That day it was a very special day for the Kim's Family because it was their son's 21st birthday.
Yeonjun was all suit up for the party he is helding in his own mansion. It was in the evening so they will probably see the sunset while blowing candles.
Loud music was playing, people coming from the front door giving him expensive gifts, it was full of his colleagues and best friends also his parents friends that are fellow Brand Ambassadors.
He greeted everyone of the guest saying thank you each time they congratulate him. Until one family caught his attention "Jennie!! Taehyung!! Long time no see" his mom and dad also greet them turns out they were the last one to arrive.
"Daraaa!! GD!! Hii.. I really miss you guys" Jennie said while hugging Dara and GD as well as Taehyung greeting them with his boxy smile.
The four moved to sit at a table "So your kid is an adult now?" ask GD to Taehyung "He was already an adult in Korea but I guess in the US he is" both of them just laughed while drinking their champagne.
"Boys don't drink to much you're old already" Dara warned Taehyung and GD and the four of them chuckled while continuing their conversations.
Jennie was talking to Dara about how it's hard having a kid while working as a fashion icon but Dara suddenly asked "Jennie.. Does he know that she is here with us?" Jennie became silent and look at the direction of her son.
"No. I don't think so" Dara held Jennie's hands making her look at her senior "Does he perhaps forgot about her?" Jennie was scared hearing the word 'forgot' but she managed to stay calm and answered "Let's hope not. Are you planning to tell them?"
Jennie asked almost whispering to Dara "No. I wanted them to find out by themselves" Jennie was confused at what Dara said "How could they found out if we don't introduce them?" Dara just chuckled and answered "Turns out.. Soobin and Lia are friends with Yeonjun and Yeji"
Jennie's eyes became big not believing the senior's words. Dara just chuckled at the sight and said "Can't believe Jisoo and Jin was able to make Lia married to Soobin at the age of 23, it's been 5 months since they're married you know"
"And same for Beomgyu and Ryujin, I bet Rosie and Jimin wanted to have a grandkid real quick" Both of them laughed and continue gossiping or just doing simple conversations.
At the dance floor there were many people dancing and playing while Yeonjun just laughed every time his friends did a stupid thing.
He was with Soobin, Lia, Beomgyu, Ryujin, Huening Kai, Yuna and Taehyun.
They were exhausted and decided to rest and talk about their life "I want to introduce you guys to someone" Taehyun suddenly stood up and called someone. It was a girl, she was tall and her figure is just fine, so fine.
"Guys meet my girlfriend Chaeryeong" then all of them including Yeonjun was teasing Taehyun while Ryujin and Lia was praising the girl's beauty.
"Hey, Chaeryeong don't be awkward with us we're nice people" Yuna said seeing an awkward Chaeryeong sitting beside Taehyun. Chaeryeong was embarrassed she just answered "sorry, I'm not used to being surrounded by rich people"
All of them then suddenly looked at Chaeryeong it was awkward until Huening Kai spoke "But you wouldn't be in this party if you're not rich"
Lia decided to calm Chaeryeong by asking how her life is "My mom is Lee Hyeri and my dad is Lee Ryujeon they're famous actors in US and I'm a Global Brand Ambassador of FENDI" All of them was shock hearing Chaeryeong's parents was two of the most popular Korean actors in US
After they all get to know each other, they began teasing Yeonjun for not bringing a girl to his birthday party.
"Yeonjun, you're an adult now you should've have a girlfriend already" said Soobin drinking some sprite. Yeonjun just chuckled and he looked to one direction where there was a girl.. He doesn't know who she is but he surely believe that she doesn't belong here.
As he was about to approach the girl, Jennie suddenly tapped his shoulder "Yeonjun, it's time to cheers" Yeonjun accepted the glass of sprite given by his mom.
All the people there crowded Yeonjun and his family. When they all gathered Taehyung began doing a mini speech "To my son, Kim Yeonjun who's celebrating his 21st birthday today, we hope you have the successful life you wanted and will pleased those you love, Happy Birthday!" after they cheers they drank their drinks and began congratulating Yeonjun

At first she didn't want to go, but when she heard that Lia was there she dress up nicely and followed her parents.
When they arrived she saw a parking lot full of expensive cars. Looking at the building in front of her she thought that her mother was lying saying it was a birthday celebration. "Damn.. They're rich" Yeji thought seeing the diamond lining on the swimming pool and on the glass stairs in front of their huge mansion.
