Chapter 13 — Fuckboy Season

"Anthony are you going to Mattias party?" Jaden asked when the two bumped into each other in the hallway. "No? Why would I? That party is for guys searching for girlfriends and the other way around. I have Lily, remember?" Anthony chuckled.
"Thats the point. Apparently Lily is coming." He said as Anthony paused. "Wait what? She's not even in the Tik Tok community." Anthony asked. "Yeah, well Mattia kinda asked her to go personally like legit he went to deliver the invitation himself." Jaden said.
"I know that guy is a big fan of Lily but. . I didn't expect him to go this far. What the actual fuck." Anthony murmured. "And did Lily said yes?" He asked.
"Yes she did because he told her that we are going to be there too. Also she mentioned about missing Avani so I'm guessing she would be there." Jaden shrugged.
"You need to ask her out before Mattia does. It's a perfect time, think about it."
"No man, I don't want to ask her out there. Not this way. She's special to me." Anthony said smiling to himself. "Hey guys." Josh said walking up to them.
"Josh will you be bringing Sophia to Mattias party?" Jaden asked. Josh let out a sigh before opening his locker. "I actually, broke up with her two days ago."
Anthony balled his fist hearing that statement. "Aw thats too bad. Are you okay?" Jaden asked. "I'm okay, she's not worth it anyway. How can I not see that she's a gold digger from the start? I'm such a fool." Josh murmured.
"Well she did asked you to buy those really expensive shoes twice a week. How many legs does she have?" Jaden chuckled. "Who dumped first?" Anthony asked forcing a smile knowing that Lily has feelings for Josh.
"Well I did, she also talked shit about Lily. That kinda blew me off. No one speaks that way about Lily. I just had to dump her." Josh said. "Did you dump her because she talk shit about Lily or is it because she's a gold digger?" Anthony asked.
"Well I guess both reasons." Josh shrugged. "Looks like you didn't mind being a gold diggers walking bank. You just don't like it when she talks shit about Lily." Anthony shrugged.
"Oh please Anthony, not this again." Josh rolled his eyes. "I barely even talk to her these days. You don't need to see me as a threat." Josh sighed as Lily went to walk by with Griffin by her side.
"Hey Lil." Anthony smiled leaning against the locker. "Reeves, Jackson got me two tickets to see the Lakers. Wanna come?" Lily asked. "Really?? Hell yeah I will come!" He said throwing his fist in the air.
"Aw Lil! I also want a ticket!" Jaden pouted. "Sorry man, two tickets only." Lily chuckled. "Lakers Lily?? Are you serious?? First it was movie night and now Lakers game?! It's supposed to be our thing!" Josh exclaimed.
"Um?? Josh stop making a scene. You're being embarrassing." Lily looked away. "Whoa whoa! Ladies and gentleman! One at a time please." Griffin said noticing the drama coming up. "Lily, why don't you show me how to do that math homework I asked you about earlier." Griffin said dragging her away before it became the center of attention.
"Unbelievable! No offense Anthony but those tickets are supposed to be mine. But I let you enjoy it while this phase last." Josh said. "Phase? Are you kidding me Josh?" Anthony gritted his teeth.
"You're not in love with Lily. You're just in love with her life style." Anthony chuckled. "Oh please, I'm not discussing this with you again. I'll be the bigger person and let this pass." Josh rolled his eyes.
"And yes, I'll be going to Mattias party alone." And with that he walked away.
"Yes? Oh it's you from the Charity ball, whats your name again. . Jaden?" Jackson said opening the door. "Lilys upstairs. I haven't seen Josh in a while, where is he? Did something happened between those two?" He asked motioning to Lily.
"Honestly, I have no idea. They never tell me stuff, it hurts my feelings sometimes." He sulked. "Anywho, I'm taking Lily to Mattias party, and don't worry. I will not take my eyes off her at any time! You can have my word." Jaden grinned.
"Alright, I respect that. And I'll maybe consider adopting a new brother." Jackson winked. "Lily! Jaden is here to pick you up!"
Lily came down smiling brightly at Jaden, "I'm here." Lily said as she strolled towards the teenager. Jaden has his mouth agape. "Dammn girl! No wonder why you got two guys falling for your ass." He exclaimed.
"Excuse me?" Jackson asked putting his hands on his waist. "I mean uh, lets go Lil!" Jaden said opening the door to his car.
"Okay we have to set some ground rules young lady, no running off on your own. This is fuckboy season remember?" Jaden asked sitting on the drivers seat.
"Fuckboy huh? So did you make it to the list?" Lily smirked. "I'm not fuckboy, I just look and act like one. I still treat girls with respect, like you for instance." He said smiling.
"Alright, if I don't get you back in one piece I doubt Jackson will let me live so. . Stay near me." Jaden stated sternly.
After twenty minutes of driving, Jaden finally pulled up to the driveway and parked. "Ooh, looks like an innocent small party, what could go wrong?" She smiled walking out the car.
Jaden pushed the door open as the two made their way inside the house saying hi to everyone. And just for a slight moment everyone stopped and stare.
They were mesmerized by the presence of Lily herself. They thought she was beautiful in real life especially the boys. Jaden noticed them staring as she put his hands around her.
"Hey, what are you doing?" She scoffed. "At least this will send them a message. That you came here with someone." He rolled his eyes. "Like an escort?" Lily asked as Jaden chuckled, "Yeah Lil, exactly like an escort."
"Ah, we should greet the host. Theres Mattia over there." Jaden whispered to her.
And just as Mattia laid his eyes upon her, he couldn't help but to give her a small smile. "Mattia, it's Lily." Kairi said a little loud causing Alejandro to smack his shoulder.
"Hey," Mattia said slowly approaching the girl. Jaden with his hands around her shoulder glared at him. "I won't try anything I promise." Mattia chuckled.
"Theres Josh right now." Alejandro said. And in the mention of his name, Lily spun around and immediately regret it.
He came hand in hand with Sophia Andrews.
