Fairy's POV
I feel someone's arms around me. I try to move but they just tighten.
"Nooooo." Shawn says in his morning voice.
"Shawn! Airport in half hour!" His mom shouts.
"What!" Shawn says.
"Fairy! You can come with to the airport!" His mom says.
Shawn squeezes me tightly.
I snuggle into his chest.
"I got to go get changed." I say.
"I have a dress of yours still." Shawn says.
Shawn gets up and goes to his closet.
He pulls out a navy blue dress with a 2 inch lacy waist. It goes down mid-thigh. The sleeves cover my shoulders.
"I don't remember this dress." I say sitting cross legged on the bed.
"That's because I bought it for you." Shawn says smiling.
"Shawn!" I say.
He smiles.
Shawn's POV
I don't want to let go of her. Being away from her for 3 months will not be fun.
She looks gorgeous sitting there on my bed in my shirt.
God I would love to wake up to her every morning.
"Shawn!" Fairy says.
I smile.
She rolls her eyes.
"Oh you get to keep the shirt." I say.
"Shawn! It's your favorite though!" She says standing on my bed.
"It looks better on you though." I say smiling.
"Oh shush!" She says throwing a pillow at me.
"Hurry up!" My mom yells.
"Almost ready!" I shout down.
"Shawn. We aren't even dressed." Fairy says.
"Better hurry then." Shawn says throwing the dress at me.
Fairy's POV
Shawn pulls his shirt off.
"Woah." I say.
He turns around and winks.
I roll my eyes.
"I won't look." He says.
I trust him.
I turn around and pull off my shirt.
I get the dress on.
"Zip me up." I say to Shawn.
"Just a sec. I need to put pants on." Shawn says.
I laugh.
I feel his hand on my waist.
He brushes my hair out of the way.
He zips up the dress and spins me around.
I giggle.
"You look gorgeous." Shawn says.
"Thank you." I say blushing.
Shawn kisses my forehead.
"Go put a shirt on." I say pushing him to his closet.
He throws on a red shirt.
He runs his hands through his hair.
"Good?" He asks.
I laugh.
"No." I say.
"Fix it." He says kneeling.
"Wow thanks." I say laughing.
I fix up his hair.
"Now you're good." I say.
"Thanks Fair." He says.
"New nickname for me?" I ask.
He nods smiling.
"5 minutes and we're leaving!" Shawn's mom yells.
I shove my phone in my pocket.
We grab all the bags.
Somehow we manage to get them in the car.
"I grabbed some food for you guys." Shawn's Mom says.
We nod.
I lean on Shawn.
Shawn's mom looks at us in the rear view mirror.
I see a tear run down her cheek. She wipes it away quickly.
I grab Shawn's hand.
He squeezes it lightly.
"We're here." Shawn's mom says.
We get out and grab the bags.
We put the bags were they gotta go and walk as far as we can with Shawn.
"We are supposed to meet up with Matthew Espinosa and his family." Shawn's Mom says.
"Hey are you Shawn?" A guy asks Shawn.
"Yeah?" Shawn says.
"I'm Matt!" The guy says.
"Oh hey!" Shawn says.
"Ready?" Matt asks.
"I gotta say my goodbyes." Shawn says.
"Bye Mom. I'll call you every night." Shawn says hugging his mom.
"Be good, and you better." She says.
They hug quickly.
"I'll be at the car." She says touching my arm.
I nod.
Shawn hugs me tightly.
He picks me up off the ground easily. I wrap my legs around his waist.
"Fairy." Shawn says.
He puts me down.
There is no space between us.
Shawn leans down, he kisses my lips softly.
I kiss back, tears streaming down my face.
We break apart.
"Please don't cry, I'll be back soon." Shawn says wiping my tears away.
"Dude sorry but we gotta go." Matt says.
"Bye." Shawn says hugging me once more.
He and Matt run off to their flight.
I'm left standing there tears streaming down my face.
Shawn turns around and waves.
I smile a little.
He disappears around a corner.
I stand there a little longer.
I turn and go out to the car.
Shawn's POV
"Is she your girlfriend?" Matt asks.
"No." I say still in shock from what I just did.
"But you..." Matt says.
"Yeah, we've know each other for over 10 years." I say.
"Wow." Matt says.
I already miss her.
My phone buzzes.
[Text me when you land]
Fairy texted me. I smile a little.
"Her name is Fairy?" Matt asks.
"Yeah." I say.
"Cool name." He says nodding.
I nod.
"I like her hair." He says.
"That's the first thing I remember about meeting her." I say.
"So why did you get called by Bart?" Matt asks.
"I sing and play guitar." I say.
"Oh sweet!" Matt says.
I wonder how Fairy is doing. I'm really worried.
I quickly text her back

"Please turn off all electronic devices." The flight attendant says.
I power off my phone.
"Goodnight bro." Matt says leaning back.
"Ha goodnight." I say.
I watch as the plane lifts off the ground.
