denial - you cannot believe you have found somebody. of course they cannot exist. of course they aren't real. of course they have mistakes. of course they are lying.
anger - you cannot be in this position. you promised yourself you would not be. you are not meant to be vulnerable. you are supposed to be alone.
bargaining - you can allow this for yourself. a little taste won't hurt. all the others do it. don't you deserve it too?
depression - you knew it was too good to be true all along. you found mistakes and looked past them. this is the price you pay.
acceptance - you accept love as it has come. it is not perfect and it is not complete, though, it is not spiteful and it is not empty. all you can do is call it yours.
