Mrs.jeon become froze on her spot when she hear her daughter in law voice . She is gone in park for taking fresh air with one of the maid and now she came back . Mrs.jeon turn around saw y/n standing there with confusing face . She know that she have go tell truth to her becuase she can't hide it .
Y/n - tell me mom what happen? All ok right ?

Y/n get stiff on her stop she can't able to believe on her ears what her Mother in law said to her .
Mrs.jeon - we have to go ××××hospital quick.
Y/n nodded and they sat in car , and said driver to go to hospital .
After sometime they arrive y/n keep crying in car she can't hold herself , she is praying to God that nothing will happen to him . She can't even imagine what happen to jungkook . When they leave the car suddenly a ambulance enter in hospital and they both look at it .
The ambulance door open and the ward boy pull stretcher out from ambulance. Mrs.jeon and y/n both saw jungkook lying there blooded they run toward jungkook and y/n put her hands on his cheeks . And said -

Wardboy - mam we have to take him operation room quick.
Mrs.jeon held y/n from shoulder and they take jungkook inside the hospital . They also enter I hospital and then nurse take him to operation room.
Outside y/n kept crying because the seen which she saw sometime ago was very unimaginable .
Mr.jeon arrived hospital as soon as he hear this news and after that Taehyung arrived there . They said calming thinks to y/n , it's not very good for her keep crying and stressing .
Its become 6 hours , They all are standing outside praying to God nothing will happen to her after operation finished. And doctor came outside . Y/n stood up from chair and ask so many questions to doctor -
Doctor - Mrs.jeon y/n plzz calm down its not good for you to keep stressing your mind it will effect you and baby health.
Y/n - leave it doctor just tell me my kooike my jungkook is ok right .
Doctor - Mrs.y/n just calm your self and promise me you will not stress if I tell you.
Y/n - doctor plzz tell me .
Doctors - actually he is critical we did operation the car window glasses stab on her abdomen . He must wake up In 8 hours other wise -
Y/n mind stopped there she suddenly she start to feel the pain in her belly . Her vision start to blur she is about to fall but arms wrapped around her securely and it's taehyung. Mrs.jeon become shock . Doctor shouted-
Doctor - nurses take her on emergency room her condition is going worst .
Nurse take her to the emergency room Mrs.jeon said

Doctor check up on y/n she have to deliver the child now . He go outside and tell Mrs.jeon and Mr.jeon about this they become more tensed .
Taehyung - don't worry uncle aunty they three will be ok .
Mrs.jeon cry and taehyung hug her they both sat on the chair and wait outside .
On the other hand jungkook is in same condition . A nurse leaving jungkook icu room when Mrs.jeon ask her -
Mrs.jeon - excuse me can I go and see jungkook plzz .
Nurse thought and then said -
Nurse - ok just for 15 min .
Mrs.jeon smile and enter in icu room . She saw her son on hospital bed tear escaped her eyes she go near him and sat beside him -
Mrs.jeon - jungkook , I know you are listing to me plzz just open your eyes son . Here you are not opening your eyes and there y/n , her condition is going worst . She can't handle herself she need you my son . So plzz just open your eyes . Plzz
She start crying and pleading to him . Just then she feel that jungkook hand moved a little bit , the machine start beep the doctor come In to check up on him ,
He got his consciousness back . He open his eyes and look here and there and then saw his mom standing there crying in happiness that he wake up .
Doctor - hello Mr.jeon how are you feeling are you feeling any pain anywhere in your body ?
Jungkook said slowly
Jungkook - no doctor
Doctor - it's good so I will check up on you later till then take rest .
Doctor leave the icu room and Mrs.jeon sat beside him and caress his cheeks and said-
Mrs.jeon - I already knew it that you will never ingnore my order .
Jungkook - mom where is y/n
Mrs.jeon - jungkook she is in emergency room . Doctor said that they have to deliver the child right now with operation .
Jungkook - what but what happen to her, I Knew it , mom she will be ok right.

Mrs.jeon - no son see your condition is not good right now . Taehyung me and your dad is here don't worry .

