REIVEN'S POV**
Astig ako pero bwisit..
Nagagawa mo lang akong utos utusan.
I quietly sat on the passenger seat since wala na rin ako nagawa kundi iwan kotse ko sa club at kay West na sumakay.
Throughout our whole trip, walang nagsasalita samin.
Her words still echo through my mind, especially when she called me her own.
I don't know what to feel. Should I be flustered? Shall be concerned?
Dyan ka kasi magaling West eh, sa mixed signals.
None of us dared to speak. Probably still shookt sa nangyari.
Ako kasi, di ko rin alam ano sasabihin. You can say im still sulking pero di nalang natin ipapahalata.
I fished out my phone to send Danielle a message about sa nangyari.
Pagbukas na pagbukas ko ng screen, West finally said something.
"Are you still upset with me?" she asked, eyes still on the road.
"You won't believe if I say no, diba?"
"Hmm, yeah."
"Then, yes, I am."
"Im sorry."
"A simple sorry won't make it up, you know?"
I heard her sigh before she carefully finds a spot to park the car by the curb. Dito palang alam ko nang makikipagtalo nanaman sya eh.
Kanina pa nagtatama tingin namin, I can't help but feel awkward kaya panay iwas naman ako ng tingin.
She was calling my name, I was ignoring it since my head feels pretty fuzzy about the things.
Then, I felt her hand grab my chin gently, turning my head to face her.
"Learn to look at the person when they're talking to you, aight?" she said.
"What do you want?" nakakunot noo ko namang tanong bago hinawi kamay nya.
"Forgive me."
"I don't want to," I hastily said before turning my head back to the window.
"Look, I'm sorry if inuna ko si Art."
Bigla naman nangati tenga ko nang marinig pangalan nya.
Di na nga kami okay babanggitin nya pa yung unggoy na yun.
Sorry Lord.
Again, she let out a sigh.
Even though di ako nakatingin, alam kong nagkakamot ng ulo si West ngayon.
Somehow, nawawala wala na tampo ko by itself, pero kailangan tatagan ko loob ko.
After a few while, I heard her seatbelt click kaya akala ko lalabas sya.
I automatically turned my head to see.
Halos nanlaki naman mata ko nang makita that she's unbuttoning her shirt.
I was sent into panic mode immediately.
"Hoy! Babae ka, bat ka naghuhubad?!"
"Magbibihis ako," she calmly said as she continues to take her clothes off.
Napatakip nalang ako ng mata, pero inalis ko rin when I heard her laugh.
"Takip ka pa dyan, it's not like you haven't seen me without any clo-"
"Ah! Shut up!"
"But, nakita mo naman na talaga?" she said laughing.
"Shut up!" tugon ko sabay takip ng tenga.
"Why, Rei? when other girls strip infront of you, you don't complain, pero pag ako..." she said in a serious and sad voice.
Napanganga naman ako and looked at her shocked.
"Hoy! First of all, we don't talk about that. Second, syempre! You're not them!"
"Oh? What makes me special then?" she said with a playful smile.
Then it hit me.
Knowing West, idadaan nya sa asaran until I finally forgive her.
But tonight, di tayo papatalo.
Never back down never what? Never rurupok kay kanluran!
I suddenly had an idea.
Sabi ng matanda dun sa kanto sa subdivision namin, kung di mo kaya magsagwan sa agos ng tubig, mag paanod ka nalang.
"Why do you wanna know?" I asked.
I saw her eyebrows raise.
"Suddenly, you're so confident. I wonder ano nakain mo?"
"Wala pa. Wanna be the first one?" i answered her with a smirk.
Then I scanned her from head to toe.
"Ano ka cannibal?"
"Wew, maang maangan pa oh, akala mo di kinapitan ulo ko sabay sabi-"
"Okay, I surrender stop, uwi na tayo," West cut me off before finally gripping on the steering wheel again.
Pigil na pigil naman tawa ko dahil sa reaction nya. She's blushing like a tomato.
Kung di ako nakainom, di ako magkakaron ng kapal ng mukha na sabihin yun.
We did it! Ano ka West?!
I can't help but smile from my victory.
After nun, di na ulit umimik si West until makauwi kami.
We didn't speak to each other na until we got home.
Nung akmang aakyat na sana ako sa kwarto, West pulled me by my waist before hugging me tightly.
"Im sorry, my Rei. Please, bati na tayo? I'll make it up to you tomorrow," she whispered as she rests her chin on my shoulders.
Agad naman nagtayuan balahibo ko from the way she speaks.
Somehow, di ko rin talaga kaya tiisin si West.
