SpongeBob nervously walked to mr. Krabs office. He knew he should have but he took a few dollars out of register to pay for Gary's surgery. he couldn't afford it on his 25¢ monthly paycheck, and did everything from selling chocolate bars to helping Sandy with her experiments.
He opened the door with his hat in his hands and tears in his eyes before rushing to the middle of the room. "Yes Mr. Krabs?" He asked tentatively sweating slightly in panic.
"It has come to my attention that we have a thief in our ranks boy." Mr Krabs said staring at SpongeBob with knowing eyes.
"Wha- what to you mean Mr. Krabs." He responded sweating harder, twisting his hat in his hands.
"It means someones been touching me money!" Mr.Krabs yelled slamming his fist on his desk. SpongeBob jumped at the sound, already feeling himself crack under pressure.
"W-well I don't kn-know nothing about that Mr Krab-bs," he Hastily adjusted his tie and cleared his throat. "Maybe you dropped the $60 dollars in you're toilet."
Mr. Krabs squinted catching a mistake in the young sponge's excuse.
"I didn't say nothin about the amount missing."
