Y/N's POV
I slowly opened my eyes.
I felt something holding on my hand...
I turned my head to see what was it... When...
Y/N: Jungkook.....?
Jungkook was sleeping there, holding onto my hand.
My heartbeat just can't stop beating fast.
He just looks so peaceful while sleeping.
It makes my heart melt to water.
If only.... He was a little bit softer when he wakes up.
Jungkook always has this cold aura around him...
But I want to be closer to him.
I can always see a bit of sadness and loneliness in his eyes. I want to remove that tiny bit of sadness and fill it completely with joy.
And if I'm able to do that, I'll be the happiest person in the whole world.
Because, for the first time in my life I've experienced a bit of care. A bit of protectiveness.
I want to keep feeling it, because that's what made me smile even more in my life...
I wish I can do so.
I silently kept staring at his beautiful face and admired his features.
Whenever I'm around him... I become flustered.
The way he tried his best to not make me faint, I've felt that feeling for the first time. And I loved it...
I don't care whether he does it for his own good or not, I just want to keep feeling like there's someone with me.
Even if there's actually no one, but at least he gives me that illusion, and I want to get lost in that world of illusion.
As I was staring at him, he opened his eyes....
And that's when I realized...
I was just inches away from his face.
His hot breath was brushing through my face, which, of course, made me blush really really hard.
I could see a very light tint of pink on his cheeks.
After realization, I backed off.
I bent down, and started apologizing.
Y/N: I'm really sorry! I didn't mean to do it! I'm sorry! Please forgive me!!
Jungkook: It's.... Okay.....
He said, the light tint of pink still appearing on his cheeks.
Y/N: I'll go downstairs now....
Jungkook: No... You had a very high fever. You need to rest.
Y/N: But.... I'm hungry.
Suddenly Taehyung barged in the room with a tray in his hand.
Wow... They do know the exact timing to enter the room huh?
Taehyung: Hey Y/N! You're awake, I see. I've brought you food.
He kept the tray in front of me, and I saw a bowl of delicious chicken soup.
Y/N: Wow.... Who made this?
Taehyung: Jin hyung did it!
Y/N: Oh! Thanks a lot! I'm starving~
I happily digged in the food, forgetting about what happened just earlier.
While eating, many things were going around my mind.
I looked up at Taehyung and Jungkook who were talking to each other about something.
And then, I blurted out the first thing which came to my mind.
Y/N: Thanks a lot for taking care of me so much.....
I muttered, but they didn't fail to hear it.
They looked at me... And.... they just kept quiet.
Y/N: Umm.... I'm sorry I'll just eat this and go to rest.
I started concentrating entirely on eating. After finishing my soup, I washed my hands and went to sleep, even though I knew I won't be able to.
Taehyung's POV
Did she just say..... thanks for taking care of her?
It felt... Nice.
For someone to say thanks to us, genuinely.
I looked at Jungkook and... I swear,
I saw a slight smile on his face.
Wow... Y/N.... You did a miracle.
To make him smile, is probably the most difficult task to do.
But you did it.
Looks like, you have got a special corner in his heart.
Taehyung: Let's go from here *whispering*
Jungkook looked at me.
Jungkook: Yeah... Let's go.
We went downstairs, when I remembered something.
Taehyung: Oh yeah right! Jungkook, don't you have to check up on the prisoners by this time?
Jungkook: Yeah you're right... I'll go right now... And I'll come back after midnight.
Taehyung: Huh? Ah right, you also have to check up on the Busan branch.
Jungkook: Yes. And remember, make sure that Y/N stays in here.
Taehyung: Roger!

Well finally I got some work that has nothing to do with Mafia work....

Yugyeom, one of the top men under us, called for the car, while Jungkook went away.
Everyone was just minding there own business, because recently there has been only a few cases where we need to work on. Most of the cases are taken down by our other men. We are among the top, so we need to work only on the toughest works.
Well.... It was never my wish to become a gangster, instead I wanted to become a photographer....
I was forced into being one by my father. Jin hyung took his job as a gangster pretty serious, but I was never interested in it.
Until today I thought that this wish of mine wouldn't be fulfilled ever again, but Y/N gave me some confidence by commenting on my photos and well.... Told me to "follow my heart".
Well.... I wonder how can someone not like her and not be friends with her.
I went to the others and called them to tell what a miracle I saw today.
Taehyung: Hey guys! You would never believe what I saw today...
No one was interested in it. Lisa was checking on up her phone, Yoongi hyung was working on his laptop, again, Jimin was just gobbling up the food Jin hyung gave him, while Jin hyung was in the kitchen, making food for us...
I raised my voice a bit for them to listen to me.
Taehyung: Hey Guys!!!

They finally looked at me.
Lisa: What??
Taehyung: You would never believe what I saw today.
Jimin: *mouthful* What? Did you see Jungkook smile?
He laughed.
Taehyung: Exactly!
Jimin started choking on his food, while the others started choking on there saliva, including Yoongi hyung.
Lisa: Wait.... WHAT!?
Taehyung: YES!!! HE FREAKING SMILED!
Jimin: Wait.... That's a lot to take in.
Jin: Are you sure Taehyung-ah?
Taehyung: I'm 1000% sure!! I literally saw him smile a little bit after Y/N thanked us.
Jin: Thanked you?
Taehyung: Yeah, she thanked us for taking care of her....
Lisa: Oh.... Wow....
Taehyung: It actually felt......nice..... To be thanked, genuinely
Jimin: Aww... I wanted to hear that thanks too!! It's been a while to hear a thanks from someone.
He said, glaring at Lisa.
Lisa: What? *looking at Taehyung* Now that I see, it actually has been a while...
Jin: Guys dinner is ready!
Jimin: OK!!!
Lisa: YAH! Jimin! How much are you gonna eat? You're gonna get fat!
Jimin: Nah! It's impossible for this body to get fat!
Lisa: Yeah right...
I just chuckled at them... Well... Because... They make a good couple!
