I feel this is necessary just so here's a quick little update on Y/n's new balance breaker or rather his "Quasar Ascension"
The armour is much lighter, heavily durable and much more agile than it's predecessor allowing him to take multiple Excaliblasts head on without much damage
It's equipped with 8 mini turrets that Y/n uses to shoot attacks such as "Ice Beam" and "Hyper Beam"
With this ascension comes his ability to control the weather allowing him to nullify artifical and natural weather conditions with no limit.
He can also summons elements such as lightning and water though they'll have no special effects unless he's using his father's flames which would then be a different case
He can also manipulate any form of artifical weather if it's absorbed by a component that is associated with it (water = rain, solar energy = sunlight)

Rias: What should we do brother?
Sirzechs: I'm not sure there's much we can do, Ophis and Artoria are with them
Koneko: *Gasps* Kuroka...
Mordred: Kuroka? Say brother haven't we ran into someone called that?
Y/n: You mean the neko?
Koneko: You've met my sister?!
Mordred: Whattt?! She's your sister?! But you two don't even look alike I mean where are you cat ears and your cat tail? And how come she's so tall and your so short?
Y/n: Mordred... your 5'5"
(A/N: That's not even her original height)
Mordred: Nobody was talking about my height idiot!
Y/n shrugs and puts down the barrier
Azazel: Right first of all-
Azazel was cut off from Y/n jumping down, the mages suddenly targeted him firing their beams whilst everyone watched him flipping mid air then landing on the ground with his knee dug into the ground
Y/n: God I sure hope that looked like one of those superhero scenes in movies
Irina: Show off
Y/n: Hmm the odds are against us
Sona: What is he planning?
Y/n places his hands on the ground a slight orange glow emanating around him, he then smirks as flames erupt around the mages taking them all out
Issei: What the hell?!
Vali: Impressive
Y/n: This should even the odds a bit
Sirzechs: Impressive
???: So your Y/n Pendragon
Y/n looked at the person in front of him and noticed he was a bespectacled young man with blond hair with a strand of hair across his face, who was dressed in a business suit.
Y/n: And you are?
Arthur: I'm Arthur... Arthur Pendragon
Mordred jumps and lands next to Y/n with Clarent in her hands
Mordred: Pendragon? Your nothing but a fake!
Arthur: Maybe I am a fake but there's nothing that says a fake cannot surpass the original
A sword materialises in his hands as he points it towards the two twins
Arthur: Show me what your made of Pendragons
Excalibur appears in Y/n's hands as he bursts off from his spot locking swords with Arthur
Michael: That sword... what is it, I've never seen anything like it
Rias: It's Excalibur the Sword of Promised Victory
Michael: If that's Excalibur then why didn't Irina and Xenovia return it to the church?
Irina: That's because it doesn't belong to the church, it belongs to the Pendragons no matter what you do nobody but them will be able to lift that sword
Michael: I see...
Issei was suddenly blown out of the room causing everyone to turn around and see Vali with his hand stuck out
Azazel: Vali?
Vali: Sorry Azazel but things look so much better on this side
Sizechs: You side with the Khaos Brigade?
Azazel: I had my suspicions you had done so
Vali: *Chuckles* You were always such a fool my true name is Vali Lucifer descendant to the original Lucifer and wielder of the white dragon emperor!
Rias: Impossible!
Azazel: I see, so your part devil and human so in reality your existence is a joke!
Vali blitzes past everyone and spreads his dragon wings
Vali: I prefer the term miracle
They hear explosions and turn to see Arthur landing in front of Ophis on his feet with Y/n standing about 10 feet opposite him
Y/n: So how does it feel being on the losing side?
Arthur doesn't say anything but nods at a blonde who had a slim body, shoulder length blonde hair and blue eyes.
Her attire consisted of a sorceress-like dress with a huge blue hat with a black bow and yellow stars and a matching cape with pink flowers and a white interior.
Mordred: Who the hell is that?
Arthur: That's my sister, Le Fay Pendragon
Mordred: Is this some kind of joke? Le Fay Pendragon? Arthur Pendragon? What's next a fake Siegfried?!
Y/n: I'm done messing about
Arthur: So we're finally getting serious?
Y/n: Damn right
Ophis: Arthur
Arthur: What is it Ophis?
Ophis: Remember we shouldn't kill them, we're merely here to capture these two
Arthur: Right
Y/n and Arthur disappear from their spot sparks flying off everywhere as the sound of two weapons clashing fills the area.
Ophis then floats and faces the faction leaders
Ophis: Vali deal with the Red Dragon Emperor
Vali: Gladly
Vali flew down punching Issei away much to Rias's horror she spread her devil wings and attempted to fly after them but was stopped by an orb of Ki she turned to see Kuroka with her hand stuck out and a smirk on her face
Kuroka was a beautiful and attractive young woman with a voluptuous figure, long black hair with split bags, and hazel gold eyes with cat-like pupils.Her attire consisted of a black kimino, a yellow obi, a set of golden beads, and an ornately detailed headband. The kimino featured a red interior and was open at her shoulders giving a view to her enormously large breasts.
Kuroka: Sorry love but your fight is with me, nya
They heard a loud boom and turned to see Artoria had slammed Mordred into the ground who was now in her balance breaker, Mordred kicked Artoria round the face then gripped Clarent tightly bringing it up towards her Mothers chest
Unfortunately for her Artoria vanished and appeared behind her kicking her in the back then raising her lance and slashed her armour cutting through it quite a bit she then kicked Mordred away making her crash into the ground once more
Y/n: Mordred!
Y/n kicked away Mordred and dodged a few beams shot from Le Fay and quickly made it to his sister, he looked ahead to see Le Fay, Arthur and Artoria slowly approaching him
Irina: Y/n!
With speeds nobody knew she could run at Irina had dashed right at Arthur who turned and clashed with her
Arthur: That sword, what is it?
Irina: As if I'd tell you
Arthur and Irina dashed around the entire place both attacking the other furiously, with Y/n he had raised Artoria ready to attack when he noticed rhongomyniad spinning the darks winds swirling around it
The power emanating from Artoria caused everyone to look over at the large dark coloured tornado happening right above her lance
Artoria: Thrust and feast! Thirteen fangs!
Y/n: *Breathes in* Alright don't fail me now
Artoria: Rhongomyniad!!!
Artoria brings down her lance and thrusts it towards Y/n the dark winds quickly approaching him, he closed his eyes then quickly opened them just as there was a loud boom that exploded the entire area up
The smoke cleared to reveal Y/n, Irina and Mordred all laid on the ground
Arthur: I'm surprised she could even make it there in time
Ophis: She wasn't meant to kill them though
Xenovia: Y/n! Mordred! Irina!
Asia: Oh no...
Vali: How disappointing
Ophis: Kill the rest of them we'll just have to take the bodies back with us

