Sunday morning,
What should I do...
Its only 4 am in the morning but I'm already awake
I'm too lazy to get up so I'll wait till sunrise.
But I ended up sleeping tho
3 hours and 30 minutes later.....
I woke up, the rays of sun hitting my eyes
Did I leave the curtains open?
"Good morning"
The voice made me look up
And also made my eyes widen.
"I made breakfast, come"
I got off the bed and said
"Let me clean up first!"
He nods and said he'll be waiting in the kitchen.
I made my way to the bathroom
Once I reached the sink, I splash a handful of water onto my face
I'm not dreaming right? Right!?
I stare at my reflection-
And slapped myself
"Ouch! Ok I'm not dreaming"
What's with the mood tho?
To many thoughts are running in my mind
Bitch! His waiting downstairs, hurry up!
I combed my hair and do what so
When I reached the kitchen I saw lots of food on the center of the table
"Wha-"
He didn't let me finish and said
"Happy 5th Anniversary love"
He....remembered
He continues and said
"First of all, I'm sorry about yesterday, sorry for forgetting, sorry for being late, sorry because you have to wait for me, sorry for n-"
he cut himself and smiled sheepishly
"Sorry for what?"
"Uhm...s-sorry for not..messaging you that I'll be late and...for ranting?"
Thoughts and questions are once again running in my mind
What was he gonna say?
Why now?
What's happening?
Too many 'wh' questions in my mind
I think he sense my confusion so he said
"I'm up to nothing, lets enjoy the day. I have more surprises~".
I'm still not convinced
But I set it aside and enjoy the time
He comes to me and kissed me
It lasted for a minute then he hugged me
"I love you"
He whispered and I replied the same
I want to stay like this forever
But I didn't notice the tear that escaped his eyes.
