- After five years later -

Yoongi stood before the graves, the wind carrying whispers of memories past. The once vibrant colors of autumn leaves now seemed muted against the somber backdrop of loss. "Happy 23rd birthday, Princess," he murmured softly, his voice laden with emotion. "It's been five long years since you left us, but it feels like just yesterday." He reached out to touch the cold stone marker, tracing the engraved letters of her name with trembling fingers.

His gaze drifted to the neighboring grave, where Seojun lay at rest beside her. "And you, Seojun," Yoongi's voice wavered, a mix of fondness and sorrow. "You always did have a stubborn streak. But in the end, you found your way back to her, just like you wanted." A bittersweet smile tugged at the corners of his lips as he recalled their bond, forged in the crucible of shared pain and longing.

"But I hope you both have found peace now," Yoongi continued, his voice carrying a quiet longing. "That wherever you are, you're together, watching over us from above." Tears welled in his eyes, blurring the names etched in stone before him. "I miss you both more than words can express," he confessed, his voice barely above a whisper. "Every day, it feels like a piece of my heart is missing without you here." With a heavy sigh, he bowed his head in silent tribute, the weight of loss heavy upon his shoulders even after all this time.

The memories of their laughter and warmth filled Yoongi's mind, casting a soft glow amidst the shadows of grief. He remembered the moments they shared, the late-night conversations, the shared smiles, and the unspoken understanding that bound them together.

As the wind whispered through the trees, Yoongi felt a sense of solace wash over him, a fleeting reminder of the love that had once enveloped them all. Though they were gone, their presence lingered in the air, a gentle reminder that they would always be a part of his life, no matter how far they may have traveled beyond the veil of mortality.

With a final glance at the graves, Yoongi offered a silent prayer, a whispered plea for peace and comfort to embrace his beloved sister and the friend who had become like family. Then, with a heavy heart but a renewed sense of resolve, he turned away, carrying their memory with him as he faced the uncertain future that lay ahead.

- Five years earlier -

A/N POV:

"Hey Y/N," Seojun whispered to her, careful not to get caught by the teacher who was teaching. Annoyed, Y/N whispered back, "What? Let me just focus on the lecture, will you?" He smirked and whispered, "Let's skip school after this class?" She whispered in response, "No." Undeterred, he continued, "I'll take that as a yes, babe." She rolled her eyes in response.

As soon as the lecture ended, Seojun grabbed Y/N's wrist and her bag, pulling her out of the school. She stopped in between, concerned, "How will we pass through the entrance gate? The guard will stop us." He smirked, saying, "Just wait and watch."

Dragging her to the entrance gate, he winked at the guard, who nodded in understanding and let them pass. Once outside the school, Y/N exclaimed in surprise, "How?" He just smirked and led her away.

They reached a public restroom. "Why are we here? You gotta pee or something?" she chuckled, asking. Seojun replied, "Nope," as he opened his bag and pulled out two shirts and pants. Handing one set to her, he said, "Go and change."

She smirked, remarking, "You're actually so cool, what the fuck." He smirked back, saying, "I know, cutie. Now go." They then headed to separate washrooms and swapped their uniforms for the clothes he brought, stashing the uniforms inside their bags.

Seojun took her hand as they entered a small art supply shop. "Hey, senior," Seojun greeted the guy behind the counter, and they hugged. The guy grinned, "Long time no see, Seojun." Seojun explained, "Yeah, been caught up with school and stuff."

Then he asked, "Senior, could you please look after our bags?" The guy nodded, taking their bags and placing them beside him. "No problem," he said with a smile. Leaning in, he whispered to Seojun while eyeing Y/N, "Girlfriend, huh?"

Seojun smirked, replying, "Maybe someday." He added, "We'll pick up the bags in a few hours." The guy nodded, and Y/N and Seojun exited the shop.

Y/N glanced at him, a playful smirk dancing on her lips. "So, where are we heading, cool guy?" she teased. He grinned mischievously. "Let's do something bad?" he suggested. Y/N's eyes widened. "Oh, no way, I'm not going to have sex with you ," she retorted.

He leaned in, his breath tickling her ear as he whispered, "But I was thinking about something else. I guess you're the one with a dirty mind." She shoved him playfully. "Stupid," she chuckled.

He laughed and suggested, "Let's go to a club. We won't drink, but we can smoke. Cool?" Y/N shrugged, "Well, okay, I've always wanted to try cigarettes anyway." He squeezed her hand, "So, to the club it is," and they made their way to a nearby club.

Inside the club, the air pulsed with the rhythm of music, bodies gyrating on the dance floor, and laughter mingling with the scent of alcohol. Seojun's grip on Y/N's hand tightened as they navigated through the throngs of people, seeking refuge on an empty couch tucked away in a dimly lit corner.

