- lives in an apartment by himself that is a few blocks away from his school
- works at a nearby café
- people in his school know about him, but he isn't that popular- they know about him cause he's the only person that bring 'pets' to school
-refers to the familiars as 'pets' to not raise suspicion
-straight 'B' student
Mai-
-one of the familiars contracted to Tamago
- animal form is a small red panda
- very cheerful and will take any attention she can get
- good at comforting people
- likes to play with fire and is able to control it
- helps attract more customers at the nearby café by being cute
Shadow-
- is the other familiar contracted to Tamago
- animal form is a small wolf
- is calm and collected
- he keeps Mai from getting into trouble
- doesn't have normal wear cause he has to be ready for any fight
- isn't to great at comforting people but in his wolf form he's able to help more with his soft fur
Lily-
- is not contracted to Tamago but hangs around him to watch over Mai and Shadow
- animal form is a small wynter kitsune
- very closed off to strangers, but very energetic around friends
- helps Tamago with anything he needs when the other two familiars are busy
- strongest fighter out of the three familiars
