UA high school - high alliance - 10:30 AM
Izuku was running through the halls of high alliance to his own dorm room, he had a feeling on what he would find in his folder, he just needed to make sure as soon as possible
He ran into his All Might merch covered dorm room and locked the door, he plopped down on his desk chair and stared at the folder for a moment before ripping it open, he looked at the stack of papers, so innocent looking, he flipped through the stack without reading, and low and behold!
A purple piece of paper fell from the stack!
Izuku felt like laughing at that moment, what were the chances? Katsuki being the heroes leader, and izuku, his rival by all means, being the secret villains leader?
Moreover, his gut feeling being right on this one too?
He couldn't help the dry chuckle that left him as he picked the fallen paper and read it's content

I, nezu principal of UA, had decided after a thorough discussion with the members of UA staff, that you are the best suited for the role of the villains leader in UA's annual civil war event for this year, in this paper you have a set of certain rules that are only applicable for yourself and no one else, all other rules still stand regardless of your roles or position
You are free to play your role as the villains leader however you wish, but you are to try and achieve 3 main objectives, that would be detailed in this paper, any and all other objectives, if you have any in mind, would be completely up to you'
Izuku carefully read the paper, after reading it, he reached to a drawer in his desk, he pulled it open and reached for one of the many empty notebooks inside and a pen, he started writing down notes on the rules and soon moved to reading the rest of the stack, the last paper of the original stack being the application paper the principal mentioned in the auditorium, he looked at it for a moment before he got an idea, he quickly scribbled the idea in the notebook
An hour later, izuku leaned back in his seat, he thought over the rules for a moment before standing up and gathering the paper stack back into the folder and getting his notebook, once with the folder, notebook and a pen in hand, he went out of his room and started heading downstairs, on his way to the principals office
He stopped by the kitchen when he heard his name, he leaned over to look into the kitchen, it was uraraka
"I don't know..... listen I know that I'm broke but I'm not- .....yeah yeah I get it! I really do! ....... that is not possible y'know? ......" She was talking on the phone, izuku was curious what she was talking about
"well tsu pays for me whenever we are in an outing she is sweet like that...... todoroki is rich y'know?......iida too, yeah..... todoroki is too cold, I don't think he would love that way, never really....I told you before! Iida is too uptight to think about these kinds of things!" Izuku frowned at that, whatever she was talking about, he didn't like the sound of it
"....deku?.....w-well he is sweet I guess?.....I suppose he would be rich too.....I mean- he couldn't fill his dorm room to the brim with all might merch, limited editions and expensive merch included, if he wasn't rich y'know?.....uh huh, and good looking too! And he is very obvious and very much an open book! He has his heart on his sleeve! I really like him too.....I know I have the most chance with him out of everyone else.......n-no that's not the case at all!......yeah.....yeah I get it...." izuku's eyes widened at that, he felt his heart drop, he didn't want to believe what he was hearing, but it was undeniable, he always had good hearing, there is no way he misheard that, he felt angry, he felt used
His eyes narrowed as he took a peek into the kitchen where uraraka sat talking on the phone, her back to the doorway
He felt angry at her, he felt betrayed, he only had one thought in his head, he let it circulate his brain as ideas popped up along side it as he walked away quietly, heading towards the principal's office without as much as looking back, one single thought prominent still
"...Wrong move..."

UA highschool - principal's office - 1:48 PM
Izuku was standing in front of nezu's office, he still felt angry at uraraka, but he took a few calming breaths to clear his mind before he knocked on the door
"Come in!" He heard from the other side of the door, he stepped into the office quietly, giving a small greeting to the chimera
"Ah! Young midoryia! I was expecting to see you here at some point today, though I must admit, based on what Aizawa and Yagi had told me about you, I would have thought I'll have you here in my office a little bit sooner" the principal said as he gestured for izuku to take a seat "tea?" He offered the student politely
Izuku declined with a small shake of his head as he sat down at the chair right in front of the principal's desk "sorry, but I got caught up with...." his eyes narrowed in thought "... something...." he said slowly and vaguely
Nezu simple nodded, it didn't escape the genius rodent the slight twitch the the green haired teen gave off, but he let it slide for until it becomes an actual problem, for now there were other things that needed attention
"So, what questions do you have for me to answer?" Nezu asked cheerfully yet with professional note in his voice, as he poured himself some tea
Izuku straightened up as he got out the paper stack from his folder and laid it unto the the coffee table at his feet, he opened his notebook and got his pen ready to write down every word, all happened so quick, that nezu wasn't sure if he even saw it or not
"Well, to start off...." and with that, nezu was sure that this would be a long session.....

UA highschool - high alliance - 6:35 PM
everyone bar from izuku was gathered in the common room and talking when the front door clicked open gaining their attention, everyone turned to so who it was when they noticed it was their resident broccoli boy himself
"Hey midobro! Where have you been?" Kirishima asked from his spot on the floor beside kaminari
"Huh? Oh hey kirishima! I was actually out with my mother really" he answered with a sweet smile as he walked over and took a seat beside the red haired teen on the floor
"Your mom?" Mina asked curiously
"Uh yeah, I finished reading the folder early so I called my mom, and after a bit we decided that we could go looking at the houses together once I get permission to go with her" izuku said while leaning back on his hands keeping eye contact with mina as he spoke
"Wait, looking at houses??? Dude, what have you been up to lately???" Sero asked after he paused the game he was playing on his switch, he looked at the green haired boy in confusion
"I haven't told you?" Izuku asked, seemingly confused himself when he received several shakes from his classmates "well, in this case, my mom had wanted us to move for a long time now, but we never did because the apartment we lived in was the only spot that was both close to the school that I went to and her workplace, but since we have dorms now, she doesn't see the point of not moving to a closer spot to her workplace anymore, she wanted to look at houses and have my opinion before doing anything, we were going to go next weekend, but we got an opportunity today and we took it, I asked Mr.Aizawa and he said it was fine, so yeah, we went and saw a few houses and got a tour of them, and once the papers and stuff are done, I'll go help my mom with the moving, she said it might take a few weeks to finalize everything though..." he rambled for his classmates explaining what he had done for the day and what was going on
Katsuki's eyes narrowed as he glared at izuku silently, he scoffed and stood up from his spot on the couch
"Bakubro? Where are you going?" Kirishima asked being the first to notice the blond's action
"I'm going to my damn room you fucking extras! I don't have to sit around and listen to your boring shit when I got better things to do!" He grumbled out loudly, not looking at any of them as he walked away leaving for his room
Izuku watched as his childhood friend left the room, he sighed mentally, knowing that katsuki would be the most challenging out of his classmates in this cold civil war, for now however, he might as well go back to his room too, after all....
He wouldn't be a good villain boss without a master plan
