"Come on. You remember don't you?" Queen Leah asked to everyone in general, turning to Fairy Godmother "The poison apples. And the spells," Her glare went to Belle and Beast, both lowered their heads
"Spells," Repeated the upset Queen, now turning her focus back to Mal "My daughter.. was raised by fairies. Because if your mother's curse. So her first words, her first steps, I missed it all!"
No one knew how to respond or react to her heartache
"You mustn't trust her," Queen Leah insisted to Fairy godmother
Mal tried to step forward "I'm so sor–"
Chad Charming was quick to jump between the upset queen and the apologetic girl
"Go away! Stay away from her!" He pushed back with such conviction that Mal took a step back and Ben moved forward in front of Chad ready to defend
"Don't do this, Chad" Warned the soon-to-be king
"What" He asked "They were raised by their parents, Ben"
"And what's that supposed to mean?"
Priscilla looked around as she head a very familiar voice and realized it was her own. The two groups turned to look at her. She could feel the back of her neck heat up from all the attention. She hated confrontation but she could just stay quiet. Chad charming was used to getting his way and Priscilla was now certain she wasn't gonna let it happen this time
"What do you think Villains teach their children, huh, Priscilla?" Chad challenged, stepping closer to her, using his height in advantage to intimidate her "Kindness? Fair play? No way, okay? Uh-uh"
Priscilla refused to falter under his face and took a step forward instead, "That's rich coming from you, Charming"
"What?"
"You think you're model behavior come from only your parentage?" She retorted with a snigger "Your parents are Cinderella and Prince Charming, for gods sake. So, you should be an example of Hard work, kind-hearted, and charming disposition when, in fact, you're the opposite of those and just nothing more than a royal jerk"
Chad's cheeks reddened in embarrassment, he moved closer again, Priscilla shift one foot back to keep her balanced while glaring up at him
"Suddenly all brave, now Priscilla?" He asked "Decided to talk back and impress you're little villain friend?"
She froze at the mention of Carlos as Chad looked over her shoulder to look at the white haired boy. He tutted disapprovingly while shaking his head, lowering it down at her
"I've got to say, Priscilla. You have poor choice in friends. If I were you, I most definitely wouldn't want to be friends with someone who would turn my loving dog or cat into mittens as soon as it gets cold. But hey, maybe you like that"
Priscilla eyes pricked with angry tears and he stepped back to Mal and Ben, pointing accusingly at the girl "you stole another girl's boyfriend"
"Hey, hey!" Interjected Ben but Chad puts his attention to Jay and Evie next, ignoring Ben "You," He pointed at Jay, "enjoy hurting people. And you,"
His eyes gaze at Evie "You're nothing but a gold digger and a cheater" Chad looked back at Doug with a smirk and gave him a satisfied nod. Doug just stood there, not knowing how to fix the situation
Evie had pulled out her mirror with a angry glare right at the Prince, "Mirror, mirror, in my hand, who's the biggest jerk in the land?" When she turned the mirror for all to see, it was Chad Charming's reflection
"What? Come on" He scoffed, slapping Evie's hand aside with some force making the girl stumble. For Jay that was the last straw, he lunged forward as soon as Chad made contact with the blue haired isle princess. Jay had a fistful of his shirt, forcing him to step backwards
"Back off, Chad. Alright?" He growled "Back off"
Everyone was moving all at once but Evie was faster, taking out a small perfume bottle from her purse to her hands and in an instant, a blue mist was sprayed into Chad's face. The blue cloud hadn't even disappeared before he slumped back and Doug had to catch him to keep Chad hitting the ground. Ben pulled Jay away as the other students surrounded the fainted boy
"Chad? Chad? Chad!" Called Audrey, her voice riding in a high pitch "Evie did something to Chad!"
Other mutters was heard as Evie was grabbing Mal's hand, tugging her away. The two girls glanced back at Priscilla and she gave them a nod
"Go on," She said softly to the girls "We'll take care of it" She stuttered a bit. The two nodded and took off, with Jay right behind. Priscilla then heard a quiet meow and turned around, looking down to see Rouge beside her and looked up at her, Carlos right behind. He looked in panic, looking back and forth from her and his running friends
"Priscilla I-"
"Just go with your friends," She told him with a assuring smile. She didn't want him to see her tears fall. They weren't from sadness just from anger and embarrassment "You should be with them. We've got it covered"
He scrunched his face, clearly not happy with the situation but did turn to follow his friends, he looked back one last time before vanishing. Priscilla now let the tears rolled down her cheeks as she went back to Ben's side. Ben looked like a lost boy instead of a Prince about to be king in a day
"I feared something like this would happen," sighed the king as he cleaned his glasses. Priscilla and Ben both towards the King and Queen
Ben licked his lips, quick to defend, "This isn't their fault!"
