Chapter 155
No One POV
Obstagoon had dodged a Stone Edge from Garchomp by jumping to the side as he charged at it with a Night Slash but Garchomp had blocked it using his blades fins as he pushed him back.
Lance:now use Flamethrower.he ordered him
Tatsumi:brace yourself.he commanded
As Obstagoon had tucked himself into a ball as the stream of fire had hit it head in creating an explosion, as the smoke had cleared up to reveal Obstagoon still in ball position.
Lance:what an odd way to defend yourself.he said out loud
Tatsumi:*smirks*now lunge and use Close Combat.he ordered
Lance:*his eyes widens*quick fly up into the air Garchomp avoid it.he quickly called out
With the added boost from the ball position he boosted himself at the Garchomp and started pummeling the dragon type with loads of attacks until he kicked him further away to gain some distance.
Garchomp and recovered as he managed to shake off the attack and glared at Obstagoon who also glared back with an excited grin on his face.
Tatsumi:*thinks*that did some damage but I can't let Obstagoon get too tired, I need save him for later.he thought to himself
As Tatsumi had brought out his ball and returned his shiny Obstagoon back into his ball which quirked a few eyebrows but understood why.
Lance:returning your Obstagoon huh, saving him for later that's probably a good choice.he commented
Tatsumi:it's to risky to lose him this early so instead this one will substitute, go Porygon.he said as he threw out his next choice
Tatsumi's shiny Porygon had made its way onto he field with the ring of shine as it hovered a few feet above the ground, pretty much everybody raised an eyebrow at this. Since they've never seen anyone use a Porygon before in battle so this will be a first.
Annoucer:oh wow will would you look at this, Tatsumi has decided to use a Pokémon that we rarely see in battles and that's a Porygon. From what I've read they are incredibly difficult to train, but let's see how this one performs.he said into the mic
The crowd had cheered at the prospect of seeing a Pokémon that barley anyone knows how to use as this should be quite the feast for the eyes.
Lance:*mutters*a Porygon huh and it's a shiny, I wonder how the hell he managed to get that.he wondered to himself
Ref:*raises his arms*Porygon vs Garchomp, let the battle begin.he announced
Lance:use Dual Chop.he ordered
Tatsumi:glitch through him and use Tri-Attack.he ordered him
Garchomp had roared as he flew at the Porygon with his fins glowing with energy until he completely missed as Porygon had fazed through him like a glitch and reappeared behind him.
He was about to attack it until Porygon had released the triple attack of fire,ice and lighting as the orbs have hit Garchomp as he growled in pain as he was sent flying back. Luckily no status affect has been pressed onto him.
Lance:what the hell was that.he wondered
Tatsumi:Porygon here is able to act like a computer, he's able to use his powers and glitch through pretty much anything. I guess all that training really paid off.he told him
Lance:dam well that's interesting to note.he said out loud
Tatsumi:now Porygon use Shadow Ball.he commanded
As Porygon had appeared at point blank range using its glitch ability and launched the point blank ball of shadowy energy in front of Garchomp which made an explosion from contact, as that did more damage to him.
Lance:hit him back with Dragon Pulse.he quickly commanded
Tatsumi:try and dodge it.he said to him
This time Garchomp was faster as he unleashed the beam of draconian energy at it which consumed him and sent him flying back toward Tatsumi's side, but he managed to stay afloat but gotten injured.
Lance:if really is an odd Pokémon, this is the first time battling one like this but I'm all for It.he said to himself
Tatsumi:Conversion.he called out
Some of the patterns on Porygon had changed color changing its typing as Lance had raised an eyebrow in confusion from that, he's never heard of a move like that.
Lance:*thinks*what kind of move is Conversion.he thought to himself
Tatsumi:now use Shadow Ball now.he commanded
Lance:dodge and use Dragon Claw.he called out
Porygon had charged up the attack quicker then before and it also had a bit more power then usual as well, Lance was quite surprised at that.
Garchomp had dodged the Shadow Ball as the attack had exploded behind him creating a cloud of dust, as Garchomp flew at him with near Mach speeds and slashed Porygon which sent if flying.
