Kimberly was teaching a dance class. Jason and Trini was arm wrestling while Zack watch.

Ernie was dancing as dance while he was bring towels on the cart, he wasn't the only Billy was dancing too well actually trying to learn to dance.
"How everyone feeling?"Asked Kimberly
They're cheering loudly.

Just then Billy trip land the cart with towels rolling all over the place, When Skylar just coming in with groceries bags as she see Billy coming her way, Skylar move out of the way just in time as Billy went pass her.
"Skylar! Look out!"Said Billy

Then Billy comes back who's cover with toile paper and other things then landed where Kimberly was standing as she move out the way when see Billy coming her way.
"Billy, let me let you in on a little secret, this is not the way to meet girls."Said Kimberly

"Well that was crazy train ride."Said Skylar as walk over counter

Billy was clawing and groans as he says,"Oh! Oh! Oh!"
Trini and Skylar help him up as Trini says,"Billy, what happen?"

Kimberly still teaching when she see a girl talking to the deaf girl name Melissa rudely when she bump into her.
"Hey, you almost knocked me over."Said The Girl
"You guys, take a break for sec, okay?"Said Kimberly as goes to Melissa
"What happen"Said Kimberly as she do sign language
Melissa explain what happen as she do sign language.
"You didn't step sideways, and backed right into you."Said Kimberly
"I'm sorry, I forgot to sigh the moves, It was my fault."Said Kimberly
"You think it was your fault because you're different."Said Kimberly
"You are a very good dancer, And even hearing people make mistakes."Said Kimberly as she point to Billy
Billy was was trying to the step but miss up as she and Kimberly laughs.
Back to Rita.
"Music to get the Power Rangers?"Said Squatt
"It sounds a bit risky."Said Baboo
"Finster! Oh, Finster!"Said Rita
"Yes, o nasty one. I'm working on a marvelous monster that eats cars and smells like fish."Said Finster
"Never mind that. Make me a musical monster that will mesmerize those pathetic Power Rangers and bring them down to their knees, like the pied piper, only meaner."Said Rita
"Oh, my Queen, that idea is absolute brilliance. However, musical monsters aren't very reliable. Wouldn't you rather have a nice, fire-breathing hedgehog instead?"Said Finster

"Either get my monster or I'll turn you into a syphian slug!"Said Rita
Youth Center.
"Okay, everyone. Let's do one more song and then we'll call it a day."Said Kimberly as do sign language
"I'm sorry."Said The Girl
"It's all right."Said Melissa as she do sign language
"All right, is everybody ready?"Said Kimberly
Kimberly teach the steps to the class when Bulk and Skull walk in.
"Look at all the little rapping ballerinas."Said Bulk
"Not even ballerinas. The stuff they're doing is too easy."Said Skull as Bulk give the look
"you think so, huh?"Asked Zack
Both Bulk and Skull turn around where Zack, Skylar and Jason sitting by the counter.
"I'd like to see you try."Said Zack
Zack and Skylar move out give Bulk space to dance, Bulk starts doing some steps and begins to count till three until he kicks Jason's chair from under making him almost fall. Zack and Skylar rush over helping up and holding him back because they see that Jason was angry.
"It's ok, it's ok."Said Zack
"Jason, he's not worth it."Said Skylar as she calms Jason which he did
Trini came over making sure Jason was ok.
"So you can do those steps. But can you get with these?"Said Zack
Zack starts dancing these very cool moves then it was Bulk turn however he wasn't his wasn't great as people laugh.
It was Zacks's turn again as do more cool move. When he was done, everyone cheer for him.
"Yo, Zack, yes!"Said Trini
"Awesome Zack."Said Skylar
Zack clap Jason's hand then stand next him.
"Piece of cake."Said Bulk
He starts spinning around and bends down and his pants rip as everyone starts laughing including Skull. Bulk look at Skull as he stop laughing.
"Come here."Said Bulk as Skull comes over
"Check this out. Let's have some fun."Said Zack as he do a hand stand on the counter
"Yeah, not bad."Said Jason
"Piece of cake."Said Bulk
He tries to copy Zack but he ends up behind the counter as everyone laughs again. Bulk come back up as he has food in this mouth.
"You can have it, I wasn't hungry anyway."Said Zack as everyone still laughing
"Okay, that was a great class."Said Kimberly as she and Billy walk to the others
"We'd better go or we're going to the movie."Said Zack
"Yeah, you better bail fast because nobody tricks me."Said Bulk
"Really? Looks like we already did."Said Zack
Jason and others laughs and walk pass Bulk and Skull and starting their way to the movies.
Rita's Castle.
"Well do you have my monster yet? The waiting is putting a strain on my natural beauty."Said Rita
"Yes, I call it the Gnarly Gnome. He's a wonderfully ugly creature who plays a hypnotic accordion. The plan is hypnotize a few kids when the Power Rangers show up to the rescues, he'll use the music that will put them in your power."Said Finster
"Okay, let's go get them!"Said Rita
Finster turn on the machine to create Gnarly Gnome.
"This time it had better work, Finster."Said Rita
Once it was done, he was to the Youth Center.
"Whoa, what a trip. [laughs] Now I got to get this thing to work right, now I got to warm a bit[laughs]"Said Gnarly Gnome
"Want to go down to the mall? I heard they're having a really big sale."Asked The girl
Melissa shakes her head yes.
"Hey, you guys, let's go. See you later, Erine."Said The Girl