"Ben's right!" Chimed in the girl. The king looked at Ben with a stern look "No son, it's yours" Then he looked at the smaller girl with sympathetic look instead "and yours, Priscilla"
Beats returned his glasses to his face before taking his wife's hand and lead her away, Belle looking over her shoulder to her child and the girl, who was in shock at what the Beast said towards her, the queen still in shock as well
"Mom?" Ben called softly only to receive no response
The others managed helping Chad to his feet. Audrey was helping her boyfriend walk and let out a scoff attack the two students who stood up for the villains as they walked past them. Doug and Lonnie hesitated a little but soon left as well
Ben and Priscilla were left alone. The two fixed themselves as they're the only one in defense for the Isle of the lost kids
Carlos was angry, upset and beyond frustrated. The family day event had been going so nicely only to be ruined due to their parent's history. Queen Leah recognized Mal and it went out of control from there
Priscilla had came over to help settle the problem, standing close to Mal and Ben trying to protect them but Chad wasn't having it and didn't let anyone get away with anything. She dared to go agaisnt a member of royalty and Chad wasn't pleased. Carlos was proud of how she shut down his statement about their parentage and called him out on his own behavior
Once she was finish, Chad was vicious in taking her down for her remark
Carlos hated that he could do anything. He hated that he could only watch Priscilla get insulted, his skin heated up as Chad insulted the both of them and assumed that he would skin her cat into a pair of gloves. He hated that he had ran away, even thought Priscilla had insisted in it and that she and Ben had it in control
"Hey guys" called Ben, making his way to their table. The group were hiding out in a picnic table under a shaded part trying to stay out of everyone's way "How is everyone?"
Nothing but silence answered him
"Hey, listen" He said, clapping his hand on Jay shoulder as he moved around the table "Forget about it. Alright? It was nothing. Forget about it. Let it go" Ben was standing behind Mal, hands resting on her shoulder for assurance. The gesture did nothing to lift up her upset impression
"After the coronation, I promise everything will be okay," He assured them all. He bent down to whisper in Mal's ear before giving everyone one last smile before walking away "I'll see you guys later"
As soon as Ben walked away, Doug stepped in to try and talk to Evie
"Listen, Evie, I wanna talk about earlier. I just–"
"Doug!" Chad's voice chimes in. Of course, Chad and his little pears were sitting at the table opposite of the VKs. Doug gave the blond an desperate look. "It's my fault Doug" Apologized Evie, her voice just above a whisper "I'm sorry"
"No, it's mine—"
"Doug!"
"What?" He sighed, looking back at the other table. Chad was on his feet in attempt to gain Doug attention.
"Doug..." Tried Evie
"I'm sorry, I can't" He tied to explain as his own body was taking him back to the other table. He sat down and looked back at Evie one more time
Evie pushed her tray of food forcibly away from herself
Couldn't help but feel useless. Everyone he cared about was hurt in some way and there wasn't a thing he could do about it. They weren't even a moment of peace since Audrey and Jane were making their way over, holding hands as if they were friends
Jane was much more braver with the sleeping beauty older daughter by her side and her new hair that Mal have given her with her magic
"How long does she think that's gonna last?" Audrey asked Jane, making a point to speak clearly and loudly. They were standing right behind the purplenette "Mal's just like the bad girl infatuation"
"Yeah" Agreed Jane. She then leaned down to make sure they all could hear her "I mean, he's never gonna make a villain a queen"
The two laughed at the comment and started to walk away, Jane had a few last words to throw over her shoulder, Audrey's eyes pierced right at Carlos as she spoke
"Just like Priscilla will never fall in love with a villain"
Jane let out a laugh, "not without a spell at least"
Mal tensed up at the mentioned of being spelled, even though she knew they were talking about Aurora aka Sleeping Beauty. But she still thought they had caught on, on her plan
Their sharp laughter hung in the air as they returned to their friends. Mal brought out her spell book and set it on the table, barely having to look at the pages looking for a specific spell
"Beware, forswear, undo Jane's hair"
She did some movement with her finger and a shriek was heard from Jane. While the Auradon girls laughed at the headmistress daughter, the villain got up from her seats and turned to face Audrey and the rest
"There's a lot more where that came from," Promised the Evil fairy's daughter
"Excuse me, who do you think you are?" The older Rose asked, hand on her hip. Mal gave her a pointed glare "Di I look like I'm kidding?"
Audrey's smug look faded away when Mal opened her spell book again and began to flip through pages. All the other students scattered away from the four. Once they were far away, the purplenette took a deep breath and turned back to her friends
"I'm really looking forward to the coronation" She closed the book with a sharp snap "Let's grab that wand and blow this popsicle stand"
Mal began to walk with the others right beside her
