The ticking of the clock and the whispering twigs of the tree's stretching arms overthrown the deafening silence of the room.
There, she laid with the faith of waking up from an endless sleep.
She was imprisoned in an abyss where death is patiently waiting for her to drop by.
"Wake up."
She felt her skin shivered from the icy cold voice trying to invade her serene sleep.
She was awaken by him.

He drew his face near to hers as she slowly open the lid of her eyes.
She missed the light coming through from the window of the four-cornered room where she was laying for a decade.
Her bed was her home and the ceiling was her blue sky.

An angelic face smiled down at her.
It was the most welcoming disposition she could ever get from waking up. . . again.

He caressed her face with his hand and gave her his best looks of assurance.
An assurance that his presence was her salvation from an eternal suffering.
Her eternal suffering of the unending crater of darkness from her unconsciousness.
"Who are you?"
Those were the only words her mouth was able to utter from the gaze of a man standing before her.
He offered his hand to her and said,
"I'm your angel."
She slowly stretched her hand while locking her eyes to the man offering an escape from the chasm where she was locked in for a long time.
"Take me with you."
Their hands were sealed.
And so was her fate.