Here in emergency room y/n operation is start now doctor give anesthesia to y/n and she is unconscious for now . Doctor is doing there best in operation room
Outside taehyung , Mr.jeon and Mrs.jeon is waiting for hearing the news that y/n is ok now and the delivery is successful .
Doctor came outside and said -
Doctor - congratulations it's a girl and we shifted the baby in nursery right now because one month was still left for her delivery but the situation turn that way so we don't left with any option that time .
Mrs.jeon cry in happiness and taehyung said -
Tae - yes I am become an uncle now , and now I will daily come to play with my nephew yeh .
Mr and Mrs.jeon smile .
Mr.jeon - we have to tell this news to jungkook .
She nodded and they both went to tell this to jungkook .
Jungkook become very happy and he start to say that he wants to meet his little baby girl right now .
Jungkook -mom plzz I want meet my baby plzz .
Mrs.jeon - no son she is in nursery right now doctor will not allow you to go because of your condition we also didn't saw her still .
Tae - just chill bro , your cute baby will meet you soon just wait for some more days .
Jungkook left with a sigh and they all is very happy .
Jungkook - but atleast I can meet my wife plzz .
Doctor enter in icu and said -
Doctor - ofcourse not but not now she is unconscious after 2-3 hours she will be awake you can meet her than .
Jungkook - thankyou so much doctor.
Doctor nodded and leave the room now jungkook is very exited to meet y/n .

After 2-3 hours ago -

Y/n slowly open her eyes her vision is still blurry after sometime she can saw everything clearly . She saw ceiling and start to remember that what happen then she when she get her memory back before becoming unconscious . She sat up and start to panick . But then she hear the familiar voice which she want room hear . She look in direction of door and saw jungkook ok a wheel chair . Her eyes start to get teary taehyung Is in the back of jungkook helping moving the wheel chair .
He leave jungkook near y/n bed and said -
Tae - congratulations , and plzz enjoy your private time
she smile at taehyung and he leave from there .
But then y/n notice her flat belly which make her panick and she said -
Y/n - bab-y jun-g-koo-k wh-ere -is -th-e -ba-y
Jungkook - y/n plzz calm down baby , our baby girl is ok and she is right now in nursery because , you now doctor have to do tour delivery because od you complications and there is still one month was left . But it's ok taking a good care of her they will give us our princess when she will be ok because she is still weak .
Y/n sigh in relief and the asked -
Y/n - are you ok kookie .
Jungkook - I am ok now but you have to take care of yourself . And y/n I am very happy today you give me worlds best gift today .
Y/n - jungkook it's not me it's our God makes us worthy to feel this feeling , and now I can't control to see my baby .
Jungkook - don't worry she will be come out soon Then we will love her a lot .

After one month -

Jungkook is ok now , and y/n is also recovered with her surgery but she have to go nursery to feed her baby girl on time .
Today the both couple will meet her baby and they look really very happy . Jungkook is very excited he didn't even let y/n sleep in night because he is planning that what will he give name to his princess when she will come home .
Right now y/n is standing outside the nursery and jungkook is completing the hospital formalities before he they will give the baby to them . After jungkook complete all his paperwork he came straight outside the nursery . Just when nursery door open and a nurse coming out with a baby . She smile when she look at both the couples and then give the baby to jungkook .
First he is shivering that he might accidentally make baby fall but then y/n hold his hand and give him a assuring smile . He forward his and then nurse give him the baby .
In jungkook arms she is very tired her legs hands even her whole body is no have weight . A single drop of tear left from his eyes and he smile at y/n and said-
Jungkook - y/niee look she is so tiny , her eyes nose her hands .
Y/n - she is just like you kookie .
Jungkook look at her and said to her baby -
Jungkook - baby see I am your appa , baby we will go home today your home are you happy .
Just when baby eyes get little bit open and she wiggle and smile a little . When jungkook noticed it his heart flutter and he gently kiss her forehead.
Now it's time to leave the hospital , today jungkook will drive , y/n alredy sat on car in front passenger seat with the baby in her hand .
In whole ride they keep chatting with the baby and also the little girl is also smiling looking at her parents.
When they arrived home Mr and Mrs.jeon welcomed them when they get surprised looking at some persons standing inside the home .
It's bts members all memeber run toward y/n and start playing with the little girl .
Jhope - y/n plzz give me my little girl I wanna play with her .
Tae - hyung I will play with her first .
Jimin - taehyung I will play with my little nephew first .
All bts memebers start to argue when y/n said -
Y/n - stop stop you all will play with baby I will put her in her baby cradle and you all can play .
They both become happy you put her in a baby cradle and sat on couch along with jungkook and Mr and mrs.jeon on the other side all memeber are playing with the baby happily when Mr.jeon ask -
Mr.jeon - so my daughter what will you give her the name .
All start thinking when y/n said -
Y/n - we don't have to think we will give our princess name jeon Bella.
Jungkook eyes widen when he hear what y/n said and he look at her with tear eyes she said -
Y/n - I think God give us you your Bella back jungkook .

Jungkook - yes I am agree with you we will call her
Bella jeon Bella my daughter .
They all become very happy.
Who thought that after a lot of up and downs God will give both jungkook and y/n a happy life along with there cute daughter Bella .