Pulling out a pack of cigarettes, Seojun deftly lit one, the flame illuminating his features as he took the first drag. With a smirk, he passed it to Y/N, who accepted it tentatively, her fingers trembling slightly. As the nicotine-infused smoke filled her lungs, she felt a rush of adrenaline, a forbidden thrill coursing through her veins.

"It's my first time, though," Seojun confessed, his voice barely audible over the thumping bass of the music. Y/N nodded in understanding, her lips curling into a small smile as she took another drag, exhaling slowly and savoring the taste on her tongue.

"Same here," she admitted, the corners of her mouth quirking up in amusement. "But I have to say, I get why people do it now." She glanced around the club, watching as people lost themselves in the music and the haze of smoke, their inhibitions melting away with each puff.

Seojun chuckled softly, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "Yeah, it's kind of addicting, isn't it?" he remarked, taking another drag from his cigarette. "But hey, as long as we're here, we might as well enjoy it, right?" He leaned back against the couch, a lazy smile playing on his lips as he watched the chaotic scene unfold before them.

And for a moment, as they shared that stolen moment of rebellion, it felt like nothing else in the world mattered. Just two souls, lost in the pulsating rhythm of the music, finding solace in the ephemeral freedom of the night.

After extinguishing their cigarettes, Seojun turned to Y/N with a playful grin. "Care to dance, my princess?" he teased, extending his hand towards her. She responded with a melodramatic flourish, taking his hand with a chuckle. "Oh, absolutely," she exclaimed with mock enthusiasm.

Navigating through the crowd, Seojun paused briefly to request a song from the DJ. Returning to Y/N's side, he said, "This is my favorite song," before gently placing his hands on her waist as she rested hers on his shoulders. The music began to play, and they swayed together in perfect harmony on the dancefloor.

I am not the only traveler

Y/N and Seojun, lost in the crowd of the club, found solace in each other's company. They danced slowly, their movements synchronized with the melancholic melody of the song.

Who has not repaid his debt

Their eyes locked, expressing emotions they couldn't articulate with words. In that moment, it felt like time stood still, as if they were the only two people in the world.

I've been searching for a trail to follow again

Y/N's heart raced as she felt Seojun's hand gently resting on her waist, pulling her closer. She closed her eyes, savoring the warmth of his touch, longing to stay in this moment forever.

Take me back to the night we met

Their bodies swayed to the music, each step bringing them closer together. In the dimly lit club, surrounded by strangers, they found a sense of belonging in each other's arms.

And then I can tell myself

As the song continued, Y/N and Seojun shared fleeting glances filled with unspoken promises and shared memories. They were lost in the music, lost in each other.

What the hell I'm supposed to do

Seojun's heart raced with a mixture of excitement and uncertainty. He never imagined he would find himself here, dancing with someone who understood him in a way no one else did.

And then I can tell myself

Y/N's mind was a whirlwind of emotions as she let herself get lost in the moment. She felt alive, free from the burdens of the past and the uncertainties of the future.

Not to ride along with you

With each step, each beat of the song, Y/N and Seojun found themselves moving closer together, their souls intertwining in a dance of passion and longing.

I had all and then most of you, some, and now none of you

Y/N's thoughts drifted to the past, to the moments they shared together, both the joyous and the painful. Despite everything, she couldn't deny the pull he had on her heart.

Take me back to the night we met

In that fleeting moment, amidst the chaos of the club, Y/N and Seojun found a sense of peace, a moment of clarity in each other's presence. Y/N's laughter filled the air as Seojun spun her around playfully.

I don't know what I'm supposed to do, haunted by the ghost of you

As the song reached its crescendo, Y/N and Seojun's movements became more desperate, more passionate. It was as if they were trying to hold onto something slipping through their fingers.

Oh, take me back to the night we met

With each note, each chord, Y/N and Seojun poured their souls into the dance, letting go of their fears and insecurities, embracing the raw emotion that connected them.

When the night was full of terror

Despite the darkness that surrounded them, Y/N and Seojun found light in each other's presence. They were each other's anchor, guiding them through the storm.

And your eyes were filled with tears

In that moment, Y/N felt as if she could see into Seojun's soul, his vulnerabilities laid bare before her. It was a moment of raw intimacy, a connection that transcended words.

When you had not touched me yet

Seojun's touch sent shivers down Y/N's spine, igniting a fire within her that she thought had long been extinguished. In his arms, she felt safe, cherished, loved.

Oh, take me back to the night we met

As the song echoed through the club, Y/N and Seojun held onto each other tighter, their hearts beating as one. In that moment, nothing else mattered but the two of them, lost in the music, lost in love.

I had all and then most of you, some, and now none of you

As the final notes of the song faded away, Y/N and Seojun were left breathless, their bodies pressed against each other, their souls entwined in a dance of love and longing.

Take me back to the night we met

In that moment, amidst the chaos of the club, Y/N and Seojun found solace in each other's arms. It was a night they would never forget, a night that would forever be etched in their hearts.