Tatsumi:*grits his teeth*Aerial Ace.he commanded
Before Lance and Garchomp could react Porygon had disappeared from sight and slammed into Garchomp's chest with white strips of energy which pushed him back and made him stumble a bit.
Tatsumi:*thinks*Porygon isn't like Obstagoon and can't tank too many hits, if he takes one more powerful hit it's over.he thought to himself
Lance:I'm finishing this now, Garchomp use Giga Impact.he commanded him
Garchomp had roared as the purple aura had surrounded him as he flew at Porygon as Tatsumi smirked in response.
Tatsumi:this is a bit suicide but it's whatever, Porygon use Tundra Blast.he ordered it
Lance:*wide eyed*oh crap too late.he said
Both attacks had clashed with each other as Porygon had combined the attacks Ice Beam + Hyper Beam which did massive damage to Garchomp as it created a large icy explosion as the cloud of ice had covered the battlefield.
Everyone was await the results until it was shown that both Garchomp and Porygon are unable to battle, as they both have swirls in their eyes as the ref had made his way over toward them.
Ref:*raises his arm*both Garchomp and Porygon are unable to battle, this match is a draw.he announced out loud
Announcer:both goes Garchomp and Porygon as the score is now 4-5 with Tatsumi in the lead, but we can't underestimate Lance now can't we.he said into the mic
Tatsumi:you did incredible for your first battle returned.he praised him
Lance:*surprised*hold on today was its first ever battle.he asked kind of surprised
Tatsumi:*nods*well he's had tons of training battles but this was his first official battle, and he did very well for it.he said back to him
As Lance had also returned his downed Garchomp as he looked at his ball and sighed, to him Tatsumi is quite ballsy to use a new Pokémon that he hasn't used at all in a battle especially up against him as well.
He really is like Keenan and Kalakaua as they all take chances and if they don't work they'll just work on it or just move on from it, Lance can now see why they get along with each other.
Lance:I see, you know your quite possibly the only one that has enough balls to use a Pokémon that don't have real battling experience up against me.he told him
Tatsumi:well let's just say that I have some pretty interesting friends and we tend to pick up each others habits.he said back to him
In which Lance couldn't help but agree as he's really debating if he should use it or not, but he also needs to play this safe as well.
Lance:Gyarados bare your fangs as show them what we've got.he tossed him up into the air
The ball had opened up revealing his next choice as the shiny Gyarados had roared as its long serpentine body had laid on top of the battlefield as it released a roar upon being released as it also appeared with a ring of shine.
Tatsumi:*mutters*Gyarados so he's going to use Dynamax now.he said to himself
Announcer:and Lance uses his shiny Gyarados, as Tatsumi isn't the only one with shiny Pokémon.he said out loud
Lance:I'm sure you already know this but Gyarados is my Gigantamax Pokémon so I hope your ready.he told him
Tatsumi:I've figured that out already, but in that case I'll use Druddigon.he said as he threw out his next choice
His Druddigon is also larger then most of its species standing at about 10ft tall as his scales looks hardened and his claws are also super sharp as well, it's clear that this Pokémon has seen many battles and Lance can see that.
Lance:*narrows his eyes*interesting so this Druddigon is not only a lot larger than it's kine but it has some experience as well. It's even more impressive then the shiny one Clair has.he said to himself

Change Scene Stands
Meanwhile at the stands as Kala,Katie and Tatsumaki are watching the battle as Tatsumi is doing pretty good, but at the same time Lance is using his Dyanamax Pokémon already. And that already raised alarms in their head that's for sure.
Katie:*surprised*hold on he's already using his Gyarados, does he really plan on doing a total sweep.she questioned
Kalakaua:that or he has other Pokémon that are stronger then it, like his Dragonite he's had ever since he was little.he commented
Tatsumaki:from what I've seen his Dragonite is ruthless and is indeed very powerful, being able to wiper entire teams. I wonder how my brother will be able to handle a Pokémon like that.she questioned
Kalakaua:your brother has some monger Pokémon of his own you just gotta wait and see.he replied
Katie:but wait Lance has multiple Dragonite's tho right? So does this mean he's using his ACTUAL one.she also wondered
Kala's eyes had widened a bit when she said that as he does remember his cousin Ryuga saying that Lance does have multiple Dragonite's and the one he always uses isn't his original one. That means that Tatusmi is in real deep shit if it is the true Dragonite.