When girls walk out the Youth Center, Gnarly starts playing his music as they stop walking as they're being control. Melissa was confuse on what's going on as her friends acting strange.
"Come with me my pretties, Rita wants to play[laughs]"Said Gnarly Gnome as they do as he saids
"Come on you can't resist and never will the Power Rangers."Said Gnarly Gnome as they follow him to the crave where the Putties are
"Once the Power Rangers hear my magic tune, they're be totally in my power so, come, my beauties, come and dance and wait to seal the Power Rangers fate."Said Gnarly Gnome as they enter the cave
"Follow me, follow me, Rita's waiting[laughs]"Said Gnarly Gnome
Melissa trying to save her friends but couldn't as she can't get in, so she went to the Youth Center get help as she see Jason And Skylar who with Ernie as she walk up to them.
"Seems like she wants something. Do understand sign language Ernie?"Asked Jason
Ernie shake his no as he says,"Gee kid, I don't"
"Skylar, do you?"Asked Jason
"I'm a bit rusty but I'll try, "help, my friends are in danger" Oh, no."Said Skylar as she and Jason gets up very fast
"Come on, we'll get your friends."Said Jason

Melissa nods as shows Jason and Skylar the way to her friends. Back to the cave where Gnarly Gnome and the girls are as he still play his music as he making the girls dance under his control.
"Dance, everyone. Let's celebrate our coming victory. Dance for me, my beauties. For tomorrow you dance for our Empress Rita after I finish off the Power Rangers.[laughs]"Said Gnarly Gnome
"Food! Bring me food, I grow hungry!"Said Gnarly Gnome
"Huh! He gets a bit bossy, doesn't he?"Asked Baboo
"I just hope this plan works."Said Baboo
"Forget the plan. This guy throws a great party[laughs]."Said Squatt
"Dance with the girls, Putties. I want to see a show[laughs]. You're dancing with Putties now but soon you'll be dancing with Power Rangers [laughs]."Said Gnarly Gnome
"Hey, Where's the food?"Said Gnarly Gnome
"It's cooking, so just back off, Bucko."Said Baboo
Gnarly Gnome laughs.
"I just have to add my secret ingredient, and presto!"Said Babbo
"Gee, I'm so hungry I could eat a bug. Hey, not a bad idea!"Said Said Squatt as he go through his bag
"I was saving this for a special occasion, but too bad."Said Squatt as he eats the bug
"Ah, yeah, that hit the spot. And it's time for a little snooze."Said Gnarly Gnome as sleeps
He wasn't the only one, Baboo and Squat were asleep too.
"They should be ready. huh?[growls] There are the hostages, but where's everyone else? Sleeping on the job, I suppose."Said Rita as she looks through her telescop
"I just hate those pathetic pinheads. Get up! Who told you can rest, the Power Rangers could be there any minute and you dolts aren't ready!"Said Rita
"I ought to turn you all into all into Octavain slime toads. Get to work...now!"Said Rita
"Hey, wait a second. You're not getting out that easy"Said Baboo as caught Gnome trying to leave
"Yeah, yeah, keep wings on."Said Gnarly Gnome
"Come on!"Said Squatt
"Hurry!"Said Baboo
"Don't worry, I've got it all under control. There, I smell Power Rangers coming. Can someone tie my shoes?"Said Gnarly Gnome
"What? They're all yours, Gnome. We're out of here."Said as he and Squatt runs away
Jason and the others has arrived as the Melissa lead them to the cave.
"They're in there?"Said Jason
She shake heard yes.
"Okay, I want you to hide here...and wait for me, ok? Go up behind the bushes."Said Kimberly
She does as she was told.
"Mastodon!"Said Zack
"Pterodactyl!"Said Kimberly
"Triceratops!"Said Billy
"Saber-tooth tiger!"Said Trini
"Plesiosaurus!"Said Skylar
"Tryannosaus!"Said Jason
"Power Ranger!"Said The Power Rangers
Then Gnarly Gnome shows up and cackling as he blasts the Rangers then they got back up and use their weapons against him.
"All right ugly, release the girls!"Said Jason
"Never."Said Gnarly Gnome
They attack him again.
"Lock them up!"Said Jason as they bring they're weapons together
"Cosmic Cannon!"Said Zack
"Double Bow!"Said Kimberly
"Dino Dagger!"Said Trini
"Mighty Mace!"Said Billy
"Kunai Blades!"Said Skylar
"Power Sword!"Said Jason
"Power Blaster!"Said Jason as he got the Power Blaster
"Ready!"Said The Others
"Uh-oh."Said Gnarly Gnome
They blast Gnarly Gnome as gets destory.
