[ kaede decided to take the mic from rosé's hands ]

[ YAMASAKI KAEDE / F ] : chunseo and i had a misunderstanding, but nothing too big. i'm glad it was easy to make up!

[ chunseo smiles at kaede and leans on her shoulder while she gives the mic back to rosé ]

[ ROSÉ / HOST ] : butterfly, how about you? were there some misunderstandings?

[ haewon decides to take the mic ]

[ YOON HAEWON / A ] : let's say the tension was palpable. it wasn't easy at first, especially because the moods were extremely low. we tried our best to work things out, and it isn't easy when you have to perform a vocal song but the team mainly has rappers...

[ ROSÉ / HOST ] : it looks like you managed to overcome these problems, though

[ MIYAZAKI AKEMI / F ] : if we did, it's all thanks to haewon and yeri. they worked really hard to help the team, and i couldn't be more grateful for them!

[ SOM CHAERI / D ] : yeah, i think i was the most upset member in the group. i felt so disappointed in myself and at my lowest that i had already given up in my mind. i even rolled my eyes at yeri and went out of the class when she proposed to actually start working. i behaved terribly because my low mood was dictating my actions... i'm glad we were able to make up and understand it was all a misunderstanding...

[ chaeri turns to look at yeri, right into her eyes ]

[ SOM CHAERI / D ] : i'm really sorry for how i behaved...

[ yeri just hugs her ]

[ ROSÉ / HOST ] : okay, it's now time for the public to vote. girls go to the backstage and in a few minutes you'll find out who won. is it going to be dreamers or is it going to be butterfly?

[ the girls all sit in the room, waiting for the screen to announce who won between the two ]

[ PRODUCER ] : do you think you were robbed of the victory?

[ the ten girls walk on stage, they're lined up next to rosé, big smiles on their faces ]

[ ROSÉ / HOST ] : let's start with dazed! how did you week go?

[ the girls all look at sakura. after all, she's the leader. she proceeds to take the mic from rosé's hands ]

[ OKAMOTO SAKURA / A ] : the choreography was pretty hard, i have to admit that... so we spent literally hours just going through every single move, but i feel like it was worth it in the end. i'm really proud of how our performances turned out and i hope it also reached the public!

[ ROSÉ / HOST ] : wish, how about you?

[ hyunjoo takes the mic ]

[ LEE HYUNJOO / A ] : well, i feel like the mentors pretty much hated us...

[ the crowd laughs, even rosé can't help it ]

[ ROSÉ / HOST ] : why? what happened?

[ hyunjoo turns to achara and meilin who just try to play it off. she points her finger at them ]

[ LEE HYUNJOO / A ] : these two had no clue what song we were performing and it took us ages to make them at least decent!

[ ACHARA SAELIM / F ] : hey, we did great!

[ the group laughs along with the crowd ]

A FEW DAYS AGO

[ seulgi is sitting in the dance class. both dumb teams are there as she wants to see their progress ]

[ SEULGI / DANCE MENTOR ] : okay let's start with wish, shall we?

[ hyunjoo seems nervous, but she still steps forward with her team and they get into positions. the formation seems off and the overall moves are pretty sloppy. seulgi stops the music mid-performance ]

[ SEULGI / DANCE MENTOR ] : what was that?

[ the team remains quiet ]

[ SEULGI / DANCE MENTOR ] : so no one's going to speak? what's the problem?

[ hyunjoo decides to say something and somehow manages to keep eye contact with seulgi ]

[ LEE HYUNJOO / A ] : we're really behind with the choreography because we had members that didn't even know what song we were performing... we're trying our best to do everything in a week but it's not easy...

[ SEULGI / DANCE MENTOR ] : it's not meant to be easy and it's not going to be easy. you need to work on a schedule to get through this because right now, the only votes you might end up getting are out of pity

[ SOFIA HAN / D ] : it really did hurt my feelings, i didn't realize we were that bad. i really thought we were at least decent. i know she said that to make us work harder, but it still hurt...

[ the team nods and sits on the floor as the other team performs. the mood is pretty low and they still have to go through vocal class before having the "day off" and being able to keep practicing on their own ] 

[ BAEK SUYEON / F ] : we need to work more on it, i felt like a child getting scolded by their mother and i don't wanna experience that ever again

[ WONG MEILIN / C ] : i'm really sorry we're slowing you guys down...

[ LEE HYUNJOO / A ] : no, no, that's not the problem... i swear... but we need to work with more consistency

[ later that night seulgi is walking through the building before leaving, it's ten to midnight and she hears some noise. she walks to a dance class and see the wish team still practicing ]

[ SEULGI / DANCE MENTOR ] : they really never stop, huh?

[ a big smile appears on her face and she leaves the building. maybe they aren't as doomed as she thought ]

[ ROSÉ / HOST ] : well, it seems like you worked it out in the end so it's all good! it's now time for the public to vote so both teams can head backstage to see who won!

[ all ten girls are sitting, anxiety running through them as they wait to see who is the lucky team ]

[ kiyoko holds end with both baerin and sakura as the screen in front of them suddenly changes ]