Plus, I have sulked long enough, tama na. Di ko na kaya magtampo.
I just nodded.
"Fine, just let me sleep na," I answered trying to get away from her hug since gusto ko na talaga umakyat.
Instead of letting me go, tumawa lang ito sabay hinigpitan pa ang yakap sakin.
"Let me sleep with you," she said while laughing.
"No way! Kaya nga tag isa tayo ng kwarto-"
"Edi, mag isang kwarto nalang tayo!"
"Luh! Ano ka asawa ko?"
"Soon."
"Adik!" tugon ko.
Maya maya kinagat ni West tenga ko dahilan naman para magpumiglas ako.
"Aray ha," i said while holding my ear.
My complaints later turned into burst of laughters nang bigla ako kilitiin ni West sa tagiliran.
"Let me sleep with you," she said while tickling me.
Ako naman, di na makasalita kakatawa. All i can do was shake my head while laughing kahit malapit na mag 50/50 hininga ko.
"Ayaw mo talaga?"
"No! HAHAHAHAH"
Wala kasing kiliti si West so di ko sya mabawian. All I can do was squeal and laugh while she tickles every spot on my body.
Finally, naawa na sya then lets me go.
Napaupo na ako sa hagdan while holding my chest trying to catch my breathe.
Si West naman, nakatayo sa harap ko while nakapamewang, her eyebrows raised.
"Let me sleep with you," tugon ulit nya.
Sinamaan ko naman ito ng tingin. When I got the chance, tumakbo na ako sa kwarto and locked it.
I didn't hear West scream, so I thought she just gave up.
Napadapa na ako sa kama and was about to get the rest I wanted.
When all of the sudden, I heard keys shaking.
Sinong kupal ba nag imbento ng spare keys?
Mag uusap kami saglit.
I boredly looked at door as it flung open revealing West.
This time, naka pajama na sya and she's carrying her own blanket and the teddy bear she always keeps beside her.
I actually got a matching one with her, it's sitting beside my bed at the moment.
Napakamot nalang ako ng batok bago umayos ng higa at nag taklubo ng kumot.
Si West na ata definition ng, wala kang takas sakin eh.
Mamaya maya, I felt her crawl up the bed.
And moments later, I felt her arms wrap around my waist, as usual, sending an electrical shock throughout my body.
I did not say anything and kept my eyes closed.
"Rei, I'm sorry if nakalimutan ko anniversary natin. It's just, things are getting kind of busy with me nowadays and nagkataon na may lakad kami ni Art," she whispered behind my ear.
Still, I didn't react and pretended to sleep.
"I don't like what happened either, kung tutuusin, mas gusto kitang kasama kesa sakanya. Alam mo naman sa sarili mo yan eh, I'd choose you any day," tugon ni West sa malambing na tono as her hug gets tighter, pulling our bodies closer together.
Finally, I opened my eyes and faced her.
Dahil sa position namin ngayon, my face were just a few centimetres away from her.
I met her sad hazel eyes, she's looking at me sincerely.
Her eyes are my weakness.
Everything about her actually.
"Magmumukha akong kabit sa ginagawa mo," i said straightforwardly.
She pouted, took her hand and placed it on my cheeks as her thumb gently runs through my face.
"Im sorry about today. Can we just make up na? I can't go to bed thinking you're mad at me," she said in a low tone.
Isa sa nakakainis pag nagtatampo ako kay West, is kuhang kuha nya kahinaan ko.
Bibihira na sya ang nanunuyo, kaya as much, sinusulit ko.
I flashed a smile before hugging her back.
Di ko na kaya, bati na kami.
"Okay na, stop being clingy na."
"Thank God. Tomorrow, we're going somewhere, cancel mo lakad mo," she said as she pats my head.
Di ko man kita, im sure she's smiling cause she finally got what she wanted.
"I know you've been wanting to do this for a while, punta tayo kidzoona."
Agad naman ako napabalikwas after hearing that.
"Weh?!"
"See, lumalabas childish side mo."
Napasimangot naman ako. She just laughed before sitting up to cup my face before leaning in to rub her nose with mine.
"I didn't say na ayoko nyan. That's why pupunta tayo kidzoona to satisfy that side of yours."
"Akala mo siguro rurupok ako sa ginagawa mo," i said while pouting.
"Is it working?"
Bigla naman ako natawa before flashing a smile.
"Oo, bwisit ka."
"Pft. Alright, go to bed, tomorrow you'll be my baby muna, I'm all yours tomorrow," she said smiling before kissing my head.
Then there it goes again.
The butterflies.
Di naman ako nagmumukhang kabit no?
