I am angry
My actions are harsh and mean
I shout and yell at the world around me
Things within my reach are knocked over or broken
I'm so mad at myself for the things I've done
My Emotion has finally spilled over and now I'm at a standstill
I sit on my bed and view the destruction I've caused around me
On nights like this, I cry myself to sleep
