Meliodas: 3000 years ago during the holy war Elizabeth and I where both punished for the crimes we had committed me for being a demon and then going on to betray and kill his own kind and her for being a goddess who fell in love with a demon and protected her enemies

Meliodas: we where completely out matched they where just too powerful
And I'm the end we where both killed or so we thought
Meliodas then explains that he woke up his injuries had healed by Elizabeth was dead by his side
Meliodas: turns out while I was unconscious the holy war had come to an end
Kenji: and that's where I came in
Meliodas: yes once I knew it was time I released Kenji from his seal and we lived together little did I know what would happen
Kenji: I don't remember it but from what I can gather as soon as I was released the demon king placed a curse on me the curse to live forever and one more which will be explained soon
Jericho pulls Kenji close to her
Meliodas: after that I discovered that I was still the same age I started wandering around Britannia alone carrying a baby Kenji wherever I went still scared by the holy war until one day
There she was Elizabeth was back she was supposed to be dead but she was standing right in front of me it shouldn't be possible but it was true she didn't have wings but I knew it was her
My heart was so full but it was one sided
This Elizabeth has been born a member of the savages but she finally opened up too me and showed she cared
Kenji: yeah she was like a mother to me back then so kind and gentle but fierce
Meliodas: yeah and then one day something happened to her right eye and her powers where awakened those powers coming back along with the symbol of the goddess race left me with no doubt I was sure of it she really was my Elizabeth for her to be reborn have the same looks, voice, name thinking back it doesn't make much sense but I was glad anyway and I did my best to tell her all about it
That was the trigger it's wavy called Elizabeth to start remembering her past life in fragments and then when that symbol was also in her left eye
Kenji: She had remember everything and revealed that we had all been cursed uncle with immortality and her with reincarnation she made us swear to break the curse and then three days later
Meliodas: Elizabeth died right in front of me
Kenji: and when it comes to the second half of my curse well was there too
I was right next to her I saw it coming but I wasn't fast enough she died inches away from me sometimes I still see the blood splatter

Kenji: my crime is that I was born I was hybrid between a human and a vampire I wasn't supposed to exist it was forbidden so I was given the curse that no matter what I tried to do to save her she'd die as she was meant too
Meliodas: and we met every single time she was reincarnated, she would get her memories back and then die right before our eyes
Kenji: over 3000 we have met 107 Elizabeths
Meliodas: I stayed by her side all those times she even card for Kenji like an aunt should she used to spoil him
One of them got her memories back when she was a child
Kenji: and then she died in a fire I was running through the burning building I saw her but just before I got to her the house collapsed
Meliodas: the there was another Elizabeth that never regained her memories and quietly took her last breath
Kenji: the finally the one that gave us our sins it happened in Danafall 16 years ago
Meliodas: we'd been looking for a way to lift the curse with Merlin's help we thought we'd found one
Kenji: the idea was to life the curse by breaking the coffin of eternal darkness and using my father's or as you know him zeldris's power to try and break the curse since he ad the power leant to him by the demon king and honestly I think I'd we asked him and I'm not sure what he'd say
When we fought for that brief time he told me to play dead and then said I reminded him of my mother with a warm smile on his face and then he flew off
Meliodas::eventually because of the wizards of danafall who worshipped the demon race Fraudin was Resurrected and he started gathering up the piece of the coffin but in order to break the goddess race's seal they needed the blood of a goddess but that race didn't exist so fraudrin tried using all of danafalls humans as a substitute dark clouds surrounded the kingdom and winged beast came from the demon realm but no matter how much blood was given it didn't work
Kenji: in the chaos we where running around looking for the Elizabeth then or Liz is how she preferred to be called
But
Kenji begins tearing up
Kenji: Fraudrin got to her first and as you can guess he killed her right in front of us for the 106th time
As soon as we saw her dead we charged attacking fraudrin in pure rage
And after that uncle exploded with wrath and in my despair I ran off and killed an entire enemy army single handedly that's blood I will never be able to remove
Meliodas: for three days after that we just stood there bathed in blood missing her and feeling helpless I guess we had each other during this it could've turned out worse
Kenji: that's when uncle found the baby Elizabeth is now
Meliodas: each one of them we've watched 106 Elizabeth take their last breaths and after all this time it's never gotten any easier that's what she made us promise to life the curse she wants to life is from this eternal suffering
Jericho who is now holding Kenji really close and stir,ing his hair: well you've got one more to help you yesterday Kenji gave me his blood and despite and nis warnings that I might regret it I went through with it I'm now a vampire with the curse of immortality
Ban: seriously no way

Meliodas: DAMMIT KENJI WHY DID YOU DO IT
Kenji: because he wanted it she said that she wanted to stay by my side forever, we've both lived these 3000 years but during that time you got to fall in love and be happy despite what happened later and through all those years I was just there constantly failing to save Elizabeth I never fell in love not once but when I met Jeirhco I just knew that I'd found the one
Meliodas looks shocked for a second before a slight smile forms on his face: we really are related alright it's fine just protect each other ok
Kenji and Jeirhco nod
Meliodas: but when the curse is broken my eternal life will end and so will her reincarnation
Hawk: so you guys are gonna
Kenji: NOT GONNA HAPPEN IF YOU CURSE BREAKS THEN MY CURSE OF FAILURE ENDS TOO I WILL SAVE YOU BOTH YOU WILL GET YOUR HAPPY ENDING
Meliodas: Kenken
Kenji: gotta look out for each other like always right
Meliodas: yeah
Kenji gets up: NOW LETS GO AND RECLAIM CAMELOT
The next morning they get to Camelot and standing there is zeldris
Zeldris: did you come all this way for Elizabeth's sake that mean she must still be alive then
Kenji: father
Zeldris: hmph when will she ever quit it's time you stop being that women's slave
Merlin: Wait this looks like a trap
Meliodas charges anyway
Merlin: Meliodas
Kenji: tch I don't care if he is my father he's going down no-one talks to my uncle like that
Kenji charges his father
