"Hoy, Team Babe!"
Alyssa and Mika's eyes met for a split second but they did not react to Kim at all.
"Team Babe, wag kayong magpanggap na di niyo alam na kayo tinatawag ko!" Kim teased.
They continued to ignore.
"Mika," Kim said which got Mika's attention. "Sa! MikaSa or Team Babe, circle na!"
Alyssa saw Mika roll her eyes and she did the same, making sure Kim saw it.
Somehow, Alyssa and Mika ended up standing beside each other with Kim grinning at them.
Alyssa wanted to groan. Kim doesn't have anything better to do with her life. But hey, she was not about to complain. Mika and her hardly ever get the chance to hold each other's hand in public so she'd take this chance happily.
When Alyssa glanced at Mika and their eyea met, Mika gave her a secretive smile before hiding it behind a poker face again. And when it was time to pray, she felt Mika squeeze her hand and she did the same. She prayed really hard for Mika and her to stay together and be happy. She knew Mika was praying for the same thing.
"Team Babe, tabi-tabi tayo mamayang dinner," Kim said as they were exiting the gym.
Mika finally turned to Kim.
"Kimmy, ikaw, tumigil-tigil ka na, ah. Banatan kita, eh," Mika said.
"Bakit? Ayaw mo bang nashiship kay Aly? Grabe ka, Ye!" Kim teased.
Their other teammates were watching the banter with interest and amusement.
"Mahiya ka naman kasi kay Ly! Ano bang trip mo?"
Kim laughed.
"Wala lang. Nagkalat na naman kasi mga alipores niyo, eh. Once a year, umiingay sila," Kim grinned.
"Alipores ka rin ba at ang ingay mo?" I butted in.
"Oo. Ship ko kayo, eh." Kim even made finger hearts at them.
"Shipain kita diyan, eh," Mika said before turning to Alyssa. "Ly, pagpasensyahan mo na 'tong mokong na 'to, ah."
"Hindi, okay lang. Sanay na ako sa ulupong na 'yan," Alyssa replied.
"Hoy, grabe kayo sakin, ah!" Kim protested.
They kept up some more banter that got laughter out of their teammates.
When they got to the taxi, Alyssa immediately texted Mika.
"So ayaw mong nashiship sakin?"
"Mahirap kasi magpigil ng kilig 😆. Baka mabuko tayo 😂"
Alyssa felt giddy to the core and couldn't help but smile widely.
"Oo nga. Lalo na kanina. I enjoyed holding your hand."
"Me, too. See you tonight?"
"Yes, Babe. I love you."
"I love you more! 😍😘"

Alyssa was not actually surprised to see Mika in the laundry shop. She had exchanged several glances and smiles with Mika before Aby arrived. She had to be careful then because she was doing one of her vlogs.
Still, when Mika was standing in front of her fixing her laundry, she couldn't help but steal glances. How can Mika be so damn fine while wearing a baggy shirt, shorts, and a belt bag? It didn't help that Mika had her hair in a ponytail and she just wanted to stare at her neck. Damn, Mika was so damn fine and Alyssa was lucky.
When Mika was done, it was her turn to use the dryer and she saw something of Mika's that made her want to bite her lip. She kept her cool and rehearsed what to say before actually picking up the item.
"Yeye, sayo 'to?" Alyssa said, giving Mika the tube top.
"Thank you!" Mika said happily.
She stole a glance at Mika after a while and Mika smirked at her.
Alyssa get it now.
Mika left the tube top there on purpose knowing that Alyssa had very fond memories of that tube. Alyssa did help take that one off a few nights ago.
Alyssa shook her head lightly. She knew she was being teased. Well, she would just get back at Mika later.

At an ungodly hour in the morning, Alyssa snuck off her room and went to the rooftop where she knew Mika was already waiting.
Mika was smiling at her the moment she set her foot on the rooftop.
"Tagal mo naman," Mika said.
Alyssa stepped closer to Mika until she was finally able to put her arms around Mika's waist.
"Light sleeper kasi si Mylene, Babe, eh. Sorry."
"Sorry? Anong gagawin ko sa sorry mo?" Mika said slyly.
"How can I make up to you?" Alyssa played along.
"How do you think?"
Alyssa smirked before leaning and capturing Mika's lips with hers. She kissed Mika for as long as she could, as lovingly as she could.
"Did I make it up to you?" Alyssa asked while catching her breath.
"Parang kulang pa," Mika replied before kissing Alyssa.
When they finally got a little enough of each other, they sat on the blanket Mika brought with Mika between Alyssa's legs and leaning on Alyssa's chest.
"Napanood mo na ba 'yung vlog ni Tyang?" Mika asked.
"Hindi pa. Why?" Alyssa asked worriedly. She was scared Mika was referring to all her moments there with Den and have a jealous fit.
"Guess who I saw sneaking glances at me several times? Tinawag pa nga akong 'Yeye' noong di na ata nakatiis."
Alyssa chuckled at that.
"Well, whoever that was. She was definitely charmed by you and she definitely wanted to call you 'Babe'."
"Talaga?" Mika asked while moving to look at her.
"Talaga."
Alyssa met Mika halfway when Mika leaned for a sweet kiss.
"Buti di pa nawawala bisa ng gayuma ko sayo," Mika joked.
"You thinking na ikaw ang gumayuma sakin means 'yung gayuma ko sayo ang di pa nawawalan ng bisa," Alyssa retorted.
"Ayaw mo rin talaga magatalo, eh, 'no?"
"Of course," Alyssa replied proudly. "Because I want you to know that if there's one thing in my life I would definitely fight for, it's you."
Mika's eyes softened as she looked at Alyssa warmly.
"Quota ka na. Kilig na kilig na ako, Babe."
Alyssa grinned.
"I'm glad. Do I get a kiss for that?"
Mika chuckled but kissed her nonetheless.
"How long do you think we can keep this up?" Mika asked, referring to their secret relationship.
"We'll tell the world when we're ready, Babe. And if they found out before that, it's fine. We'll still have each other."
"I love you, Babe," Mika said sweetly.
"I love you more," Alyssa replied.
They kissed some more. Well, made out actually.
"We should have booked a room," Alyssa whispered in between kisses.
"We can't. Maaga pa tayo mamaya," Mika replied, never stopping the kisses.
Alyssa knew that but still she put her hand under Mika's shirt and snapped her bra hook off with one hand. Mika moved back.
"What are you doing?"
"Just take it off, Babe," Alyssa said sensually while showering Mika's jaw and neck with kisses.
Alyssa didn't exactly wait if Mika agreed or not. She pulled on Mika's straps until she finally took it off. Of course, that's not the only thing she did.
When the time came for them to leave, Alyssa put Mika's bra on her pocket.
"Huy! Akin na 'yan!" Mika said.
Alyssa smirked.
"Ako na maglalaba. Kunin mo sakin next time na maglalaba tayo."
"Babe!"
"That's what you get for teasing me in public," Alyssa said with satisfaction before drowning each and every one of Mika's protest with kisses.
"Fine. I give up. Just don't lose it. It's my favorite."
Alyssa grinned.
"I thought my hands were your favorite."
Mika blushed.
"Ang harot mo! Halika na nga! Matulog na tayo!"
Alyssa laughed heartily. Sometimes payback is a bitch but with them, payback can be so damn interesting.
