Lachlan.
"Hey guys keep playing, I'll get us some drinks!" I call as I sprint away,
"Ok!" Harry calls,
I run out to and face the 5,
"Follow, " I say as I walk off,
They all look at Lachlan to see what to do,
Lachlan follows and they do too.
We walk off behind my car,
"What do you want?" I ask,
"We'll be the one asking the questions here" Mitch spat,
"Now now Mitch, Simon and I have some.. Things to discuss. Leave." He orders,
Mitch just glares at Lachlan as he is being shoved away by Jerome,
"So, what do you want?" I ask again,
"I want.. Him" Lachlan smirks,
"Well you cannot have him" I sneer,
"He'll be ours soon enough dear friend" He puts his hand on my shoulder,
"I'm not your friend" I slap his hand away,
"Why are you still hanging around with those losers anyway? What do you call yourselves again? The Side-whatever" Lachlan rolls his eyes,
"They are my family!" I yell.
"Yes, but wasn't I once your family too?" He grins,
"Run along and play with your pack for all I care, you'll never get your hands on Vik" I spat angrily at him,
"You cannot deny it, Simon, we are still one in the same" he walks away.
Ugh! Stupid Lachlan! Just piss off!
I kick a rock out of frustration,
"I guess I'll go get those drinks now."
°Lachlan P.O.V°
"Let's go boys" I round them up,
"So, was it successful?" Preston asks,
"Not necessarily a defeat," I say,
"That's not an answer" Preston pouts,
"Well it was good enough for me," I say as I unlock my car,
Preston gets into the passenger seat while the other 3 get into Rob's car.
Preston's smile fades,
"What'd they say"
"He said we can't use him, but that's not his decision to make. Now is it?"
"Nope" Preston grins,
I slide on my shades as I reverse,
But it's our decision, Simon.
>Josh P.O.V<
"Hey, guys!" Simon says as he holds energy drinks,
"Hey Simon" Harry puffs as he comes walking over,
"Here" Simon hands him a drink,
"Thanks, Si," Harry says as he opens it,
"Josh I need to talk to you" Simon whispers,
"Ok, we'll talk when we get home," I say as he just nods,
"C'mon guys! Lets play some football!" Simon calls.
~At Home~
"Hey, do you guys want anything? Vik and I are going to go shopping" Tobi asks,
"I'm good," I say,
"Same" Simon nods,
"Ok, we'll be back in a few," Tobi says as he and Vik head out.
"My room" Simon whispers to me walking past me and I follow,
We walk in and Simon sits in his chair while I sit on his bed,
"What was it you wanted to talk about?" I ask,
"Remember the photo I sent you at school?" He asks,
"Yeah, the wolf one with P.A.C.K?"
"Yes, yes, that one. My suspicions where right, the new kids, the 5 of them, are P.A.C.K" He explains,
"Then what does P.A.C.K stand for?"
'It doesn't stand for anything much, they just capitalized the letters in PACK but they are the Pack."
"So what you are saying is that their gang name is 'Pack'?"
"Not just Pack but the Pack, I know a bit about them myself," He says,
"Like?"
"That their leader is Lachlan Power his right-hand-man is Preston Arsement, Lachlan resides from Australia and Preston is from Texas. The group formed here in the UK in the first year of middle school" He says playing with a pen,
"There is something that you are not telling me, isn't there" I narrow my eyes at Simon,
"You'd be correct, what middle school did we all go to?" he asks,
How is this important?
"Jefferson Middle School, " I say,
"Yes, but one of the 6 of us didn't go to that middle school. Who was I, Josh?"
Then it hits me,
"You Simon, you went to a different middle school than the 5 of us!" I say shocked.
"You'd be correct, I went to the same middle school as the Pack. But there is also one other thing" He continues,
"Whats that?" I ask,
"I was once their leader."
-Vik P.O.V-
I noticed that when Simon get the drinks he kept glancing at me,
Even in the car he glanced at me every 2 seconds,
It was creepy.
"Hey Vik, wanna go to the shops?" Tobi asks me,
"Sure!" I smile,
Tobi and I go and tell the boys where we are going,
"Hey, do you guys want anything? Vik and I are going to go shopping" Tobi asks,
"I'm good," Josh say,
"Same" Simon nods,
"Ok, we'll be back in a few," Tobi says as I follow him out the door,
Tobi and I get into his car and start the 5-minute drive to the grocer,
"So Vik, tell me. Have you been enjoying your time here?" Tobi asks,
"I sure have! I've never had friends as nice and caring as you guys" I smile,
To be overly honest, I've had a few friends like this before.
But I could out they where just mean bastards and only used me for a lure.
Stupid them.
"Hey.. Do you know anyone by the name of Lachlan?" Tobi asks out of the blue,
"W-what's his last name?" I stutter,
Did I really just stutter right now? Stupid Vik!
"His name is Lachlan, Lachlan Power" Tobi says keeping his eyes on the road.
L-Lachlan? Is he back? Oh crap, I'm so dead.
"N-no I don't know a Lachlan Power" I say a little nervous,
"Why do you ask?" I question,
"Oh it's nothing important, he just transferred to our school this semester" Tobi parks the car,
"Ok, let's go" he gets out and I get out too,
Lachlan's back.
~Flashback~
"He-hello my names Vikram Barn but I prefer Vik," I say shyly as I stand in front of my new class,
"Well then Vik, why don't you take a seat next to.. Lachlan over there!"
I walk over to a blonde and sit down,
"Hey!" The kid whispers,
"I'm Lachlan, nice to meet you Vik" He smiles,
"Hey Lachlan"
That was the first time I had ever talked to the strong-willed, bad boy of the middle school.
Lachlan and I became friends very quickly and I met all of his friends too,
Preston, Rob, Mitch, Jerome.
"Is there 5 of you?" I ask,
"There was 6, but he moved schools. We don't speak of him because he is a traitor" Lachlan shakes his head.
After months of hanging out with them, their true colour a started to seep through.
They where mean, ruthless, harsh.
I couldn't live with them as my friends anymore.
They used me.
Used me to lure people in for the catch.
I was used! Used then discarded!
So I left when high school came I moved to a school with a different life.
Never to see them again.
Except things don't always go to plan do they?

Also in case any of you where wondering, the guy that was beating up Vik that time WAS NOT Lachlan. Comment a name for the blonde, the first comment wins 😂
