-Peter Pan & Wendy-
I was on my way home from school. I was so excited since I finally got to play with August. He always stood in front of the big tree beside my house and there we played all afternoon. Sometimes he tells me fairies are real and that I'm Tinkerbell, and he's Peter Pan.
"So who's your Wendy then?"
"In my story, there won't be a Wendy."
"Why?"
"Because I'd rather choose the one who stayed by my side the whole time rather than the one who comes to my life but then leave me."
I was too innocent to realize that the one he was stating is me.