Kalakaua:*thinks*hold on she's right, crap if Lance really is using the Dragonite from his childhood...Tatsu is in real deep shit.he thought to himself
Even he's starting to feel a bit nervous about it now since he knows that it'll be one hell of a battle, he's not sure if his top 3 can bring it down but there's only one way to find out.
Change Scene Battlefield
Lance did not waste anymore time Gigantamaxing his Gyarados right off the bat as the incredibly large Gyarados had appeared back onto the battlefield with the cloud above the whole arena indicating that it's being used.
Tatsumi:*sweating a bit*goddam he really isn't fuckin around that's for sure.he said to himself
Lance:use Max Geyser.he commanded
Tatsumi:try and use Protect.he cried out to him
Druddigon had created the protective barrier in front of him but the insanely large beam of water had clashed with the protective barrier completely breaking the Protect but it also managed to lessen the damage as well.
But rain had also appeared on the battlefield as Tatsumi looked up at the clouds and didn't really paid any attention to it, since it was quite a hot day as well.
Tatsumi:use Dragon Pulse full power.he commanded
As Druddigon had took a deep breath and unleashed the beam of draconian energy at the incredibly large Gyarados which made an explosion upon contact, but it didn't really do that much damage.
Lance:now use Max Rockfall.he commanded
Tatsumi:jump on those rocks.he ordered
The swarm of large rocks had started to fall onto the battlefield but Druddigon had jumped on top of them and using it to get closer and closer to Gyarados, as Lance and everyone else had watched on with surprise.
Tatsumi:pummel it with Outrage give it everything you've got.he called out to him
The dragon type had released a loud roar as a reddish orange aura and surrounded him as he started to pummel the large Gyarados over and over again until it finally shrunk back to normal after taking too much damage.
Both Pokémon had fell onto the ground taking damage as Gyarados had eyed the Druddigon who was confused, until he slapped himself in the face knocking him out of it.
Lance:*wide eyed*holy crap that sure is one powerful and interesting Druddigon, it certainly is better then Clair's.he said out in surprise
Announcer:*shocked*I don't believe it folks, Tatsumi's Druddigon had managed to break Gyarados's Gigantamax form. That is truly something you do not see everyday.he said into the mic
Of course the crowd had roared at the rare opportunity of seeing a Gigantamax like that being broken, as Tatsumi had released a sigh relieve that it worked.
Lance:well dam I must say that Druddigon sure is something, you've truly trained it well Tatsumi you have my praise.he said to him
Tatsumi:thanks but this isn't the best he can do, use Dragon Claw.he called out to him
Lance:smack it away with Aqua Tail.he ordered
Both Pokémon had stared at one another and charged at each other as well, both attacks had clashed as glowing claws and a large tail covered in water had clashed but they looked equal as they were both pushed back.
Lance:Gyarados use Ice Beam now.he called out
Tatsumi:*grits his teeth*shit try and block it Druddigon.he cried out to him
Druddigon was too late as Gyarados had launched the beam at his chest nailing it head on as he roared in pain from the super effective move as he was sent flying toward Tatsumi's side, but he managed to stand back up but even more injured then before.
Tatsumi:shit are you alright Druddigon can you still go on.he asked quite worried
It grit its teeth and roared pounding on his chest as there's a bit of ice on it until he destroyed the pieces when he pounded on it.
Lance:*grins*a true dragon through and through I love it.he said
Tatsumi:alright use Iron Head now.he ordered
Lance:counter that with Earthquake.he commanded
Tatsumi:knew you'd have that move, jump Druddigon and dive down still using Iron Head.he told him
He did just that as he jumped above the wave of brown energy as Druddigon had dived down at Gyarados gaining more speed until he full on slammed into the Pokémon which created a large cloud of dust from the impact.
It even made the battlefield shake a bit as well, the dust had started to clear up as both Druddigon and Gyarados are seen breathing heavily with scratches and bruises all over them.
