"Hey! Where is Sam?" I ask Aaron as I sit down next to him.
"On his way, he's hitting traffic." Aaron tells me.
"No, I'm right here." Sam enters the doorway.
"Sam!" I say excitedly.
"Hey, the traffic was bad." Sam responds.
"Really? It wasn't too bad when we were out but, we didn't take the 405. Did you?" Lexi asks.
"Yes, the driver did. Worst decision ever." Sam tells us.
"Ugh, that sucks." Lex sighs.
"So, about the show tonight." Aaron brings up.
"Yeah, what about it?" I turn towards him.
"We're playing 'Dear Sister', right?" Aaron asks.
"I mean, if you all want to. I do, it's something I wrote for Dani. I've just never performed it because I was nervous I would cry but, it's the last show... I'll probably cry anyways." I shrug.
"Okay, after Renegades, right?" Sam asks.
"Sounds like a good place to put it." Lex adds.

We're on stage in a few minutes. Lex, Aaron, Sam and I joined Jack, Blair and Dani on side stage to watch the guys all together. We finished our last soundcheck of the tour and now our last show.
Tonight I'm wearing a Blackbear baseball jersey (the artist), black jeans, the usual makeup and tonight Alex curled my hair. I never curl my hair so it's different. The guys have already finished performing and are now coming to watch us.
"Hi." Luke smiles, coming up behind me and wrapping his arms around my waist.
"Hey." I turn around.
"Last show, that's crazy. I can't believe that's my last performance for this tour, insane." Luke says.
"I know, I can't believe it. I'm on in minute." I reply.
"I know. You're going to do great and I can't wait to watch you tonight, you're going to do amazing, Like usual. I love you so much and get out there and do what you do best." Luke tells me. I hear our stage manager telling us to go on stage.
"I love you so much." I tell Luke.
"I love you too." Luke responds, giving me a kiss. I grab my guitar. Sam goes on stage first, Aaron, Lex and then me.

We've preformed a couple songs so far.
"So, tonight we're preforming a song I wrote a long time ago. It's not long but, it's very meaningful to me. I've never performed it before but, it's very special to me and this will probably be the only time we ever sing this live." I tell the audience.
"But first, we're going to sing another song called Renegades. It's a little slower but, here we go!" Lex announces.
I start playing guitar, Sam comes in with drums after me. Lex begins singing.
"Run away with me
Lost souls and reverie

I come in after her.
"And I say
Hey, hey hey hey

Hey hey hey

...
We finish the song.
"Okay, so this song we're playing next is called 'Dear Sister', it's dedicated to my lovely sister Danielle. She's standing off stage right here. I love you so much and I'm so glad I've had you around me almost everyday for the past couple years. This song is legit 56 seconds long but, is probably going to hit hard for a lot of people." I turn to her. "Also, don't hate me if I cry."
Dani is smiling at me. Michael's arm is around her tightly and he's smiling down at her.
"Dear sister, can you help me lie?
I've told the truth so many years
No one seems to want to hear that
I'm not someone else inside" I sing. I feel tears already welling up in my eyes. I move onto the next section.
"I've been along this lonely road
Looks like I'm not coming home
But I don't mind
Please don't cry." I've shed a couple tears, I look towards Dani who is crying as well.
"And fuck me, sorry! I'm crying, whoops. Tears, emotions! Who am i?" I laugh, wiping under my eyes.
"Awh, I'm going to give you a hug." Aaron walks towards me, hugging me.
"Ew, your sweat is now on my body. Not feelin it." I say. "So, our next song is a cover song. Has anybody heard of 'The Offspring?"
Everybody goes nuts. "Great! This song is called 'The Kids Aren't Alright'"

We've finished our last song and now it's time for our goodbye's and final bows for this tour.
"Alright, we've got a few sappy things to say before our goodbyes to this amazing tour." Sam tells the audience. "Haliee, you care to go first?"
"Why yes, Sam. I want to thank everybody in this audience tonight for coming, everybody from everywhere we've visited in these last 6 months for buying tickets merch, waisting all your money to support not only a small-town midwestern girl but everybody you came to see tonight. Thank you for continuously supporting us, staying up and waiting for new music to come out, waiting outside hotels, staying up for days to vote for us for awards, everything that you guys do means so much to us. I can't wait to start a new tour. I know how hard life is and I know that music can be peoples only escape and that's what we're here for. We're not here for money, we're here to make somebody forget their problems for even just a song. I want to thank our amazing crew for putting up with our shit, I suck. I want to thank my band for being amazing. I want to thank 5SOS for this joint tour and again, thank you guys. I couldn't have asked for a more amazing tour, thank you guys. I love you. I could've gone on forever but, this is as quick as I could cut it." I say, getting a tad emotional.
"Okay, I'm going to cry 10/10. So, thank you all for being so supportive of me. Not that long ago this girl came into Claires to get her ear pierced and a few months later we're in a band. I came from nothing to this! I have all of you guys and that's amazing. I consider you guys my friends and I love seeing you. We're hoping to meet some of you after the show. Please, if you ever see us out in public, please come say hi. I love meeting you. So, thank you so much for coming to see us tonight and I hope to be back here soon. Thank you to the crew for helping so much, theres so many people that make this tour possible and i want to thank every single one of them. Thank you Ashton, Luke, Calum and Michael for an amazing tour. Thanks Haliee, Sam and Aaron for being amazing this tour as well. And I'm crying!" Lexi laughs after she talks.
"Alright, the girls have covered a lot of it so, thank you to every single one of the Off Fire family for everything you've done for us. I know that sometimes we can't stop to meet you guys and that really sucks and I'm so sorry. I wish I could meet every single one of you guys, that would be amazing. Thank you for being wonderful and beautiful and taking a second out of your day to even listen to our music. I love you all so much." Sam tells the audience.
"So, here we are. This is my least favorite part of every show. I hate leaving like this. I want everybody who likes our music to just be together all the time. I know that this family we have of people who support us is growing. That is amazing and I love it. I know that so many people have met so many friends through music and that's rad. I love that people are connecting through this music. I want to thank everybody and anybody that has listened to even a second of our stuff to give us a chance. I love all of you deeply and dearly. I love the family setup we have, I love that you all are joined together in this room for music. Thank you all so much." Aaron finishes off.
"Good night everybody! Until next time, hope to see you soon!" I end. Lex, Aaron, Sam and I join together on the front of stage and take our final bow of this tour.
Ashton, Calum, Luke and a whole bunch of the crew join us on stage for the last bow of this tour.
