"Ano ka ba babe kanina ka pa dyan, mamaya himatayin kapa." Sinuway ako nung taong sitting pretty samantalang ako, ikot ng ikot dito sa hallway.
Ugh.
"Kasi naman baka yung costumes nyo may butas butas pa, pano kasi retaretaso lang ng tela ginamit! Tapos baka mamaya yung mga dinikit naming ek ek sa stage biglang matanggal sa kalagitnaan ng romantic or kissing scene nyo ni Tams! Tapos yung mga armors nung mga trol---"
"KISSING SCENE NAMIN NI TAMMY?!"
I just nodded. Then he immediately approached the director. Mga ilang minuto lang yun tas bumalik sya nang nakangiti.
"Not gonna happen, babe." He whispered into my ear and walked away with his hands on his pocket.
Hinayaan ko nlng sya tapos nilapitan ko yung ibang taga-props department to double check if may mga kailangan pang ayusin. We still got 20 minutes bago magstart ang program. Marami-rami na ring tao nung sinilip ko yung court.. though nandito kami sa malawak naming hallway kung saan lht ng props nakahilera. Tapos may separate room para sa dressing room ng mga characters.
Out of nowhere napakanta ako nung healing song ni Rapunzel sa Tangled. Everytime nagppractice si Tammy, lagi ko kasing naririnig. Ayun, LSS. :)) Halos makabisado ko na rin mga linya nya! Ghaash. Kapapanood ko lang rin kasi nung Tangled and ewan ko.. naamaze ako. Haha. Ang ganda ng boses ni Rapunzel!
[A/N: Yea pakinggan nyo kahit ako na-LSS dyan wag kayo.. :)) Srsly, mas maraming moral ang natututunan ko sa mga ganyang film kesa sa mga real ones. :D Ako na isip bata. Hehez. May video po sa gilid. "Bravo.. bravo!" Napatigil ako nang may magsalita with matching palakpak. I turned around to see who it was.. and saw..

Umikot ikot sya sakin. "Too bad.. taga-props department ka lang. You'll never be noticed.. and you'll never be part of the acting team. You know why?" She raised her eyebrow. "..kasi di ka bagay dun and wala kang potential. While you were singing kanina, naawa ako sa original singer nun. Pano kasi.. binaboy mo yung kanta! Trying hard!" She gripped my jaw with her one hand. "You are better with doing these.." Kumuha sya ng isang prop para dun sa mga trolls. "..TRASH." Then binitawan nya ako.
Maiiyak ba ako o maiinis?
Ewan. Halong emosyon.
Trash ba tong ginagawa ko?! TRASH TO!? SERYOSO?! E KUNG IPAKAIN KO TO SKNYA?! SAKSAK KO SA BIBIG NYA TONG MGA TRASH NA SINASABI NYA EH!!
I was teary eyed na when..
"Natasha. Kanina ka pa hinahanap ni direk."
Ash appeared. Out of nowhere.
Di ko alam kung magpapasalamat ba ako o mas lalo akong mabbwiset.
Natasha stared at Ash as if she was saying na.. "WTH? PANIRA KA NG MOMENT YOU KNOW?" Then she gave me her attention. "Babalikan kita.." She looked at me from head to toe. "..trying hard!"And she walked away.
Oh really? Get lost Tasha.
Ash stood still.
"Mas gugustuhin kong maging props manager, kesa maging wicked stepmother sa isang play."
He said with a smug. He whistled and went away.

Gumising ka nga Eli!! Dyan sya magaling nga eh diba? Biglang susulpot pag kailangan mo, tas bigla kang iiwan sa ere. Ano sya superman? superhero? Dadating lang pag kailangan mo?
Seriously. I don't need him as a superhero.. I need him as a bestfriend who will always, ALWAYS be there for me like he used to.
But then, as I ALWAYS say.. he leaves me floating in the air.
Sa kalagitnaan ng pagddrama ko nagsenyas na si direk na magsisimula na yung program. This is it. :)
Haha! Parang ako yung magpeperform eh noh? :)) Taga-abot nlng ako ng props ngayon. Di na ganun kabigat gagawin ko. Wahehehe.
Then biglang nagkagulo. Ingay eh. AS IN INGAY TALAGA. NOISE.
Chaos omaygad. Baka may riot sa labas. O.O
Sisilip sana ako sa court pero napatigil ako kasi yung mga head ng play, namely the scriptwriter, director, at yung teacher namin sa Arts pati yung iba pa. Nagpapanic si direk.
"My goodness! Where the heck is that girl? Alam nya bang ngayon na ang play? Iresponsable ang mga istudyante mo!!" Turo nya kay Ms. TeacherNaminSaArts.
"What are we going to do? Five minutes more.. and magsisimula na!" Sabi ni scriptwriter.
Tapos yung iba nagsside comments na rin. Si Ms. TeacherNaminSaArts napayuko na lang. Tsk. Then bigla nyang tinayo yung ulo nya at tumingin sa akin.
She smiled, a smile showing kindness. Though medyo creepy-ish kasi di naman kami close nyang teacher namin sa Arts so ang weird kasi ngingitian nya ako ng parang close kami. Napabulong ako sa sarili ko nang..