Lance:*thinks*one more decent hit from that Druddigon it's over...but even so I still have THEM as well to shock him.he thought to himself
Tatsumi:now Druddigon use Giga Impact now.he quickly called out
Lance:*grins*your not the only one who can use combination moves, now let's try Hydro Blizzard.he commanded
Tatsumi:*sweating*shit this isn't good.he said to himself
Even so Druddigon still managed to power through the combination move of Hydro Pump + Blizzard as he grit his teeth trying to withstand the incredibly cold attack until he finally gave up, he was sent flying into the wall behind Tatsumi.
He was wide eyed at what happened as he turned around to see Druddigon slowly coming out of the wall as he made his way over toward the downed Pokémon and thanked him.
Tatsumi:*smiles*you may not have won Druddigon but you did incredibly well, now return and take a good rest.he praised him
Ref:Druddigon is unable battle Gyarados is the winner, challenger Tatsumi please bring out your next Pokémon.he announced out loud
Announcer:and Lance's Gyarados manages to take down Druddigon, it seems that the score is now equal. 4-4 now, but which one will tip it into their favor.he said
The young brown haired trainer has sighed as it's done using the Pokémon he rarely ever uses, and is their first battle as well. It's time to use more of his war veterans especially if he wants to get past his Gyarados of his.
Lance:well Tatsumi I'm just going to tell you this ahead of time, this is where things start to get harder.he said back to him
Tatsumi:that I know, but this time I'm prepared. Urshifu let's end this fight.he said as he threw out his next choice
As Tatsumi's Urshifu had appeared onto the battlefield as he stands at 9'5 as he's ready to battle as he gotten into a stance as the Rapid Strike Urshifu always looks ready to battle along with Kala's Single Strike Urshifu.
Everybody had cheered at the sight of a Legendary Pokémon as they get to witness a Pokémon that barely anyone sees so this should be quite the battle.
Lance:an Urshifu huh well this should be interesting.he said to himself
Ref:*raises his arms*Urshifu vs Gyarados, let the battle begin.he announced
Tatsumi:finish this with Water Stream Onslaught.he commanded
Urshifu had unleashed the more advanced version of Surging Strike as this one was more powerful and also delivered a lot more attacks as well, Gyarados was getting pummeled by the said Pokémon until it was sent flying back.
Lance's Gyarados had landed onto the battlefield with swirls in it eyes as every time it uses the move it gets critical hits.
Ref:*raises his arm*Gyarados is unable to battle Urshifu is the winner, Champion Lance please bring out your next Pokémon.he announced
Announcer:and down goes Lance's Gyarados although we should've expected it since it was close to being defeated anyways since it used up all of its energy.he said into the mic
The score is now 3-4 but Tatsumi knows that whatever Pokémon Lance uses next, it's not gonna be easy and of course Kala,Katie and Tatsumaki knows about it as well.
Tatsumi:*thinks*top 3 Pokémon this is not getting any easier that's for sure.he thought to himself
Lance:*smirks*well Tatsumi I wish you luck with this next Pokémon, I've been waiting to use this one ever since I caught it. Regidraco let's go.he said
Tatsumi/Kalakaua/Katie/Tatsumaki:hold on what.they questioned
As Lance's shocking next choice had appeared onto the battlefield as it's a bit bigger then most Regidraco's as it also hovered a few feet off the ground as Tatsumi had stared wide eyed at the Pokémon and pretty much everyone was shocked.
No one expected Lance to have a Legendary Pokémon so this is shocking for pretty much everybody that knows him, even his own Elite Four was stumped.
Tatsumi:*shocked*WHAT THE FUCK WHEN THE HELL DID YOU GET A LEGENDARY.he shouted in shock
Lance:*rubs his chin*hmm it was about a week ago actually it just crashed down in front of me and so I used the opportunity to catch it.he said back to him
Tatsumi:*thinks*so this is what Haleakala said about these random ass Legendary Pokémon showing up out of nowhere.he thought to himself

Once again the crowd had cheered but louder this time as Regidraco is staying there without moving an inch while Urshifu on the other hand is ready to lunge at any given second, even the ref was surprised but shook it off.
Tatsumi:*chuckles*well things has just gotten a whole lot interesting.he muttered

Change Scene Stands
In the stands to say the least everybody is shocked to see Lance with the Legendary Pokémon, as it seems that Kalakaua need to do some fixing on the team he plans on using against Steven, who knows what Pokémon Steven has now.