??? (Y/n's Pov)
I landed on the ground... well if I can even call it the ground the entire place was white it looked like it was glowing too
I thought about what just happened, I had failed to project Avalon at such a crucial moment
???: Hmm well this is certainly interesting
I sat up and looked around then noticed a man with blonde hair and green eyes staring at me
In his hands was my Excalibur and Avalon, he frowned when taking a look at them
???: Is this what Merlin did to Excalibur? No wonder you can't compete with Rhongomyniad
Y/n: *Groans* Who are you?
Arthur: Oh right, I'm King Arthur, King of Knights and you two are my descendants
Y/n: Two?
I heard the noise of someone sneezing and turned to see Mordred with a dumbfounded look on her face
Arthur: Also your friend I think she was called Irina, she's with Gawain right now
Mordred: So your the true King Arthur, the one we descend from?
Arthur: That's right, I find it kinda sad that the Biblical God has made some false legends and some swords that don't compare to the real thing
Mordred: Hmph! Nothing but a bunch of fakes!
Arthur: You Mordred I find it strange that you have the same name, armour and sword that the Mordred I knew had it's like you were reincarnated
Mordred: Eh? Who knows maybe I was
Arthur: *Chuckles* Your mother
Y/n: What about her?
Arthur: I might have a way to save her but I have no idea what this will do to you
Y/n: Me?
Arthur: That's right for Mordred all I have to do is release her Sacred Gears full potential
Mordred: You can do that?
Arthur: I can do a lot of things but for you Y/n, I'm going to give you Excalibur's true form
Y/n: True form?
Arthur: This isn't how Excalibur should look, I remember talking to Merlin before he left for Avalon to take Excalibur with him and give it to a Pendragon worthy of it's power, what I didn't expect was for him to restrain it this much
Both Avalon and Excalibur started to glow brightly, they shifted Avalon getting longer as well as the sword before they stopped glowing revealing a new look
Mordred: Whoa...
The first thing that caught my attention was the amount of power the sword held, it was about 5x as strong as it was back in it's original form
Arthur then sheathed the sword and handed it to me, as soon as I gripped it I felt as though the sword had accepted me as it's wielder, it felt perfect it wasn't too light, it wasn't too heavy.
I smirked then slashed the air three times leaving a slight glow where I had slashed
Arthur: Mordred...
Mordred walked up to Arthur who placed his hand on her head causing her to release a slight glow
The light died down revealing Mordred however nothing had changed about her
Arthur: It's time I go now next time you see Merlin Y/n make sure to give him a knock for me
Arthur gives us a smile as the whole place shines brightly

Ophis had trapped the leaders with her magic, Kuroka had defeated Rias, Vali was currently towering over Isei the rest had been defeated by Le Fay, Arthur and Artoria
Vali: It's sad that I thought I'd have fun fighting you all
???: Have fun fighting this
Vali turned just in time to narrowly dodge an arrow from piercing his heaad
Sona: An arrow?
They saw a flash before Vali jumped away from Issei just in time to avoid getting cut by Y/n's sword
Kiba: Where's his Excalibur?
Xenovia: That is Excalibur
Y/n turned to block a strike from Artoria only this time he did it seemingly effortlessly. Artoria then snapped her heads to the side and flipped away from Y/n to avoid getting sniped
Akeno: Mordred?
They all looked on to see Mordred in her balance breaker form yet she looked different
Mordred: Why does mine still have these stupid heels?!
Y/n: Is that seriously what you care about right now?
Ophis stuck her hand out at Mordred and some snakes shot out towards her, though nobody could see Mordred grinned as the scarfs moved on their own and cut the attack in half
Mordred: I'm basically untouchable now
Zekrom: {Why didn't you use my balance breaker?}
Mordred: (Your not my original sacred gear)
Clarent formed in her hand, she then pointed it at Artoria allowing herself to release her aura
Mordred: Mother... it's time I beat some sense into you
