My Mind Put Onto Paper

Just A Memory Soon

I was doing something I love when I took a stumble

And suddenly my whole world began to crumble.

So much confusion and so much pain.

It seems as though there is nothing left to gain.

I know I haven't made the best choices before,

So now I'm not sure what to do anymore.

I know optimism is the better choice,

But I can't seem to block out that pessimistic voice.

I just have to remind myself that soon it will all be left behind

And it will be a just memory in the back of my mind.