Tatsumaki:*wide eyed*hold on when the fuck did he catch a Legendary Pokémon I didn't even know he had one.she said out in surprise
Katie:*sweating a bit*I do not want to be him right about now despite him also having a Legendary.she said out loud
Kalakaua:soo that's what my cousin meant by that Lance's team is super powered now. That fucker, I wonder if Steven and Cynthia are the same as well.he said to himself

They all looked at the battle ahead of them to see Urshifu dodging an attack from the dragon golem as Kala is now starting to wonder if Steven has the same thing as Lance. If so it looks like he needs to some rearranging with his team.
Little does he know that pretty much most of the Champion's have done rearranging with their teams and anyone that battles them will have a nasty surprise.
Change Scene Keenan's Island
On Keenan's island as he's watching the battle on the big screen outside with Tatsumi's other Pokémon and some of his Pokémon along with Kala's as well. To say the least he was surprised to see that Lance has a Legendary Pokémon since he wasn't expecting like at all.
Keenan:*wide eyed*holy crap so he caught himself s Regidraco huh, I wonder if this is because of what Haleakala told me about.he said while watching the battle
But now that he's seeing it on the screen he also wondered if Cynthia will have the same thing as well, if she does then he also needs to bring in some major fire power.
Keenan:if Cynthia has the same thing as Lance then I need to quite possibly make the strongest team that I've ever made.he said to himself
Change Scene Battlefield
Back to the battle as Urshifu had slammed a Liquidation attack onto Regidraco who was sent sliding across the battlefield but shot out a Dragon Pulse on response as the wushu Pokémon had crossed his arms blocking the attack.
Lance:alright Regidraco use Body Slam now.he commanded
Regidrago had slammed onto Urshifu who was surprised by the sudden attack as it created a large cloud of dust, but Urshifu had managed to punch it off of him and gotten back into s stance.
Tatsumi:now Urshifu use Aura Sphere now.he commanded
Lance:Dragon Dance to dodge it.he called out
As Urshifu had thrusted the sphere of aura at the dragon golem who glowed and started to spin as the attack had hit him which made an explosion in the air, as the smoke had cleared up to reveal Regidraco with his stats boosted but still taken some damage.
Lance:Dragon Energy now Regidrago.he ordered
Regidrago had became the shape of a Charizard's head and launched a concentrated beam of dragon energy at Urshifu who gotten hit with the attack as it made another explosion on the battlefield.
The smoke and dust had cleared up to reveal Urshifu still raring to go with a bit of scratches on him as well, as he huffed and once again gotten into a stance.
Lance:well dam that sure is one strong Pokémon being able to withstand soo many attacks, but then again it is expected.he said to himself
Tatsumi:use Ice Punch now Urshifu.he commanded him
Lance:Protect Regidrago.he ordered
Tatsumi smirked as Regidrago had put up its barrier but Urshifu had smashed right through it and implanted his icy fist into Regidrago's face who got sent flying, as that surprised Lance and the audience as well.
Lance:*surprised*huh what the hell it managed to go through the barrier.he said in surprise
Tatsumi:*smirks*it's because of its ability Unseen Fist, it's able to go through moves like Protect and Detect. So in other words protective moves won't work against him.he told him
Lance:*sweat drops*i see, well the more you know I guess.he said out loud
Tatsumi:now Urshifu use Close Combat into Aerial Ace.he ordered
Lance:*grins*Explosion.he commanded
Tatsumi:*his eyes widens*crap get out of there.he said to him
It was too late as Regidrago had already gathered the energy needed and generated a massive explosion which shook the stadium and created a large cloud of dust as it shot up into the sky as Tatsumi and Lance had covered their face from the explosion.
The smoke and dust had cleared to reveal Urshifu still standing which surprised Lance as Regidrago is also seen laying in a hole covered in dirt from the attack.
But Urshifu is now quite heavily injured from the last attack as his body is more busted up with more scratches and a few burn marks as well from the giant ass explosion from Regidrago.

