Something surged through me. It clouded my sight, burned my chest, sent fire through my mind and body. I smashed my mug into the ground, shattering it. Then swept my arms across my table forcing it off and clattering to the ground. Papers fluttering and another glass breaking as it hits the floor. My arms shook and my breathing was heavy. My calm composure as shattered as the glass littering the floor replaced with a seemingly endless pit of rage and anger. Then I open my eyes and stare at the endlessly clean kitchen everything still in place and unmoved.