Then nilapitan nya ako pero nakangiti pa rin sya.
Woooo creepy..
Napalaki nlng yung mata ko nang bigla nya akong hugutin papunta kila direk at sa iba pang head ng play. Pero si direk nakayuko lang at depressed na depressed na ata.
Whoaaaaaa. Bka ippraise ako for the job well done sa props. Owyeah.
Ngumiti ako sa kanilang lahat.. oha. Kakainin ni Natasha lht ng cnbe nya about sa props! Hmfff. Kundi ko lang kadugo yun eh.. san kaya nagmana yon. -.-
"She will be her replacement." Tinapik ni Ms. TeacherNaminSaArts ang likod ko. At parang nilend nya yung kamay nya sakin.
Napatawa ako. Nakakaflatter naman. Inabot ko yung kamay ni Ms. at sabi ko.. "Nako Ma'am thank you po sobrang pinaghira---"
"GOOD! Magcostume ka na!" Said direk and they all went away.

"WHAAAAAAAAAAAT?!" O_________O!!!!
I yelled like there's no tomorrow.
"Be quiet and get yourself dressed with Rapunzel's costume! Double time!" Direk yelled at me and clapped his hands twice.
That means.. GO, OR SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR ASS.
Oh my goodness.
Out of nowhere may sumulpot na dalawang babae na dala yung costume ni Rapunzel at hinatak ako papuntang dressing room and inayusan ako.
Patay tayo neto!!

Kinuha ko agad yung cellphone ko at tinawagan si Tammy.

"CANNOT BE REACHED WHAT THE!!!!!!" Napasigaw ako ulit at napatitig na lang sakin yung dalawang babae.
"Miss pinapatawag na po kayo, pumunta na raw po kayo sa backstage." Sabi nung isang babae.

Pasmado pa yung kamay ko. Gaash. Anong gagawin ko? Oo't medyo alam ko naman yung mga lines ni Tammy pero.. di ako nakapagpractice ever!!

By the time I reached the backstage, andun na raw sa part ng childhood ni Rapunzel.
So hindi pa ako. Wooo.
All eyes on me on the backstage. Gulat na gulat silang lahat na nandun ako and nakaayos ako ang everything. Parang lahat sila naka- O____O!! sakin. Si Tasha lang hindi. She's always >:|
She stood up and walked towards me. She was about to speak when Spike, na hindi ko alam kung saan galing, ay hinarangan sya gamit yung braso nya.
"Subukan mo syang hawakan o pagsalitaan ng hindi maganda.. ako ang makakabangga mo. Get lost Angeles."
Napatahimik nlng si Tasha at bumalik na sa upuan nya.
Hinawakan ni Spike yung kamay ko.
"Go.. its your time to shine. Goodluck babe." He gently pushed me behind the curtains that will lead me to the stage.
Pero before akong sumalang sa stage he kissed my hand and whispered.. "You sneaky lil thing.. pambawi ko yan sa patakas mong kiss skn kagabi."
Natawa nlng ako then I went throught the curtains. And there I saw this very bright light on me. Spotlight. Ito yung feeling na gusto kong maexperience. Yung nasayo yung spotlight.
Nakakatense, pero nakakaexcite.
I started to do the singing of Rapunzel sa first part, yung naglilinis sya ng tower. Then the scene with Tasha, ughh. -.-
Then the play went smooth. Sabi nila direk nagagawa ko naman daw ng maayos, ituloy tuloy ko lang daw.
Ang cool ng scenes namin ni Spike!

Super action, comedy and everything!! Pati yung nandun sa boat kami, ang cool ng effects! Feeling ko tuloy ako na talaga si Rapunzel. We passed through the trolls, na pinaghirapan ko yung mga props.
Nakanta ko na rin yung healing song ng ilang beses! Pero ang sarap ulit-ulitin! LSS na talaga.
Tapos di ko napigilang tumawa nung scene na nung kabayo! (Ash) OMG. =))))) Sobrang... WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
[A/N: Ganto yan. Si Rapunzel ay may healing powers.. once na kinanta nya yung flower gleam and glow blabla.. iilaw yung buhok nya tas hahaba pa lalo and kung ni-wrap nya yung hair nya sa isang wounded part of the body, gagaling yun. Kaya sya kinidnap ni Wicked stepmother kasi sya yung nakakapagpabalik ng pagkabata nya everytime kumakanta si rapunzel. Watch nyo nlng kasi. Haha.]

