"Weird huh? Showing a stranger your way of seeing things, it's basically my little secret" I smiled and put my hand on his shoulder "I feel honored for you being able to show me this, and I know what you mean" especially being what I am "One day I'll tell you my secret, and maybe one day we can be really close friends" I smiled "Nyx..." then the bell rang "Oh it's my lunch time. Crap I didn't bring any food today..." that meant I had to get into line... I suddenly had flashbacks from when I was younger... The panic started slowly building up. It seemed like he noticed this. He put his hand on my shoulder and said "Hey I can accompany you" I looked up at him "Could you..? I mean, is it even your lunch time?" he chuckled "No, but it won't hurt to be a little late to class, it's not like my teacher would care anyway, plus, that place is surrounded with people, anything could happen to you" I felt so relieved, he has no idea how thankful I am "Thank you..." suddenly, my stomach growled "Let's go get you something to eat" and we went off to the lunch room
We got to the entrance, and thank goodness I had money in my backpack so I was able to pay for my food. We were both about to walk in when "Nixon Marks!" we both turn around "Crap, my teacher... I'm sorry... Will you be ok on your own??" I nodded "Yeah sure..." but in reality I started being so terrified "I'll be close by I promise" he patted me on the head and he walked over. That pat on the head was actually really reassuring. I took a deep breath and walked in. I looked around and so far it seemed like no one cared. I went to the line and OMG THE FOOD OPTIONS LOOK SO GOOD! I actually got happy, I started picking my food pretty quickly. I then speed walked to the cafeteria lady, bought my food and was finished. I successfully got my food! I was able to put my food in plastic containers and put them in a bag, since I was going to eat outside. I am so relieved. I now had to find my way back to the entrance since it's basically at the other side of the room, and the cafeteria is big. I tried my best not to make myself noticeable. I was creeping my way out keeping my head down, not making eye contact with anybody, then "Hey you!" I heard someone yell, but I ignore it and kept going, hoping it wasn't aimed towards me. Then I heard another voice saying "Hey don't ignore us!" nope it was definitely for me. I was close to the door, about 5 feet away, until someone got in my way. I looked up "You have some balls to ignore us" it was the same werewolves that bothered Jack and Joy "We ain't afraid of you anymore now that you are the Omega" they grabbed my arm "Hey be careful my food-!" I yelled "Shut up and learn your place! You still think your special just because you were friends with the Alpha or something?" they pushed me to the ground. They then got a milk carton from a nearby table and then suddenly splashed it on me. I then heard gasps. My eyes were closed, I heard some of the milk splash on the ground but I didn't feel any of the milk land on me. I opened my eyes and see someone was hovering over me. Shielding me. It was Milo "!!!" he looked down at me "Are you alright Ms. Flaws?" I was surprised. I silently nodded "Milo the milk..." he chuckled and licked his shoulder "Cats love milk" he winked at me while sticking his tongue and then turned around "You are not allowed to touch any of kittens, do you understand you mutt?" everyone was surprised "Your kitten?? Back off, this is a werewolf matter, you are not allowed to interfere" Milo was confused "Werewolf matter? Explain how it's a werewolf matter?" they laughed, oh no please don't "She's a werewolf" NO! "And the lowest one at that" BE QUIET ALREADY! "She's the Omega" Milo was stunned, he looked over at me "You're a werewolf..? But your scent, we have meif'wa class together, how..." I started to cry "I... I..." don't look at me like that, please nobody look at me. I felt like I was suffocating. My vision blurred. I wanted to crawling a hole and hide

Suddenly someone came from behind me, my eyes were covered and their body covered mine "I'm sorry I wasn't here" the person whispered in my ear, it was Nixon "Back off! She's mine! Anyone who gets near her will have to deal with me! Got it!?" He got out a loud threatening growl out before picking me up bridal style and running out the lunch room.
