"Alexander Hamilton." The teacher called. Alex weakly muttered under his breath, "Here." Before collapsing into his arms on his deck. He was going to take Eliza out to dinner with that money, but now because he cheated on her, he couldn't.
Alex wasn't sure if he's seen Maria in this school or not. He thinks he remembers her face, but not exactly. He knew he saw her once, outside the school, dressed in yellow. But that was before the whole thing. But now he's questioning everything.
"welcome to debate club, guys. I hope you'll have. Today, we're just going to plow right into it, no research or anything. I'm choosing two random students.." The teacher looked out at the class. "How about what have Alexander and...Aaron? You're pretty quiet."
Alex's head went up as he met eyes with a kid in the back of the class. He was tall, and ha closely-cropped hair and dark eyes. He made his way up to the first podium. The teacher looked at Alex.
He stood up and stood at the other podium.
"Your topics today, Mr. Burr and Mr. Hamilton, are relationships in high school. So please, Mr. Burr, explain why we should not have relationships in high school. Mr. Hamilton, you opposed."
Aaron was quiet for a minute before he started.
"Relationships in high school are a dangerous thing. They could, logically speaking, drain you have your funds to save for a college education or a car, but if you want to do that, that's okay." He muttered, unsure of himself.
Aaron went on for about 2 minutes.
"Mr. Hamilton, you may-" The teacher was interrupted.
"Relationships in high school are needed for some people. Some people like the feeling of taking care of someone, or having someone to talk to whenever needed. But make sure you have a relationship with the one person. And only one person because multiple relationships are not good, so yeah, because you might end up spending all your money and living a miserable life because-"
"Mr. Hamilton, excuse me, take a seat! Oh my god. Samuel, will you please replace Alex's position?" The teacher asked politely.
Hamilton glared at both teacher and Samuel before sitting down.

(Okay guys, I realized that in order for the story to work in the way I wanted, I had to make some changes about Hamilton's living arrangements. You can check it out in the first chapter, which I changed, but it will briefly go over it here. Sorry!)
George Washington was a very tired man. His two sons were both the same age in high school, just a couple months apart, and both were trouble-makers and were very reckless. His son Alexander spent most of his time writing on his laptop or at debate team, while his younger son, Marquis, spent most of his time in Fencing Class or Track team. It was insane to keep up with their races or meetings or debates or shows.
And even much so when you were the CEO of a very successful hotel chain, called Washington's Resorts. He had about 600 different places in the USA alone, and running them all was insane. Martha tried the best she could, as well as his interns, but no one could take on the job with as much power and he could.
Traveling was big part, and he hated it. And Martha was an international lawyer, traveling as well, most of the time together. Leaving Alexander and marquis home alone a lot.