"Think you beat him? We'll see that about that!"Said Rita as she throws her wand
Then Gnarly Gnome Comes back big.
"I call on the power of the mighty dinozord!"Said Jason
They're zords arrived.
"Let's do it."Said Jason
"Right!"Said Kimberly, Skylar and Trini as they jump
"Morhpin it!"Said Zack and Billy as they jump
"Rangers log on!"Said Jason
"Zack here--all system go."Said Zack
"This Billy--I'm nominal."Said Billy
"Trini here--ready to rock."Said Trini
"Skylar here--I'm fire up."Said Skylar
"I just love this part."Said Kimberly
"Let's show them some megazord power. Power up your crystals....we're going tank mode."Said Jason
"Power up!"Said The others
"Link sync up."Said Jason
"Two, One, Mark!"Said The Others as they put their crystals in their zords
"Skylar, stay in the air in case we need you."Said Jason
"Roger that."Said Skylar
"All right, I feel a rescue coming on."Said Jason
Jason and the others zords turn into tank mode. They blast Gnome then he blast them back.
"Whao!"Said Jason and the others
"Switch into battle mode now!"Said Jason
"Megazord sequence has been initiated."Said The Computer as they transform into battle mode
"Megazord activated."Said The Computer
Gnome and the Rangers start fighting then Gnome starting playing his music to control the Rangers.
"Listen to my music...fall into my power."Said Gnarly Gnome
Skylar snap out off the music and see the other Rangers are in trouble as she blast Gnome.
"Ahhh."Said Gnarly Gnome as he goes down
"Skylar alright."Said Trini
"Thanks Skylar."Said Jason
He goes attack again with his music but this time it didn't work on them as they hit Gnome back as he goes down.
"Oh, man, power up the megasword."Said Jason as the power sword comes down
"Strike three, you're out!"Said The Power Rangers
They hit Gnome with the power sword as he gets destroy.
The Power Rangers cheer.
"Good work, you guys."Said Skylar
"All right, Power Rangers, let's go down get the girls out of that crave and take them home."Said Jason
"You should have seen the Power Rangers Kimberly, they were great."Said The Girl
"So, like, what happed?"Said The Girl
"Melissa ran for help and this totally manky monster hypnotized you, and trapped you in a cave."Said Kimberly
"So, like without her and the Power Rangers..."Said Zack
"We could have been trapped forever."Said The Girl
"Mmm."Said Kimberly
"Hey, we own you big time."Said The Girl as she hugs Melissa
"Thank you."Said Kimberly as She hugs Melissa
[Pretend Skylar is next to Kimberly]
Oh, yeah, all right. Hey, let's go get some ice cream, huh?"Said Zack
Everyone leaves the cave to go get ice cream.
Back to Rita.
"Why can't I depend on you, you dweedbs? This all your fault [look at Baboo]. And yours too [look at Squatt] you overgown blueberry! Why do I keep these fools? They drive me totally nuts!"Said Rita
At the Youth Center.
"Hey, kids sodas on the house."Said Erine
"All right, Ernie."Said Zack
"Erine's the man, yeah and to our guest of horror."Said Jason as he riase his cup
"To Melissa."Said Trini
"Melissa."Said Skylar
"All right, Melissa, yeah!"Said Zack
Jason start doing signing something to Melissa, she and both Kimberly and Skylar look each other and laughed.
"What?, What?"Said Jason
"You just told her, your dog smells."Said Kimberly
"Good one buddy."Said Zack as everyone laughed
"Well, I'll have to work on it."Said Jason
"Don't worry Jason, I'll teach you."Said Skylar as everyone laughs again
Melissa starts signing to Billy to dance.
"What's she saying."Said Billy
"She asks if you want to dance."Said Skylar
"Oh...no. no. no."Said Billy
"Come on, Billy."Said Trini
Everyone was urge Billy to dance with Melissa as she take his hand.
"You know Zack, if you it right...sign language isn't that hard to learn."Said Jason
"But man, sign language is a whole new world of rapping. There's a lot we can learn from Melissa."Said Zack
"So Skylar, how you learn to do sign language?"Asked Jason
"Cyrus was teach me to do sign language to meet her cousin, who's was coming over her place."Said Skylar
"Cool."Said Jason
"You know, I used to think Melissa was pretty happening before. Then she saved her friends, and now..."Said Kimberly
Billy dancing got better as he dose cool moves and everyone cheer for him.
"She's a miracle worker."Said Kimberly