When they got in, Yeji saw a lot of people but she didn't saw Lia that made her think that her parents are lying. Her parents was talking to someone she peeked and saw that it was US's fashion icon V and the Queen of fashion J. She was a big fan of them, everytime they released a magazine that has V and J as their cover, she would always find time to buy it.
Her mom told her to congratulate a happy birthday to the birthday boy, but she didn't know which one because there are lots of people that looks like in their 20's.
She decided to take a drink of sprite and immediately finish it, she looked to one direction and saw Lia with Soobin, she also saw Yuna her collab partner. She wanted to approach them but seeing that they're with some other rich people she didn't want to interrupt them.
She walked around the mansion and was surprised seeing many fashion icons as well as famous fashion designers and actors in that mansion "Jin, Jisoo, Rosé, Jimin, Lisa, JK? I thought they didn't know each other?" Yeji thought seeing them sitting on a round sofa drinking champagne and wine.
She went to a wall that was decorated with silver and diamond strings, with some balloons beside it. Since she saw her father pass by she asked him to take a picture of her.

She thanked her dad and she saw a family photo on the wall beside her "J, V, Ella and KYJ" she muttered by herself but she was shocked then she looked at the picture again scanning it this time
"Wait.. Isn't that Yeon–" Yeji was surprised by the sound of a popping confetti. She saw that people was crowding something, she went near when she heard someone doing a mini speech but she couldn't hear well because of the music.
After the crowd was getting smaller she saw Lia and Yuna saying happy birthday to KYJ "They're friends with the famous KYJ?" Yeji muttered to herself almost a whisper.
She saw they went to a balcony towards a backyard. She didn't realize that she was following them already. The balcony floor was slippery for her because it was layered with crystal glass and her silver layered high heels didn't make it easy for her.
She tried holding on to the handles to not slip while walking down the stairs but she was to focus on following them that she didn't realise there was still a stair below her.
She was waiting for her back and head to hit a hard glass while closing her eyes, after a few seconds not feeling it she opened her eyes seeing a man looking at her while preventing her body from touching the hard glass.
She was staring at him feeling something familiar, drowned in his eyes for a few seconds but she realise it's awkward and immediately stood up fixing her clothes while the man was still staring at her. Other eyes was on them it was silence until Lia spoke "Yeji?" Yuna also realised and hugged Yeji "Since when you're here? You should've greet us" Yeji released from the hug and her cheeks was turning red of embarrassment.
"I actually don't know why I'm here in the first place. My parents forced me to come" a confused Ryujin ask "Who's your parents?" Huening Kai suddenly interrupted asking "Hold on, Aren't you Lucy? The famous fashion designer" Yeji glance at Yeonjun finding him still staring at her before answering "Yes, I'm Lucy and my parents are Gdragon and Dara"
They all gasped at the information except Soolia and Yuna who already knew. Yeonjun was putting a judging face making Yeji uncomfortable. "Yeonjun you okay? You're making the girl uncomfortable" Yeji who was looking down, immediately looked at Beomgyu with a surprise face "Yeonjun?"
Hearing Lucy said his name he felt shivers down his spine before he could speak Taehyun spoke "Why do you say his name like you know him?" Seeing the girl's surprised face Yeonjun muttered but was loud enough to be heard by the others "Why do you seem so familiar?" Yeji looked at him with her innocent cat eyes.
Both of them was staring at each other it was quiet until Yeji spoke looking at his face features "Are you really Yeonjun?" she looked back at his eyes seeing a reflection of herself.
"Yeji you know him?" Lia spoke a bit confused but then realized something. Yeji just looked at Lia and she took off her silver ring that has a little diamond on it from her left hand and held it in her hand. She showed the ring in front of Yeonjun's eyes making him look at the ring. "I don't know if you remember me but, do you remember this" after she said that he took the ring and there was a writing of yeonji on the inside and on the other side was written till death do us part
He scanned the ring and for some seconds he felt something strange, something he cannot describe. He glanced at Yeji and gave her back her ring. "It's him. It's the one you've been telling me about"
The others was confused at Yuna's sentence but Lia decided to explain "8 years ago a 12 year old girl was left by her dearest best friend thinking that she could never find him again until 5 years later she moved to LA, in the period of 3 years she and her family was as famous and as successful as ever. But shining accessories still can't heal her until one night she finally found her missing soul"
The others immediately catched what was happening and Yeonjun was staring at Yeji remembering his childhood with her, he felt some feeling in him and his heart began beating faster, there was one feeling he could describe but he denied it. Because no way he could feel like that..
It's the past..
The past shouldn't be brought to the present..