Then we are down to the end of the play, wherein Eugene's(Spike) about to die because of the wicked stepmother (Natasha).
The part na sobrang naiyak ako nung pinanuod ko.
(Rapunzel and Wicked Stepmother on the tower, Eugene nasa baba)
"Rapunzel? Rapunzel.. let down your hair!" Eugene.
*binaba yung hair, nasa taas na si Eugene*
"Rapunzel? I thought I'd never see you again.." Eugene.
*I (Rapunzel) winced, kasi nakatakip yung bibig ko at naka-kadena ako*
Then bigla nalang sinaksak ni Wicked stepmother si Eugene.
*natumba si Eugene*
"Now look what you've done, Rapunzel." Wiked stepmother said. "Oh don't worry dear, our secret will die with him.." Lumapit si wicked stepmother sakin, the umikot ikot sya.
"But as for us.. we are going where no one will ever find you again." Pinutol nya yung kadena ako pero nagpumiglas akong pumunta kay Eugene.
"Rapunzel, really... ENOUGH already!!! Stop fighting me!!"
Natanggal yung tali sa bibig ko at napaupo ako sa sahig.
"Noo!! I won't stop! For every minute of the rest of my life, I will fight!" Huminga ako ng malalim. "I will never, stop trying to get away from you!!" I breathe in, and out.
"..But, if you let me save him... I will go with you."
"N-nno... No Rapunzel.." Eugene forced himself to speak, kahit nanghihina na sya dahil sa saksak ni wicked stepmother.
"I will never run.. I'll never try to escape. Just.. let me heal him, and you and I will be together.. forever! Just like you want. Everything will be as the way it was. I promise. Just like you want. JUST. LET. ME. HEAL. HIM."
Nagpause si Wicked stepmother for a while then kinadena si Eugene.
"In case you get any idea of following us.." Hinigpitan nya yung kadena and lumayo kay Eugene.
Then lumapit ako kay Eugene.
"Eugene!!!" Hinaplos ko yung mukha nya. Hinanap ko yung saksak sknya and tinignan ko. Eugene said, "awh".. meaning nasaktan sya dahil hinawakan ko. "I'm so sorry.. Everything is gonna be okay..." I reached for my hair.
"Nooo!! Rapunzel..."
"I promise.. you have to trust me.."
"Nooo.."
"Just believe in me.."
"No.. I can't let you do this."
"And I can't let you diee.." I said with a hesitating, calm voice. Nilagay ko ulit yung kamay ko sa face nya.
"But if you do this.. then you.. will die.."
"Hey.. hey.. its gonna be alright." I whispered and yumuko ako.
Eugene caressed my cheek. "Rapunzel... why is it..." He reached for my hair.
Then he cut it.
He dropped the broken piece of glass na ginamit nyang pangcut nung buhok ko.
"Eugene.. whaaaa-?" Hinawakan ko yung buhok ko.
Nagpapanic na si wicked stepmother. "NOOO!! NOOO!!! WHAT HAVE YOU DOOOONNNEEE?! WHAT HAVE YOU DOOOOONEEE?!?!"
Nagpalit na ng anyo si wicked stepmother, naging old na sya. Hindi ko alam kung pano ginawa ng staff yun. Cool. :)) Dumiretso sya sa mirror and nagsisisigaw ng Noooo.. Noooo!!
Nilagay nya yung hood nya then naglakad lakad. Nahulog sya sa tower.
I put my attention to Eugene.
"No no no no no...." Inikot ko sya kasi nakatagilid sya.I, again, put my hand on his cheek. "Eugenee!! No... Look at me! Look at me, I'm right here.. don't go!" Kinuha ko yung kamay nya.
"Stay with me Eugene!" Naiiyak na ako. Nilagay ko yung kamay nya sa ulo ko. And I tried to sing my healing song kahit umiiyak ako at wala na sa tono.

"Rapunzel.. hey..."
"Make the clock reverse *sob* Bring back what once was mine.. What?" I told him.
He was smiling.. painfully smiling. "You are my new dream." He said in a low voice.
I smiled but at the same time, sobbed. "And you are mine..."
Pumikit na sya..
Nakatitig lang ako sknya.. still crying. I cupped his face.
"Heal what has been hurt.. Change the Fates' design.. Save what has been lost... Bring back what once was mine."
Nilapit ko yung mukha ko sa kanya. "What once was mine.."
And I cried.
And so my tear na pumatak sknya healed him.
Nabuhay sya ulit.
"Eugene.."
"Did I ever tell you I have a thing for brunettes?"
I cried for joy. "Eugene!!" I hugged him.
