thinking about it
"Oh my god" griff says shocked
"I'm not finished. So Nikki was rushed to the hospital she flatlined for like 10 seconds until the got her back. Then she was really hurt badly that's why her knees all messed she broke her wrist had a concussion and other stuff. This was all before charli blew up like 3 months before. So Nikki was in a coma for about 1 month until she woke up. She missed ally funeral because she was in a coma. I was the one who told her that ally passed Nikki was torn broken. Since then she's never been the same. She took recovery really hard she couldn't walk for 5 months she had physical therapy ran multiple test on her she had not brain damage thank god but now she's getting better still. She tired killing her self in the process of it but we caught her in time. She used to be so loud and always happy and shit but now she's quiet and sad. She cuts she try's to hide it but she's doing a bad job. Me and charli were talking about it we feel bad for her that's why we always check in on her. Bruh her boyfriend broke up with her because she was to "depressed" and he said she was a cripple. He's dating Sara now the girl who bullied Nikki. So now do you see why we're trying to set her up we want her to be happy and we know we can't replace ally with a new person so we're gonna replace Cameron her ex" I say
"I feel so bad. She was in a car crash damn" griff says
"I know right" I say and I end up falling asleep