Lance:*sweats*well that didn't go as planned but it's whatever.he said to himself
Tatsumi:still tho I'm shocked that you have a Legendary Pokémon, don't tell me all the Champion's will be strapped with one.he said back to him
Lance:*chuckles*hmm who knows at this point, but it's time for you to meet my oldest partner. Dragonite let's go.as he tossed him up
The ball had opened up as pretty much everyone had stared wide eyed in shock at the Pokémon in front of them, this Dragonite is goddam monstrous standing at 15ft tall which is taller and larger then Tobias's one.
This particular Dragonite's orange scales is faded out of bit in color and it also looks a lot more hardened then usual, it also has a narrowed stare on his face that will make everyone shit themselves If they look at it.
Tatsumi:*wide eyed*holy fucking shit that thing is huge, it's even bigger then Tobias's shiny Dragonite.he said out in shock
Lance:*smirks*Tatsumi I'd like you to meet the very first Pokémon I've attained when I first became a trainer, this one here is stronger then my other Dragonite and by quite the large margin as well.he introduced him
Tatsumi:*surprised*hold on so your saying that the Dragonite you've been using all along Isn't hour first Pokémon.he questioned
Lance:*shakes his head*nope this Dragonite is too strong for challengers but I know you'll be the one to give it a challenge. So Tatsumi show it what you've got.he said back to him
Dragonite had roared announcing the challenge as even Tatsumi's Urshifu started to sweat a bit staring at the insanely large and oversized Dragonite in front of him, but it won't let him intimidate him as he stood his ground.
Tatsumi:*thinks as he's sweating*dam this is going to be one pain in the ass that's for sure, I might even need Mewtwo for this.he thought to himself
Change Scene Haleakala
With Haleakala as he's still with Esther 2 from the Aether World or the Fated Dreams verse/story as the 2 of them are in the Hoenn region walking along Mossdeep city as she's confused as to why their here but at the same time knows why.
Haleakala:so your the only Esther that's more laid back.he asked

Espie:*nods*well Espeon is my starter Pokémon back in my old world, she's also a shiny.she replied

Espie:*sweat drops*she's strong along with my other Pokémon but still nowhere near yours that's for sure. But why are we here again, i thought we're here for those Legendary anomalies.she questioned
Haleakala:the signal disappeared so I guess weird staying here for the time being, and plus there's a fireworks festival happening here in Hoenn so might as well make good use of it.he told her
Both Haleakala and Esther 2 or Espie is what she likes to be called continued to stroll down toward the city of Mossdeep, as Espie is somewhat skipping out on her duties talking to him but there's still dozens and hundreds of other versions of her to help.
She also doesn't get why the other versions of herself can be so uptight and not know when to let loose and have fun on their own, she finds it stupid in her opinion I mean their all girls in the end.
Espie:I've been wondering how did you get that Chrome colored Rayquaza? From what we've seen in the fight against Galeem that's it's super powerful, perhaps even stronger then Esther's shiny Solgaleo.she asked him
Haleakala:*sighs*well Rayquaza is the son of Haos one of the Dark Knights and he's also the 2nd strongest of them as well. The Rayquaza I have now didn't wanted to be associated with someone who destroys realities for fun so he joined me.he told her

She then grabbed his hand which broke him out of his thoughts as he stared down at the younger girl who gave him a small smile, a smile that reminded him of Yancy when she was alive. He needed to mentally kick himself since this isn't Yancy but someone who acts like her.

A/N:well yeah this is it for the chapter and Tatsumi is in the lead with Pokémon....but let's see how long that will last since Lance's Dragonite is now on the battlefield ready to kick some ass. Yes that is Lance's OG Dragonite, since he has multiple I decided to have him use the first ever one he received when he first started out.
That Dragonite can even give Tobias's Pokémon a challenge considering that it managed to break through a limiter so it's really powerful, but Steven and Cynthia will also be strapped as well not just Lance with Regidrago.
Some interaction between Haleakala and Esther 2(Espie since ArchieX2Y told me she rather be called that) he won't use Espie as much soo....time to add more kids onto the list lmao.
Need a break from battles so the chapter after the next one will pretty much be Haleakala and Espie based with them on their little fireworks date.
Next chapter is gonna be "Champion of Dragon's Pt.2"
