Liam's POV

"Who brought me here?" I asked, rubbing the back of my neck in embarrassment.

He raised his eyebrow and sighed, shaking his head. "You shouldn't have to drink that much. You don't even know who brought you here. If something bad happened to you in that state?" My father commented firmly, resting his hand in his pocket.

I sighed and mumbled, averting my gaze. "I am sorry."

"I brought you here." He informed me.

"What? How did you find where I was?" I asked, puzzled.

"Fortunately, when I called you, a bartender picked it up and told me you fell asleep at the nightclub. So I went there and picked you up. Then I brought you here." He replied calmly as he sat down beside me on the bed.

"I am sorry, Dad." I said, embarrassed and rubbed the back of my neck.

My father breathed deeply and gave me a tender look. "Do you know that you look like me more than Troy?" He commented warmly. I looked at him, surprised. "Because of it, I try to protect you more than your brother. He took after his mother. He is always calm, disciplined, patient and responsible. A person who doesn't get in trouble easily, but you..." He paused, looking at me nostalgically. "You remind me of myself when I was young. You are a stubborn, hot-headed troublemaker like me. I was always so afraid you would make the same mistakes like me." He confessed honestly.

"Dad, I..."

"You were never disappointment for me." He stated softly, cutting me off. "I love my children equally. You are my precious gifts, and I will do everything to protect you. And even if I sometimes get angry at you, you can count on me, and I will always have your back. Don't forget it." He added, giving me an affectionate look, and rested his hand on my shoulder.

"Thank you, Dad." I gave him a grateful look.

He smiled at me tenderly and hugged me, tapping on my back gently. "Bring my grandson and Aurora for dinner."

"Fine, I will." I nodded, smiling happily as he pulled back.

"Take shower and come downstairs. Let's have breakfast together." My father said warmly as he stood up. I nodded, feeling relieved and happy.

After taking a shower, I put on my clothes and went downstairs. I greeted my mother with a kiss on her cheek. My father wasn't here. When I asked where he was, my mother told me that he was talking on the phone in his study room and would be here in a few minutes.

"Mom, thank you so much." I gave my mother a grateful smile.

"For what?" She asked, giving me a questioning look.

"For helping Aurora. She told me everything. If you didn't help her, it would have been so hard for her. And thank to you, we met again. If you didn't hire her, I wouldn't know we have a son and find true love." I remarked honestly.

"I did what I felt right, Liam. Moreover, I am glad I saw my grandson growing up." She said softly.

"I should have had to be beside her and support her, but I was having fun while she got through all of it on her own." I commented regretfully.

"Liam... Be easy on yourself." My mother cupped my cheek, giving me a sympathetic look. "You didn't know anything." He added, caressing my cheek affectionately.

"All of this was because of my recklessness. I acted as a real asshole, just thinking of my own pleasure. If I couldn't get caught in the moment and forget to use protection, she wouldn't get through all of it alone." I confessed in guilt.

"Yes, it wasn't planned, but I don't think Aurora regrets giving birth to Luke. I know very well how much she loves him." My mother stated softly and gave me a reassuring smile.

"I... I don't regret having a son, but I just regret causing Aurora trouble and leaving her on her own with my baby." I clarified and sighed. "If you didn't support and help her, maybe Gabriella would convince Aurora to get abortion."

"No, I don't think so. Aurora wouldn't give up on her baby. She has already felt strong bond to him since she found out about her pregnancy. She was ready to give up on everything for the baby. She is so a caring and good mother." My mother said tenderly.

I smiled proudly. "My son and I are lucky to have mothers like you two."

My mother smiled at me affectionately and hugged me. I hugged her happily, feeling blessed.

"Oh... Did I miss something?" My father asked mischievously as he approached us.

My mother pulled back and gave my father a bright smile. "No, I was just talking to our son." She told him as she approached him and placed a chaste kiss on his lips.

"By the way, does Gabriella know about it?" My mother asked curiously while my father wrapped his arm around my mother, pulling her closer to himself.

"Not yet." I replied and rubbed my neck nervously. "She was out of town. Aurora is going to tell her today."

She nodded. "Good. Let's have breakfast now." My mother suggested, giving me a warm smile. I nodded, and we walked towards the table to have breakfast.

***

I was pacing back and forth in my living room while waiting for Aurora and Luke. I felt so nervous. We were going to tell Luke that I was his father. Yesterday, Aurora and I talked to the child physiologist who Troy recommended. She gave us some advice that how we could tell him the truth.

Calm down, Liam!

Calm down!

Everything will be fine.

I took a deep breath, trying to calm down. Suddenly, the doorbell hummed, making my heart beat faster. I ran my trembling hand through my hair, breathing deeply, and approached the door.

"Liam!" Luke exclaimed cheerfully and rushed towards me.

"Hey, little munchkin." I greeted him happily as I bent down and hugged him, breathing in his scent.

"I missed you." He said, giving me a cheeky smile as he pulled back slightly.

"I missed you too." I gave him a bright smile and tousled his hair playfully. "There is a surprise waiting for you in the living room."

"Really?!" He said in excitement as his eyes shone.

I nodded, grinning. "Come on. Go and see." He nodded and ran towards the living room. I straightened, smiling while looking after him. Then I turned towards Aurora and greeted her with a kiss on her lips.

"You look tense." Aurora commented, holding my hand.

"I am afraid of his reaction." I admitted honestly and ran my hand through my hair nervously.

"Don't worry. Don't you see? He adores you. He keeps talking about you every day." Aurora said softly, caressing my cheek. I gave her a nervous smile and led her inside while holding her hand tightly.

"Look, Mom. Liam bought me the car I wanted." Luke informed her mother joyfully and showed her his new toy.

"It is beautiful. Don't forget to thank him." Aurora said softly, giving our son a warm smile.

"Thank you." Luke told me, giving me a cheeky smile.

"You are welcome, little munchkin." I winked at him.

"Will you play with me?" He asked, excited.

"Luke, before we have to tell you something." Aurora intervened, bending down in front of Luke.

"Are you getting married?" Luke asked, looking at us curiously, catching us off.

Aurora looked at me, her cheeks pink. I pursed my lips together, trying to hold my smile. Aurora turned her gaze from me to Luke.

"No, we have to tell you something else."

"Fine. You will marry later." Luke commented and sighed sadly. I chuckled in amusement. Aurora gave me a dirty look as she straightened.

"Let's sit." She told us and extended her hand towards Luke. He held her hand, and they went towards the couch.

I sat down beside Luke on the couch while Aurora sat down next to him as well and held his hand. I ran my hand through my hair nervously and bit my lower lip.

"Well... Do you remember I told you your father was in Greece?" Aurora asked Luke softly.

"Is he back?" Luke asked, excited.

"Umm... Actually, he wasn't in Greece. I didn't know where he was. I am sorry." Aurora told our son, holding his hand between her hands. "He..."
