Ingredients
1 orange, segmented
2 apples, peeled and cubed
1 pear, peeled and cubed
OR
1 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of
-blueberries
-raspberries
-blackberries
FOR EITHER:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Peels of a lime/lemon/orange
Directions:
1. Throw either a mixture of fruit in a medium bowl.
2. In a small sauce pan combine sugar water and peels. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Let the sugar mixture cool down. Add it to the fruit in the bowl. Toss and serve cold.
Enjoy with 3-4 people
