Author's Thoughts:
Just as expected, this drama didn't disappoint! Every single character had their special roles and the connections were fantastic. The pacing was great, not too fast but not dragging. This drama made me feel the excitement and thrill about what's going to happen next, who's going to betray who; the pain, the heartbreak, the admiration for Jung Woo's character; and the hope that truth will prevail in the end.
[SPOILER AHEAD] The episodes when they were trying to escape from prison were incredibly breath-taking.
Ji Sung's acting was so damn good! I swear, if Ji Sung doesn't win Best Actor for Defendant I'm gonna sue! Nah, I'm kidding. But I swear this drama showcased how great an actor Ji Sung is. I'm glad I decided to follow his and his wife's dramas. They are absolutely amazing actors! Looking forward to Ji Sung's future projects and looking forward to more amazing crime-themed KDramas. <3
